Thank you for sharing your home with us! The feel of it truly was like being at my parents home as they have the same types of doors, sinks, faucets, tubs etc..just like being at grandmas 😀👍.
We enjoyed staying there. We loved the comfort and size of the beds. The views were SPECTACULAR -I was soooo thrilled to see that upon our arrival. Your family has a gem of a home away from home and we would absolutely come back if we had another trip to the area. I will also recommend it to friends and family coming up here.
Host was extremely responsive and addressed any questions we had! Will miss those beautiful views!

We lived our stay at this property. If there was any negative, it would be the smell of the comforter on the king bed upstairs. It had a smell as if it has not been washed in weeks. Everything else was grear.

Property was as expected. And worked perfectly for us. Communication with Justin was beyond excellent. There were a few issues we noticed when we arrived but nothing that affected our stay. Communicated it to Justin and he offered to send someone out right away but it was not necessary.

Great vacation home. The view was spectacular. We had plenty of space for our family of 5. Each bedroom has its own bathroom suite, which really worked well with our children. We would have loved to take advantage of the pool and hot tub, but as stated in the listing, it is seasonal (Memorial Day to Labor Day.) Would definitely recommend staying.

I absolutely loved staying here! The sights were beautiful from every window. There’s also a little picnic area just a few feet away from the front door! As they said bears are active in the area, and while maintaining a safe distance we were able to see some. 100% would rent again!!

The views from this property are absolutely amazing. Without a doubt, the best views of the Smoky Mountains I have ever seen. The property was extremely clean, and well maintained. The property staff were extremely prompt in communication, and providing valuable details on the local area. Being a frequent traveler, this is the very best rental property I have ever stayed in hands-down.

The place is very good and our neighbor is very nice. The only thing which is not so convenient is that the kitchen does not have a cutting board, or it is hidden somewhere hard to find.

My family had an amazing time. The condo was just as pictured. Justin responded back every time I sent him a message even on a Sunday. The location is absolutely gorgeous, nestled in the mountain peaks. The condo was lovely; our kids (ages 2-5) had a great time and had plenty of space to sleep and play. We loved having three big beds and separate bathrooms. All in all, highly recommend!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The host was amazing, very easy to stay in contact with. He always kept us updated to the check in process, and it was so easy. We got there checked in, and got right in to the cabin no problems whatsoever. It was a beautiful cabin, with so much room. Great atmosphere, great location, and pretty easy to get to. Not far from the main Gatlinburg strip. We will definitely stay here again in the near future. I suggest this place to anyone who is looking for a beautiful not to expensive place to relax at in Gatlinburg Tennessee.

Beautiful and well maintained property tucked into the mountains. A little daunting drive up but once you are there you never want to leave. Justin was responsive and helpful to every request we had. Our family enjoyed this cozy and beautiful condo. The Smoky Mountain views were breathtaking! You can see them literally from every bedroom and the kitchen. The location of the home is only 5 minutes away from Ober Mountain and other great attractions. Justin provided a detailed package of local places to visit, which was very helpful. The place was VERY clean and spacious to accommodate our family of 6. We didn't get to do everything planned and plan to return this summer/fall. We look forward to staying at this same location. Justin provides a top-notch for our first visit to Gatlinburg. I HIGHLY recommend this home.

When i booked this property for our Smokey Mountains vacay, i did so because the price was so very reasonable. i loved the pictures, but thought, "They exaggerate some." Well, they don't. The view was amazing from every room. The place was clean and very well maintained. When we had some maintenance issue, it was dealt with promptly and professionally. The bedrooms were really big, especially the master! I was able to watch the sunrise over the mountains from my bed every morning, and view stars through the skylights at night. The jacuzzi tub was easily large enough for my hubby and me to get in, and we are not small people! Both of my adult children insisted on a soak in that tub! It was just a great place to stay. The host, Justin Anderson, was friendly and responsive. Check in and out was easy. Literally the only bad thing about this place was the drive to get to it, but we're flatlanders and were driving a large truck. It was an adventure! If we get out there again, i would definitely want to book again! SO worth it!

Awesome stay! Only drawback was location of unit from parking lot. Had to carry everything up 2 flights of stairs and another 50 or so feet to the front door. Definitely wouldn't recommend if handicapped access is required.

where do I even begin? the drive up had amazing views!! I wanted to stop and take pictures. GPS took me right to the place. as soon as you enter the cabin you are greeted with the beautiful mountain views 😍 it had everything we needed! it was very spacious. clean rooms/bathrooms/kitchen. thank you justin for being a great host! we'll definitely come back again!

The area is great but the spot was listed as a cabin when it is a third floor condo at the end of the building. Not near as private as we wanted.

Absolutely stunning views - could not be beat! Had plenty of room for my family. The pool and hot tub were nice but could have been better lit for evening swims. The drive into the mountains was a little scary at times. Worth it for the privacy and quiet and breathtaking views. Loved having a kitchen to come home to and prepare meals each night. Also loved having a few games to play. Overall very happy and had a great stay. Thank you!!!

The condo was clean and the views were amazing. It is just as the photos show. I’d love to see it with autumn leaves and snow. We will definitely stay here again. The only issue we had (and this was beyond the owner’s control) was that the pool was never cleaned properly.

Our family of 5 was very comfortable and enjoyed our stay! The pictures are very accurate, and there was plenty of space. I highly recommend this condo for anyone who is looking for fabulous views, away from the busy Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge downtown areas. Location is excellent for visiting the national park and easy to get to attractions in surrounding areas.

The stay was awesome! The views were spectacular. The only problem that we had was that there was not enough wash cloths so I spoke to Justin and he got him there very fast. Justin always answered my emails quickly. We had an awesome time there. Hope to go back soon!!

Incredible view. Plenty of space to spread out. Loved sitting in the sunroom. Plenty of bed linens and pillows to accommodate 8 guests. Was also very nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit.

Beautiful place, spectacular views. i give it 5star. Amazing view in every room. I love that each room has its own bathroom. Condo is equip with everything you need for the stay. My kids love the heated pool and spa. Justin is so quick to respond to all queries and need during the stay. Will definitely going back.

Just came home from a relaxing and enjoyable vacation at Reed's Retreat located in Gatlinburg! Justin was extremely helpful and responsive when I had any questions and also sent us their own local guide for all the activities around the area. Beautiful location with awesome views and a very clean place. The condo is close to downtown and to the hiking trails. This property was so comfortable and peaceful. The location made it easy to get to Pigeon Forge and downtown Gatlinburg. I don't know if you could find a better view anywhere else! The 2 lane road to get that high up the mountain was was nicely paved. I greatly appreciated the smart TV's in every bedroom. This property wouldn't be ideal for anyone with issues with stairs. But we truly enjoyed every bit of our stay... it was hard to leave! Thank you for allowing my family to experience a breathtaking view like that!

This was our first time visiting Gatlinburg and we came with my parents and brought our two year old. She loved the house and also the hiking spots! We checked out recommendations for restaurants and hikes that Justin gave us and they were very helpful! Would definitely recommend staying in his condo-it was beautiful and we are already missing the views!
