This was a great place to stay. It looked just like the pictures. We felt right at home. We got to watch a bear feed in the backyard on three different days. That was amazing. We had a small issue with the outlets in the bathrooms not working, Justin had them working on the same day. Very Responsive. This was a great experience. Thank you Justin.

Perfect location for our weekend away with multi generations. The location was quiet. The house was spacious. And had lots of amenities and things to do. The location was a bit away from the hustle and bustle but worth it.

Justin’s place was exactly like the pictures. Easy to find and in a quiet location, but yet close enough to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Our family really enjoyed our week and the house had more than enough room for the 10 of us.

Great location, quiet and peaceful yet close to all the major attractions. Very clean and well kept home! Kudos for cleaning the house without strong chemical smells or scented dryer sheets!!!

We had such a great time with this house. It was very well cleaned. The rooms and all of the amenities were wonderful. We enjoyed the views from the back decks and the use of the hot tub. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen had everything that we needed. We were here with our large family, including 2 sets of grandparents, and there was plenty of space for everyone to be together or be apart. We did have an issue logging into the wifi, but Justin was able to communicate with us quickly to help resolve the problem. We liked the location because it was not too far from Pigeon Forge and also the National Park where we went often. We were able to be close to the towns of Wears Valley and Townsend, and we visited a few places there, including a restaurant that we all enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was incredible! Beautiful house, amazing views! Great balconies with fireplace/heaters to enjoy. 3 different living levels was perfect for traveling with 2 families with 4 kids between us. Game room with air hockey and foosball was great to keep kids (and parents) entertained. We didn’t use the movie room, but we if we’d had bad weather we would have. This is one of the best places I’ve stayed! You won’t be disappointed- I would definitely love to stay here again.

Lovely cabin for our large family. Plenty of space for everyone. Not on top of the highest mountain but still lovely views from the whole cabin.

We had a great time at this Airbnb! It had everything we needed for our stay. It was very clean! Justin was very responsive! We had some snow which prevented us from leaving on time and he was very accommodating. Location was great, very convenient to pigeon forge! This Airbnb was perfect for a large group of girls getting away for a girls weekend!! 10/10 would stay again!

My family of 12 stayed over Thanksgiving weekend and were extremely impressed with the upscale decor and facilities provided by the host. In a quiet neighborhood with a spectacular view. Every bedroom is a suite with a private bath. Lots of space for everyone to have "separate" or "together" activities. The kitchen is fully equipped with every imaginable appliance. The host provided a complete online "what to do in the area" entertainment guide and is very responsive if needed. This is truly a five start property!

Justin was an exceptional host during our Airbnb stay. He was incredibly responsive to our requests and very easy to communicate with. The house itself looks exactly like the photos—beautiful, clean, elegant, and modern, with a unique touch of modern cabin charm. Each room had its own bathroom, all of which were spotless. We made great use of every room. The theater room was perfect for karaoke, and many of us had a blast in the game room. Overall, the home was incredible and fully stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in Sevierville, Tennessee.

I booked this cabin for a large party celebrating my parents’ 60th birthdays. Justin was friendly, helpful, and responsive from the moment we inquired about the cabin.
The cabin was beautiful, spacious, clean, and within a nice distance of your local grocery stores and tourist attractions. With our large party size, we had more than enough space and felt at home the moment we walked in.
The kitchen, bathrooms, and common area were fully stocked with the basics and made cooking, cleaning, and family time impeccable.
Upon leaving, my family has already discussed re-booking with Justin and Kari! 10/10!!!

This was just what everyone needed ! After losing our Mom, this past year has been extremely hard for all of us, and this weekend was a big thank you for our oldest Sister Liz who made it easier. We all loved this beautiful home every room could be on the front of a magazine but it still was warm and cozy and the views are amazing. I was told by everyone in our group that they love the house I had picked. This was the first time I have used an Air B&B and Justin was fast to respond and help me through my first time booking. It was quick and very easy with all questions answered. I will definitely be returning next year and hope to stay the whole week. We drove from Nashville with a group of friends looking for a beautiful place to stay closed to Gatlinburg and with great amenities for our kids. And Justin' s place had it all!! Absolutely beautiful, almost new!! Very clean and located in an amazing spot. The kids had a blast and we, the aduts did too. The house itself is spectacular and beautifully decorated! The surroundings were just so magical, it almost felt like being in Europe! We loved our stay and cant wait to come back!!! This place is just stunning!!!

I could not have asked for more in a rental property experience! The location was perfect. It was peaceful and had beautiful views. It was a short drive to all of the tourist attractions, but just far enough away that you're in the calm of nature with only a few homes nearby. The home itself was gorgeous! Everything is new, clean, and beautifully decorated. The owners have spared no expense in making it feel like a luxury property. There's tons of space and we loved having a bathroom for each bedroom. No need for my teenage daughters to fight for space! :) The game room and theater rooms were a lovely addition, and we loved having a mini fridge/wet bar on the upper and lower levels. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you could ever want! It was the most well equipped kitchen I've seen in the dozens of rentals I've stayed in over the years. The three outdoor decks were such a wonderful treat and I could have stayed out there all day! Communication with the owners was fantastic. Justin was just a text/phone call away and answered any questions I had right away. It was reassuring to know I could get help if needed. If you're on the fence, don't be. You will NOT be disappointed in this property!

Overall, the place was very nice, great mountain views on 3 decks. It has a large kitchen and plenty of bedrooms that are well furnished with attached bathrooms, also a game room and bunk beds for the kids.

10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We had an amazing weekend. Everything exceeded our expectations. The home was immaculate, extremely clean & accommodated our group of 13 with no problem. It also was only about 15-20 mins from Pigeon Forge which had a lot of activities to choose between. Justin was responsive and available for any questions I may have had concerning the home, food places & suggestions on what we should do while in town. You will not be disappointed! I will definitely be booking with him again in the near future.

When you walk in the kitchen itself is so beautiful,I went with friends and we had a great time all the bedrooms was so clean

The movie room was really nice as well the patio was nice as well and with this kind of weather was even better

Our family experience at the cabin was beyond expectations. So much privacy for our family gathering, yet ample open space for those special moments that we hoped to have in the mountains. This place is simply amazing! I brought my parents and mentor to the Smokeys to enjoy some much needed family time. We did just that! Beautiful views, and great amenities! If your looking for luxury this place is it!!!!!!

Luxurious, elegant, spacious ,spotless.
The beds were so comfortable!
The game room, movie room brought entertainment and fun to us all.
Everything about this place is Amazing!
Justin gave us great pointers on. local attractions that were very helpful.. check in/check out were clear and simple.
You cannot go wrong with this exceptional property. Next time we are visiting the area. No need to search for a place. This is it!!

Loved staying at this property! Beautiful view from the back patio, peaceful, and the home is stunning. We come to Gatlinburg several times a year and will definitely consider coming back to stay here again when with a group. Thank you Justin for being such a great host!
