River Overlook

The condo was exactly as stated. Pool was open and clean. Very spacious and great for my family of four. The locality was amazing because it’s close to everything but far enough away to where you don’t feel like you’re right in the busiest part of the traffic. We will definitely be booking again in the future!

Fourth year coming from Indiana for Jeep Invasion. Great location to the strip and had everything we needed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Elevator on property is a little slow but wasn’t in a hurry, after all it was vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at Justin's place! The place was perfect for our needs, plenty of space and a quick drive to many local attractions! Justin communicated everything very effectively and efficiently and it was an awesome experience. Pool was a perfect temperature and was absolutely beautiful for end of day sunset swims with our kids. The kitchen was amply supplied with all the cooking supplies we needed and really appreciated the decor as well.

Justin’s place was extremely clean. Plenty of room for the four of us. Close to a lot of shopping, restaurants and fun things to do with the family.
The only negative was the pool was closed during our stay. This is not something he had control over but it was still disappointing.
We would stay here again!

Justin’s place was like home and really comforting. Very spacious and had everything we needed. Everything we wanted to do was 15 mins away or less. Even right across the street from a rainforest zoo which was fun for the kids.

Excellent location, near everything you could want or need. Attractions were close by and the GSMNP entrance was very close and easy to get to. The condo was large enough and had all needed supplies. We would stay here again.
Close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, easy access to the highway. Justin was great to communicate with on questions we had.
It was our first time to the area and we were surprised how built up it was with hotels, restaurants and tourist attractions. But there is plenty to do if you don't hike and want to shop or see a show. Getting to hiking trails was easy, just ensure you get there early, trailhead parking fills up quickly.
All in all a great stay and met our expectations for a vacation, we had a great time.

My sister, mother and aunt stayed here for a week. The condo was wonderful! The balcony had a view of small river, mountains and could see tops of buildings for Tanger Outlet Mall, which is less than 1/3 mile away. From the balcony you could watch geese, mallard ducks and storks. Communication was exceptional. Condo was extremely clean and everything you need from baking ware to full length mirrors! Can't say enough about this property! We will stay here again!

A great place that is located away from the crowds but also in a spot where it’s easy to get anywhere very quickly, bypassing the traffic of the strip.
The condo was spotless. Extremely clean and well maintained!
Justin also recommended some local restaurants that we tried and they exceeded expectations.
An outstanding host and look forward to staying with him again! 10 out of 10!

The unit was super clean, easy to find and close to stores and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable. Living room furniture very clean and comfortable. Huge spotless bathrooms. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need.

This condo did not disappoint. It was very clean. We have stayed in many places that advertise for 6 people but only have dishes for 4 people. This was Not the case here. There was more than we needed. The location was perfect for us. We will definitely stay here again!

Condo was clean and was so adorable. We loved the view from the balcony and everything was so homey. The only unfortunate thing that happened was that while we were there for a wedding, there was also a car show in town. So allllll night until 2 am we just heard loud engines roaring. So we didn't get the best nights sleep. The locals all seemed pretty purturbed about it, but we don't fault our hosts for that knowing that it was only for that weekend. Overall, great stay, wonderful location.

The pictures did not accurately portray how adorable Justin's place is. Justin's condo was comfortable and cozy. It was like being at home. While we did not cook, the kitchen had everything you would need to prepare a meal.
The are several shops and restaurants nearby. Justin's home is also in close proximity to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We visited both.
I highly recommend Justin's home. It was clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location.

My wife and I had a great time with our two kids! The river out back made for a relaxing patio space in the mornings. It was nice to be so close to a lot of the restaurants and shops as well. Would definitely stay again!

Justin’s condo was exactly like described & pictured. It was very nice, clean, & in a great location to eating & dining. Justin was very quick at responding & super helpful when he did. He sent us ideas of things to do, visit, see etc. Justin checked on us multiple times during our stay to make sure we had what we needed & we’re pleased with our experience. We visit Pigeon Forge every year and this was our favorite condo so far! Justin's place was clean, inviting, and perfect for the 3 of us. The jacuzzi tub was a great bonus! The condo complex is right off the main parkway, yet quiet and not busy with people. Beds were comfy, laundry was a plus, and the big sectional couch was perfect as we all sat to watch Wrestlemania together! We will definitely come back on our next visit, thanks! :))

A very nice place to stay, everything you would need for an extended stay. I went for Ponies in the Smokies event and was pleasantly surprised that one of the main gathering spots was directly across the river and could see it from the balcony.

One of the most amazing hosts that I have rented from!!!! The condo was awesome and the pictures were right on! Justin and Kari are quick to respond, although we didn't need much because they are proactive!! I deal with customers everyday and they treated us the way I treat mine. The area was beautiful, safe, quiet and fun all at the same time!! I will be staying at their properties each time I can!!! They think of every little detail!!

Wonderful place to stay. Very clean, quiet, well-equipped kitchen, very nice appliances, beautiful & comfortable furniture throughout. Great view from the balcony. Could see the Christmas lights on the rails of the rollercoaster. Close to a variety of restaurants, shopping, & activities & shows. Easy access to Pigeon Forge & Sevierville.

Great spot right in the heart of town. Lots of great shopping and eating close by. Plenty of parking and beautiful view of the river and mountains. Sunsets were beautiful from the very spacious patio with seating.

Long code to get in but we eventually memorized it, close to all the action but not too close , very clean and comfortable (beds weren’t too comfortable) that could be a preference issue. We loved all the extra cozy blankets and decor was perfect. Enjoyed seeing the mallard ducks in the creek behind the condo in the mornings. Overall everything was enjoyable would recommend.
