Beautiful place with a lot of extra amenities. We went during the chaos of Thanksgiving week and we were so pleased to have the peace and quiet of this condo off the main path. We had easy access to Anakeesta (highly recommend!!), Dollywood, the titanic, and Wonderworks. Beautiful views and kitchen is well stocked. My only recommendation is to bring your own towels as we only had one per person for five days, which wasn't quite enough for what we are used to!

10/10 recommend! We absolutely loved our stay here. Our favorite part was the convenience to everything in the area. We loved that it was right off the main highway, however it still felt extremely quiet and serene with the mountain and river views from the balcony. We did not hear any road traffic from the condo. We also saw an amazing sunset from the balcony one night.
The condo was also extremely clean, and all of the furniture was very comfortable for us. We felt that it had everything we needed, and it was very spacious for our family of 4.
Thanks to the simple instructions from Justin, check in and out could not have been smoother for us! Which is always very appreciated when traveling with small children.
We are already talking about wanting to come experience the smoky mountains again soon, and we would absolutely book Justin’s place again.

It was such an amazing experience. Super clean, Walmart was a 5 min. WALK!!!. And all the restaurants down the street all in walking distance. The movie theater was walking distance and for all my sports watching people, Buffalo Wild Wings is right next door…. Such an amazing experience. The strip is a 5 minute drive away and the water park as well as convention center is 15 minutes of a drive away. The best part was the Smokey Mountain National Park just 35-40 minutes away and you are in one of the best views from the top of the mountain…. I will be looking for this place to rent again….

The locality was amazing because it’s close to everything but far enough away to where you don’t feel like you’re right in the busiest part of the traffic. Fourth year coming from Indiana for Jeep Invasion. Great location to the strip and had everything we needed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Elevator on property is a little slow but wasn’t in a hurry, after all it was vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at Justin's place! The place was perfect for our needs, plenty of space and a quick drive to many local attractions! Justin communicated everything very effectively and efficiently and it was an awesome experience. Pool was a perfect temperature and was absolutely beautiful for end of day sunset swims with our kids. The kitchen was amply supplied with all the cooking supplies we needed and really appreciated the decor as well.

Justin’s place was extremely clean. Plenty of room for the four of us. Close to a lot of shopping, restaurants and fun things to do with the family.
The only negative was the pool was closed during our stay. This is not something he had control over but it was still disappointing.

Excellent location, near everything you could want or need. Attractions were close by and the GSMNP entrance was very close and easy to get to. The condo was large enough and had all needed supplies. We would stay here again.
Close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, easy access to the highway. Justin was great to communicate with on questions we had.
It was our first time to the area and we were surprised how built up it was with hotels, restaurants and tourist attractions. But there is plenty to do if you don't hike and want to shop or see a show. Getting to hiking trails was easy, just ensure you get there early, trailhead parking fills up quickly.
All in all a great stay and met our expectations for a vacation, we had a great time.

My sister, mother and aunt stayed here for a week. The condo was wonderful! The balcony had a view of small river, mountains and could see tops of buildings for Tanger Outlet Mall, which is less than 1/3 mile away. From the balcony you could watch geese, mallard ducks and storks. Communication was exceptional. Condo was extremely clean and everything you need from baking ware to full length mirrors! Can't say enough about this property! We will stay here again!

A great place that is located away from the crowds but also in a spot where it’s easy to get anywhere very quickly, bypassing the traffic of the strip.

Condo was clean and was so adorable. We loved the view from the balcony and everything was so homey. The only unfortunate thing that happened was that while we were there for a wedding, there was also a car show in town. So allllll night until 2 am we just heard loud engines roaring. So we didn't get the best nights sleep. The locals all seemed pretty purturbed about it, but we don't fault our hosts for that knowing that it was only for that weekend. Overall, great stay, wonderful location.

The pictures did not accurately portray how adorable Justin's place is. Justin's condo was comfortable and cozy. It was like being at home. While we did not cook, the kitchen had everything you would need to prepare a meal.
The are several shops and restaurants nearby. Justin's home is also in close proximity to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We visited both.
I highly recommend Justin's home. It was clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location.

We visit Pigeon Forge every year and this was our favorite condo so far! Justin's place was clean, inviting, and perfect for the 3 of us. The jacuzzi tub was a great bonus! The condo complex is right off the main parkway, yet quiet and not busy with people. Beds were comfy, laundry was a plus, and the big sectional couch was perfect as we all sat to watch Wrestlemania together! We will definitely come back on our next visit, thanks! :))

One of the most amazing hosts that I have rented from!!!! The condo was awesome and the pictures were right on! Justin and Kari are quick to respond, although we didn't need much because they are proactive!! I deal with customers everyday and they treated us the way I treat mine. Great spot right in the heart of town. Lots of great shopping and eating close by. Plenty of parking and beautiful view of the river and mountains. Sunsets were beautiful from the very spacious patio with seating.

Long code to get in but we eventually memorized it, close to all the action but not too close , very clean and comfortable (beds weren’t too comfortable) that could be a preference issue. We loved all the extra cozy blankets and decor was perfect. Enjoyed seeing the mallard ducks in the creek behind the condo in the mornings. Overall everything was enjoyable would recommend.
