Welcome to Rocky Top Lodge! This luxurious wood cabin in Pigeon Forge is like no other lodge in the Smokies! Featuring 7 bedrooms (and sleeping for 21 guests), it has every amenity you could ask for. Home movie theater, hot tub, game room, pool table, air hockey, skeeball, arcade, piano, wrap-around decks, BBQ grill, cable and wifi. (Phew!) And, not to mention stellar VIEWS!!

No matter if you're looking for a retreat for a large group or want a getaway for your big family, Rocky Top Lodge is the perfect Smoky Mountain cabin for your vacation. Unlike many Gatlinburg cabins, we are PERFECTLY located in between Sevierville and Pigeon Forge, nestled away less than 2 miles away from them both. (Yet we're still far enough out to enjoy amazing mountain-top views and hear the silence of nature!)

Located at the very tip top of a hill, the wraparound porch allows you to take in majestic views from all directions. Watching the sun rise over the hills and trees in the East with a cup of coffee has never been so relaxing. And as night falls, share some laughs in the private 6 person hot tub as the sun sets in the West.

For the younger folks in the group (or young at heart!), there is PLENTY to do as well. Our family's favorite are the driving arcade game and skeeball where many challenges are thrown down. The full sized air hockey game and pool table are also a hit and the kids get massive smiles when they score their first victory over adults. The home theater with massive TV is also a lot of fun and has actual stadium-style seating to get comfy and take in a show. There are 200+ DVDs to choose from or you can bring your own if you want. Talk about making memories!

The cabin itself is appointed just as you'd hope and is both massive in size AND filled with charm. As you walk into the front door, you're greeted by soaring 20' ceilings. A gas fireplace in the large living room lets everyone feel warm and cozy on a chilly night, and a baby grand piano is right there in case anyone is feeling inspired to play. The kitchen has just about everything you need for your stay -- Keurig and a coffee maker, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, blender, crock pot, microwave, iron and board, washer and dryer and more. Just bring any food you want, store it in the pantry or one of the two refrigerators and you're all set.

First trip to Sevierville

The entire family had a great time in Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg during our 5 night stay in June. The cabin was great and had plenty of space for our group of 18 including 7 kids. The kids really enjoyed having their own space in the lower level with the gaming and theatre rooms. If I can gather a similar size group in the future, we would definitely try to rent this cabin again.

The cabin was perfect for our family reunion. Every bedroom had a bathroom which made things easy for everyone. We enjoyed the game room and talking for hours in the beautiful living room with gorgeous windows. We wanted to do an outdoor fire, but the fire pit wasn’t working. We did enjoy the hot tub, though! Great time, wonderful cabin!

Beautiful cabin

This cabin is very nice and has gorgeous sunset views. The kids all stayed downstairs and we barely knew they were there. They enjoyed the theater, pool table and games. There is only one bedroom on the main level, so keep that in mind if you are traveling with older family members. The cabin is built at the top of a neighborhood with all rentals it appears. It was very quiet and close to pretty much everything. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

So much to do with great views!

We really enjoyed this cabin and property. Beautiful views with all the many windows on the main floor and so much to do. Pool table, hot tub, skee ball, car racing, air hockey table, movie room… there was never anyone bored when at the cabin. 7 rooms and 7 bathrooms gave plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We have stayed all over Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and Sevierville over the years but really love this location as it is close to the parkway but on the Sevierville end so traffic isn’t as bad just to go eat or grab groceries. Easy drive to cabin but still has beautiful mountain view’s. The refrigerator was making a noise upon check in, but the host was quick to send someone to fix it. Property was well stocked with kitchen needs and clean and any questions I had were answered quickly by host. We would definitely stay here again!!!

This cabin is beautiful and very close to all the shopping Sevierville has to offer. All the bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms were very nice. Lots of game tables and plenty of room. I would stay here again.

This was a last minute trip of families and friends that actually left the group chat! It was perfect in terms of number of beds, bedrooms, bathrooms, activities and amenities. It was very clean and strategically located. We would definitely stay here again for our yearly trip.

Cabin is beautiful, long views of the mountains, off the main roads just enough to be away from the chaos but close enough if you want to do something. The beds were very comfortable, spaces worked out great for a large group. Kitchen could use more forks, lg skillets, mixing bowls & sheet pans but overall well stocked including tons of plates & glasses, 3 toasters, coffee pot & a crock pot. Games in the basement all in good shape, hot tub great. WiFi worked great. Couches comfy. Plenty of space. We loved it.

Home is Beautiful. Lots of space for everyone. Had a little issue with the stove top but they sent someone out the next day to fix. The beds and sofas were very comfortable. My only issue is the pots and pans were not good quality and scratched up. If they changed them out it would be just perfect!

Place was amazing! Exactly what our team needed. We wrote a worship album over the few days we were there. Everyone loved their rooms and the amenities. The piano in the living room sold me on this Airbnb. Loved it!!

The house was absolutely gorgeous. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles. Everything inside the house is up-to-date and super clean the bedroom footprint for each floor gives everyone their own private feeling along with being able to accommodate a large group of people. I 100% recommend this house. We have rented other houses in the same area in the previous years and none of them had the cleanliness or a comedies as good as this one hoping to book this house again next year for two weeks if you're questioning other Airbnb listings by their photos, I can promise you that this one is exactly what you see is what you get and what we got was an amazing weekend with good friends close to a bunch of great attractions in pigeon Forge.

The chalet was very, very nice. It matches the pictures but just know it is surrounded on a street with other cabins - the picture makes it look secluded. Concerns: the air conditioner does not evenly distribute the air. It was freezing cold in the top floor bedrooms even after adjusting the thermostat. Justin is a very good and responsive host. He sent some one out to repair the icemaker asap. The arcade game and lower bedroom fan was not repaired during our stay. The fire pit was inoperable . Justin had logs for the fireplace available though .Otherwise we all enjoyed our stay in a beautiful, spacious chalet. It is a good location-very close to the strip for restaurants and shopping. I would absolutely, definitely stay there again and again!! We had 10 people so the price was very affordable!!

2024 Ohio-Georgia Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time and have to say that the cabin accommodations were just what we needed. Our original reservation was cancelled on us 10 days before and was able to find the location at last minute and was absolutely a a vacation saver. Our host Justin was very accommodating to all our need at the last minute and we want to thank him for that. We highly recommend using any cabin that Justin hosts. the family has not decided if and when we will return to the area, however I can tell you that we will make sure Justin and the property is first on the list to contact. We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect. Plenty of room in the cabin for our group. Cabin was clean. There were a few minor things that we noticed and mentioned to Justin. He was very responsive and offered to fix them while we were there but they weren't major so we said it could wait until after we left. Kids really enjoyed the ice ball machine and the movie theater room. We would stay here again.

Absolutely stunning house, spacious, and great for my large family. The porches were amazing and Justin was very responsive and informative. The home is literally just a few minutes drive for everything you need: shopping, attractions, food, and fun! They also have a nearby Walmart!

Great stay at Rocky top

Justin w avada properties is an excellent host. Superior communication. Had a few hiccups w maintenance items that were fixed immediately. Only suggestions w the property is a larger grill and larger refrigerator on main floor as our group was 15 people and the property can easily hold even more. The kids enjoyed the movie room and skee ball the most. We did not use the fire pit but it’s obviously not working similar to previous guest reviews with the gas line not even connected to it. Great views of snow capped mountains, loved the rocking chairs. A wonderful property close to shopping grocery stores and tourist activities. Would definitely book again!

Wonderful stay and wonderful host! The cabin is great for a group as there is plenty of space and fun activities. The location couldn’t be better - a few minutes away from major attractions, but feels secluded enough to enjoy nature.

We loved the house. Plenty of rooms and each had its own bathroom. Loved the double level deck and there were tons of chairs to dit in to chat or just watch the sun rise and set. And the view was fantastic.
I would definitely rent this place again if we have a large party wanting to visit Pigeon Forge.

Justin was amazing from the beginning until the end. The home was exactly what was in the picture and even more ! There were some hiccups but Justin took care of them right away as if it never happened I didn’t want to leave. Justin you are a very good host and your home was amazing! Amazing

This house had it all. All the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, room to be together or space for yourself, an amazing view of the mountains. The house is beautiful and is well taken care of. We spent the majority of our time in the house and we had such a great visit and the owners were very attentive to anything we asked never had to wait long for any responses.

What a great place!! My group and I really enjoyed our time at Justin’s property. The cabin is beautiful and has the most gorgeous view of the mountains! The bedrooms are nice and comfortable, the kitchen and common areas are spacious and welcoming, and we stayed entertained between all the games, the theater, and the hot tub! Justin was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions I had; I sincerely appreciate his excellent communication. He also provided a local guide with coupons for discounts, so we were never without something to do. We loved this place and hope to have the opportunity to stay again!

An ideal location in a hpuse that suits large groups

Everyone in our group of 14 was perfectly comfortable. The beds and the rooms were great for the large group. The house is very well maintained and the back deck has views for miles. This is a great place to make memories with the family. The location is ideal for all that the area has to offer. It's just a few minutes from everything. We had one minor maintenance issue that i reported around 9 am and they managed to have someone there by noon to take care of it.

There's so much to do! Something for everyone.

Thank you Justin for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! Our experience at the Rocky Top cabin was amazing. The house is beautifully situated on the lot, the inside furnishings and amenities made for a great time with the family and our friends, the only problem we had is that we could not stay longer!!
Our host Justin is extremely responsive to messages and makes sure to give you clear directions not only to the property, but also includes local attractions. We have been to Pigeon Forge before so we was familiar with attractions and was able to go out sight seeing and still give us time in the home enjoying the peace and beauty because of the game room which we all enjoyed! The home is spacious and clean with an amazing deck on 2 levels, one with a fire pit that provided a nice conversation area for the early morning coffee and watching the sun come up over the mountains.
