Home was beautiful and as pictured. Our family had a great time and there was plenty to enjoy at the cabin with the indoor pool. Theatre room, pool table and jacuzzi. Justin was very responsive to our needs. I would highly recommend this cabin. We plan to stay again in the future.

Location and the veiw was amazing. And there were lots off space and room for everyone. It was clean and very sanitized. Everyone were amazed how beautiful it were. We would definitely return. The host reposed to all our questions and needs thanks for letting us stay there.

This has been our favorite cabin thus far. We travel to the area 3-4 times per year. We definitely plan to stay again.
The house is large. We loved the large living and dining area. There was plenty of seating for the whole group. And there was plenty of room at the table for everyone to eat.
We did love that the bedrooms each have their own bathroom. The extra half baths were an added bonus. That is definitely a plus when we are traveling with multiple small family units.
The pool was a little larger than most of the other cabins in the area. It is a little deeper in one end which was a hit with the bigger kids. The hot tub was ready to go when we arrived.
We loved all of the different porches to sit on. Swinging on the porch was so relaxing during the spring showers.
The game room and theater rooms were well used. We definitely plan to return.
My only suggestion would be to bring towels for the pool and hot tub.
I cannot think of anything negative to say about the cabin.

Great place for multiple families to get together.
Positives: Very spacious. We had 6 adults and 5 children aged 2 1/2 up to 10 and they were never bored. Between the indoor pool and movie theatre downstairs to the games and their room upstairs, they had a blast and were never bored..
The beds were very spacious and comfortable and very clean. The main floor living area was open and never felt cramped even if all 11 of us were on that level. We actually had all 11 of us at the main dining room table.
Negatives are generally minor. For the price I would have liked a garbage disposal for easier clean up. The fireplace did not work. We had a cooler than average time and a couple of ladies that were always cold and they asked for the fireplace to be on everyday. Toilet paper was a bit cheap (pet peeve). Both propane tanks were empty. For what we paid, not sure why they would not provide one full tank on arrival. The house is on a mountain, so the driveway is extremely steep.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Justin and Kari’s mountain cabin! The location was perfect- close enough to all the area has to offer, but peaceful- exactly what we were looking for. The cabin was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed to jump start our vacation for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We chose to cook in a few nights and the kitchen had all we needed. We had three families vacationing together and there was plenty of space. The six kids all enjoyed sleeping together in the bunk room while each having their own bed. They also throughly enjoyed the indoor pool—it was a huge hit and kept them entertained for hours, rain or shine. We did bring our own towels for the pool which I would recommend. The theater area was also enjoyed. I loved the swing on the back deck for quiet coffee time in the morning. Justin and Kari were incredibly responsive and thoughtful. We’ll definitely be coming back—I highly recommend this lovely retreat!

This house was perfect and everything we needed! Every room was spacious. Very comfortable bed for great sleep. The bunk room, game room, theater and pool could not have been more perfect for all our kids. Highly recommend!!

The home is incredible! Looks like the photos, amenities listed were all there and in working order. The pool temp was just right for an enjoyable swim. The bunk bed room is so cool (and they’re listed as twins but they’re actually full size which makes the room even better). Things I noticed were: the reviews about the floors being dirty are accurate so we made sure to have socks or shoes on at all times. I did find that a lot of dishes had been put away dirty. I pulled them out and ran them again for the next set of people. A little ick, but easily solved. The pool table room. You have a really hard time being able to actually play as the room isn’t big enough for the table. On the sides you have to climb your stick up the wall in order to shoot. I would recommend they invest in the sticks that twist off. There was no chalk but from the looks of the table - someone’s child in a previous stay, took the chalk and rubbed it all over it so maybe the owners said, you guests don’t deserve chalk ever again LOL. Pool is something we really enjoy so we were a little disappointed there but also, still had a great time. No WiFi information was provided so we had to wait until the next day for the host to get in touch. NBD, I would just make sure you ask when the initial message comes in because it’s not listed on anything in the cabin. Also, No privacy as the others are incredibly close…and I mean CLOSE and no view of anything. House would be great for a large family getaway though!

We had such an amazing time in this beautiful home! The location is so close to town and the National Forest, but feels like a cabin in the forest. The pool and hottub were both great features and we used them everyday. The kitchen was easy to cook in, even for 12 people! The huge table gave us room for games and puzzles as well as dinner. The bunkbed room was my favorite because the 6 cousins all got to be together comfortably. We loved staying here and would love to come back again!

We loved our stay here! The property was very clean and we loved how roomy it was! We had three families with children and we loved how each of the bedrooms with king beds also had a futon for those wandering small children at night! It was also nice that each bedroom had their own bathroom so the families didn’t have to share. We would stay here again!

This place was amazing. We stay there with my whole family (17 members) and everyone was cozy. All the beds and futons in each room was comfortable. The location is really good because it’s near to Parkway with all the attractions, restaurants and stores includes and the best, only 15min until Gatlinburg town (without traffic). This house has everything what you need if you are looking for a big house, peaceful neighborhood and with everything close. I’ll be back in the future.

Justin’s home was gorgeous! We had a wonderful time enjoying the pool and hot tub and there was more than enough room for all 14 of us. The pool table and games kept everyone entertained for hours. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. We will definitely being staying again!

Our family was very happy with the home and all of the amenities. When you are traveling with 6 children under the age of 15 it takes a lot to keep them entertained. This beautiful property was perfect for the children as well as the adults. The host was amazing responding to questions and available with information concerning our stay in the Smokies. Great, beautiful cabin that was perfect for our group of 15 adults. We played games on the large dining table, watched movies, swam, played pool, etc. Communication with the host was great. We liked that it is so close to the Parkway. Note that there is a quite steep, but short, hill that your car needs to be able to climb. And the parking spots are mostly tilted at a big angle as well.

We enjoyed our trip to Pigeon Forge so much. The house was perfect for our group of 15. We had 6 adults and 8 children. This house was perfect for children! The pool table and the pool/hot tub were all favorites. We have already talked about booking it again in the future.

We held our annual family vacation at Justin's place and we could not have been happier we did! The cabin was in an excellent location, close to everything but far enough from the hustle and bustle, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy our stay. The cabin was impeccable and big enough for our group, ranging from ages 10- 65. The littles loved the pool and media room, and the adults really looked forward to relaxing in the hot tub. The dining was big enough to seat our entire family,and kitchen is roomy and has everything needed to cook a large meal and the island was the perfect size for the kids enjoy their cereal while the adults relaxed. They also loved the bunk room and everybody was sad to leave. We went to Dollywood and the water park (which is super close by!) but when we asked the kids what they loved the most about the trip, they all said it was the cabin. Great times were had thanks to Justin's attentiveness and lovely cabin and we cannot wait to come back and build more memories together!

Beautiful home in the heart of Pigeon Forge. The location is ideal to head into town (~3 miles; 7-8 minutes) and very easy to also check out Gatlinburg.

The hot tub and pool needed attention after we arrived but they were quick to fix the issue. We loved the floor plan of the house because we had 6 children with us. My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this cabin. Justin and his associates gave us information about the area and made the check in and check out process a snap. We loved the QR code check out scan on the fridge. It really helped simplify things. The hot tub and indoor pool were clean and running when we got there and the cabin was spotless! The pool table, hot tun and arcade were huge hits. Our only concerns were: 1) the air conditioning unit in the indoor pool room wasn’t functioning. It made the little room humid and hot, and kept us from using the pool. Justin was very responsive and arranged for someone to fix it but they didn’t arrive during our stay but it wasn’t a big deal because of all of the other awesome features in the cabin and area. 2) The neighborhood was tucked away in the woods, which we all loved. It was so relaxing. However, be careful driving to the house. 4wh drive recommended. You’ll be heading up a steep 30 degree incline to reach the cabin. Once there parking is ample, but that steep road is not for the faint of heart. We love adventure and had a great stay. I do recommend this cabin and Justin as a host. We plan on going back to the area and will definitely be in touch with Justin for a future stay.

Beautiful home, plenty of space for multiple families and talk about things to do! The kids loved the heated pool at all hours and when they weren’t swimming, they weee shooting pool or playing the arcade game. Lots of smart TVs to use with your own YouTube, Prime or Netflix accounts so you can just relax and veg out in front of the TV after a long day in town. It was a comfortable home, excellent kitchen for cooking and the amenities were as described. I don’t just 5 stars but Justin earned all of them!

We had the best time at this house this past weekend with my family. We had 3 small kids (ranging newborn to 5 years old) and adults with us. The house was a vacation in itself…we honestly didn’t even need to leave. The pool was great to have for the kiddos and very safe as it had a code and separate door to entrance. The house was impeccably clean and fully stocked with any kitchen cook wear you could possibly imagine. The rooms were spacious and my kids especially loved the bunk room. The hosts Justin was very prompt and quickly responded to every message. We will be back to visit again. My kids were sad to leave. 10/10 recommend.

This cabin was perfect for our family. It was very clean and had plenty of space and things to do when we were done with our day’s adventures in PF or GB. The hot tub was a Big hit every night. Pool was a bit cool but did not stop the kids from taking a plunge. The theater room and game room were also a big hit. I got married while we there and the cabin was only 15mins from cutest Chapel. We made some great memories during our stay and I would definitely recommend this cabin. Check in and check out were easy. Owner was very quick to respond to all questions. Love this cabin!

We had a wonderful time, the house was absolutely beautiful and the perfect location. We had a little thing happen with one set of lights and the owners had it fixed within a couple hours. The property was great. House was in great shape, comfortable beds, awesome kids bedroom for a bunch of little ones to sleep in, pool and hot tub were great and tons of TVs to keep everyone happy. The house is also in a great location - within 10-15 minutes of Dollywood, the Islands at Pigeon Forge, mountain coasters and restaurants. An overall awesome trip!

There were 8 ladies from our church all but 1 over 60. We had a wonderful time of fellowship, food, and fun. The cabin was perfect. The fireplace wasnt working but with a quick response from Justin it was fixed. We had a trip to remember for a long time!

Our group really enjoyed this cabin! Not only was it clean and had an excellent layout for our group’s needs, it was so awesome having our own private indoor pool! The setting is beautiful and although it is close and easily accessible to everything in Pigeon Forge, you really feel like you are deep into the mountains because the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful - and the back deck is a wonderful spot to swing on a rocking chair and take in the wooded scenery.
Another great feature for our group was the kitchen and dining area, as we cooked most of our meals in the cabin. It was a large, open area and our group did not feel crowded at all when cooking/eating together because of the size of the island and dining table.
Justin was an excellent host and was very responsive to any questions and concerns. I would definitively recommend your group stay here - it will elevate your overall trip and experience while in the Smokies!

Our group had the best time here, it worked perfectly for our party of 16 over New Years 2023/24. The teens/young adults had plenty of room to crash and the 3 sets of parents each had a home-base master suite w/private bath. The main kitchen/dining/fireplace/tv area was perfect for eating and hanging out. Owner was incredibly responsive and we just had a blast. We did several meals "at home" and "out and about" in PF and Gatlinburg. Traffic wasn't horrible but be prepared if you are there over a busy holiday it could add time to any commute around the area. You can't go wrong with this rental.

we had 16 plus our great grand. they all loved the open space in the entrance area. The parking was a little testy but everything was great getting in and out and and the location to the main street was perfect .
The bed slept very well , lots of dishes, beautiful view from all the glass windows and we did have 4 great sunshiny days .
Our kids and grands love to be together no matter how old they get so the cabin made this possible. Thank you Justin for sharing your vacation home .

We loved the cabin. This was a family trip with our grown children and their wives. The cabin was fresh and clean. It was super supplied with everything you need for a great trip. Close to everything so you could go out and enjoy Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The manager was wonderful. Great at communicating and making sure everything was good with the cabin. Would definitely rent again.

We had such a wonderful time! The airbnb had everything you could need and close to downtown Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We loved all the amenities included such the pool, hot tub and movie theater. Everything was good. Cabin was clean and stocked with houseware essentials. The only thing was thay the parking area. It was very steep and I think it should be something stated in the house details. But overall we had a great time there and its a beautiful place to stay at!

Only good things to say about the property! Comfortable, spacious, clean, plenty of bathrooms. Six teenagers had lots of room and privacy. Watch the steep hill and driveway! But it is totally accessible. Liked being on the “Gatlinburg”side of Pigeon Forge. We avoided lots of the traffic. Modern and new. Decorated nicely.

The house was very updated and my girls loved it. There were a few hiccups here and there with WiFi, remotes, etc but the host was super responsive. It was a great getaway for my team. We had a great quick mountain getaway with family. This place was awesome for us as we had 15 guests and we had plenty of room for everyone! The house was cozy and welcoming. Justin is a great host and was quick to respond when contacted about needing battery changes in the smoke alarm! He took care of it promptly and is definitely a SuperHost!!! House is close to main strip and Old Mill area of Pigeon Forge. We would like to book this place again for our next mountain getaway! Highly recommend.

Exactly what we needed. Very spacious. Road house is on is steep like most cabins in the Smoky Mtns. When our week stay was over, the kids were raving about the house. Very close to all the excitement of town but far enough away for peace and quiet.

Property was new and mostly in great shape. Only negatives would be Parking was very difficult and on the side of a hill, a couple items represented to be on the property were not there such as a highchair, and they only picked up our trash once despite request days earlier. All minor things, and we would stay again!

Justin is very awesome. responded to all questions in a timely manner. gave great instructions sent information for the area before we got there to help us plan things out. be ready for the steep hill going up to the house if you're not use to driving in the mountains it can be intimidating but we got use to it. the house was overall clean and in a great location. will definitely stay again next year if available

Excellent place to stay. My whole family of 25 enjoyed it. Great amenities, a lot of sleeping room and linens, plenty of dishes for large group. Host very responsive and helpful. We will plan to stay here again!

This home was perfect for our group of 2 families with kids but could easily accommodate 3 families. It was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed for our stay. This home is spacious and nicely built. Some other cabins we’ve stay in around the area have small rooms and living spaces with thin walls but this is not one of those homes. Everyone was able to have their own space without feeling crammed in. It’s a great location right off the main strip so easy access for our adventures to Dollywood, Pink Jeeps and Pirates Voyage. We would definitely stay here again.
