The cabin was exactly as described. It was comfy and cozy and made it a very relaxing stay. It is a super convenient location that is not far from town. The kids enjoyed the foosball table. Communication with the property owner/ manager was great. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great location for both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Loved this particular cabin as the hot tub and fire pit area were more private than some of the other cabins. Kids loved the shared small pool on property. The outside string lights wouldn't turn on for us, but we didn't end up using the area in the evening, so not a huge problem. Decently stocked kitchen. Would recommend bringing your own pillows, blankets and towels as there were not any extra. Only two towels per bathroom, which means you need to do laundry for longer stays or have several people. Otherwise, the cabin suited our needs for a multi-generation getaway.

Very roomy for our family. It was nice to have a bathroom associated with each bedroom. The bed pillows were very flat. This needs to be addressed. The coffee pot was a small only able to brew 6 cups at a time requiring multiple pots brewed each morning.

The description and photos of the cabin in the listing are very accurate. We loved the proximity of the cabin to so many attractions, restaurants and Great Smoky Mountains. Our 3 teenagers were comfortable and happy throughout our stay. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions, from the time of booking to checking out. We had a great experience and highly recommend!

House was very nice, kitchen well stocked, and very practical layout. Didn't spend much of our time here, but did manage to squeeze in one game night. Very convenient to Dollywood and great location to get anywhere in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, or Sevierville with the ability to go around the strip and avoid traffic if necessary.

First off Justin was an amazing communicator!! The cabin itself was beautiful! My family of 5 had plenty of room! All 3 kids had their very own bedroom and bathroom! The pool was not open, but Justin did warn me that it may not be open. My only complaint is there is no privacy. Even around the hot tub there wasn't a half fence, which didn't even block the parking lot. Other than that our experience with Justin and the modern Cabin was amazing! Will definitely rent from Justin again!

We had a wonderful family vacation while staying at The Cove! A beautiful new construction and indoor space with lots to do for us and our 4 year old. The hot tub and firepit were a huge plus! Pigeon Forge is well located and close to everything we wanted to do, and just far enough off the busy streets of Gatlinburg. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely beautiful!!!! Stayed back in November 2024 with the family and everyone loved the cabin. Our host Justin Anderson was very prompt and attentive to one concern and it was resolved immediately. My mom is already making plans with her friends to rent this cabin May 2025. We have stayed at several rentals near the Dollywood area and this location can’t be beat. It’s about a 6 min drive to the entrance of Dollywood and there is a pizza place and a convenience store 1 min away from this house.
A few minor things could be improved: pillows were lumpy and thin, the quilts were thin given the cold weather and there were no extra towels.
I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again though. My family typically rents two cabins side by side and this cabin and the other that we rented from Justin were a good value for the money.

We had a great time at this place. I will say the pics looked a little different than the actual place but that’s mostly because the furniture has been moved and can accommodate a lot more people now.
The beds were very comfortable, and I’m picky.
Lots of extra things for kids like a booster seat and pack and play if needed.
Lots of blankets. But do wish we had more towels.
Justin is a great host and was always there if we needed him! We didn’t have any issues though.
Overall a great place to stay with both pigeon forge and Gatlinburg at your fingertips. We fit six adults and two kids comfortably and there was room for more.

Very clean! The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. Our kids enjoyed the game area and hot tub. The home and neighborhood didn't feel "cabin-y" at all which was ok with us but an fyi if that is important to you. There is a tiny pool and small playground structure across the parking lot which was a fun surprise. The proximity to Dollywood and the Stampede dinner show was excellent but it wasn't right in the middle of it all. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay here. We came to Pigeon Forge to visit Dollywood and Soaky Mountain. We were looking for a cabin that would sleep a big crew and was convenient to those parks. This home really fit the bill. Getting to places on the parkway was super quick because you could use the backroads and Dollywood was only 5 mins away. We had a group of all ages and the foosball table and hot tub were a big hit with the kids and teens. Cabin looked brand new and was super spotless and clean. The hosts were very responsive when I had questions and check-in/out were an absolute breeze. We would definitely stay here again for this type of trip!

Only complaint we have is door code was very long to put in each time and also we had some loud neighbors revving there trucks at 1 in the morning and being loud in the hot tub but for the most part very pleased with the place and location it was very clean
Side note…..tighten up the toilet seats they were all loose lol 😂

The perfect stay would sum it up! My family and I had a wonderful stay in this cabin. It still has that new smell and was tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and it has all the amenities of home. The cabin was far enough away from the noise but yet still very close when you wanted to be at one of the popular attractions. The biggest plus for us was definitely every room having its own bathroom, making getting ready a breeze! The host Justin was very responsive and made sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this cabin and will book for future visits!

Justin was an excellent host, responded to any need/questions we had. The house was very spacious and accommodated our group of 5 perfectly. The only suggestion I would make would be to add more outside lighting. At night the entrance into the housing division was hard to see and the premises was dark. I loved it and hope to be back this fall.

This was my first booking and definitely won’t be the last. Justin was a great host and easy to communicate with! The cabin was amazing and a steal for the luxury you get. We go to pigeon forge at least once a year and I plan to book this cabin again! Everything was laid out perfectly and very clean. Beds are comfortable and kitchen has more supplies than most. It is in a great area and just far enough of the main road. The cabin was cozy and perfect community feel with a pool and playground. Our kiddos loved the ninja turtle arcade and board games that were provided. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with this cabin and the host Justin

This home was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 4 kids. Location was convenient to everything. We wanted to do during our stay. Minutes to Dollywood and seconds to Gatlingburg Golf Course. The home was clean and came stocked with plenty of cookware. We did have to go out and buy our own basic cooking supplies like oil, salt, and pepper. The kids enjoyed the board games and TMNT arcade machine. Justin even set up a Christmas Tree for us to enjoy. Thanks for a great stay!
