We've stayed at this cabin twice and loved it both times! Very spacious and quiet. Great for families! Plus bear sightings both times.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the only disappointment we had was that we never saw a bear….. The cabin is located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg with easy access to both. The game room and hot tub were a huge hit! Very nice, clean cabin with comfortable furniture and lots of space. We would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone visiting the area.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious and worked perfectly for our family of 7. Our three sons especially loved having the lower level bedroom right next to the game room—it quickly became their favorite hangout spot (and now they're campaigning for a game room at home!).The upstairs bedroom is part of an open loft-style layout, which was clearly stated in the listing, but it's good to keep in mind if members of your group have different bedtimes - my parents liked to turn in early and we had to be pretty quiet to accommodate. Each level having a full bathroom was nice.The neighborhood felt peaceful and safe—we spotted a few bears nearby (from a safe distance, of course!). The location was convenient, right between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, making it easy to explore both areas.Highly recommend for families looking for comfort, space, and a great location in the Smokies.

The cabin had something for everyone. It was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities of home. The location is perfect. Just close enough to get to town but far enough away to feel secluded. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was very private and pretty. The rooms were as listed and fit our family perfectly. We were offered and extra night at a discount bc of our stay being the day after Easter so we were able to check in Monday morning which was great and worked out perfectly. The house was well stocked w cooking equipment and appliances all worked great. The location was amazing, and close to everything we wanted to do!! There were some issues, an Old razor left in the shower from previous stay which kind of said to me the shower prob wasn’t cleaned. We reached out just to let them know, and the owner apologized. The biggest let down was the hot tub. It was filthy. The water was dark and it wouldn’t heat up bc the filter was so clogged. We reached out again with pictures but got no answer or resolution. So that sucked. We were all looking forward to spending time there during our week stay.

We stayed at the Second Fiddle from May 15-20, 2022. It is a gorgeous, fully equipped and comfortable cabin! It accommodated all our needs! The hot tub is a plus! Justin, the host, was extremely nice and communicated well with us! We would definitely stay here again! We saw lots of bear in different areas! What a treat to see on the last morning a momma bear and her 2 cubs at our cabin! It was such an enjoyable vacation, memories we will forever cherish!

The cabin was clean and cozy. Plenty of room for our party of 4 and loved how everything was really within 20 minutes of the cabin but still felt secluded in the quiet woods. Coffee on the screened in, side porch was our favorite start to the day. With that said, guests need to know that the roads up to the cabin are narrow and steep. The price to be paid for the quiet. The only request I would have the next time staying is more supplies requested. We had 4 people and stayed a total of 5 days with only 2 dishwasher detergent pods supplied and one packet of laundry detergent. Not a complaint but a kind suggestion to supply a bit more. It would truly be appreciated! Thank you!!

The cabin was super clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen for our meals. Our two kids aged 10 and 12 pretty much lived downstairs in the game room with all of the different games down there. We were there for the weekend for my son's baseball tournament at Ripken Experience in Pigeon Forge and it was a great location to the ball fields. And it was conveniently located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Overall it was a great cabin to stay in and Justin was super easy to communicate with and making our stay as comfortable as possible.

First off, I want to say this cabin was in a prime location, gorgeous views of the mountains, and a semi-private location. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a clean, well-organized cabin. HOWEVER, if you are NOT a fan of paranormal activity or events, I would encourage you to stay elsewhere. During our stay, random lights would come on, doors that were previously locked would open, and foot steps could be heard all throughout the night. It seems to be concentrated in the loft and living room areas. Myself as well as my other guests had to leave early due to these events. Justin was more than helpful and seemed to receive this information well enough. Just wanted to warn you all about the extra amenities not listed. Have a good stay!!

We had an amazing time at this cabin! Is so beautiful and cozy, it felt like home. We had everything we needed and the host was always very helpful in case we needed something else. There was a snow storm during our visit, which was not a problem at all since they did an amazing job cleaning out the streets. We would love to come back again soon!

Cabin is nice, game room was fun and entertaining. TV remotes need instructions to work. Property is up the mountain and hard to find after dark but once you learn your roads easier to find in daylight. Family in the loft does not have much privacy.

The weather was cold, but we arrived to a beautifully holiday decorated cabin. We spent Thanksgiving in style with gorgeous surroundings. The games and fireplaces and hot tub made everyone happy. The cabin was also the perfect home camp for our adventures to both Gatlinburg and Dollywood.Book now!

This was actually our second stay at Second Fiddle. Justin was quick to answer any questions we had. We loved our stay! Very clean and well stocked! This cabin is beautiful and pretty easy to get to. Ample parking. The cabin was stocked with the much needed supplies such as a pac-n-play, highchair and two baby gates that we used for our granddaughter. It was easily accessible for my 99 year old Mom. The hot tub was great. We had a visitor one evening, a huge bear 🐻 came up the side of the deck, laid down, stayed for a bit, looked into the double doors and then went right back down the trail. Thanks for some awesome memories in the beautiful mountains!!! Can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed the cabin. We had two 12-year-old boys and they absolutely loved the game room. The cabin on the inside was clean. The outside needs some attention. Pet peeves that I have at staying places towels and toilet paper. The cabin has really nice towels and good toilet paper. The kitchen has very nice appliances. The only thing I missed was an iron and an ironing board.

We LOVED the location! The cabin was spacious and beautiful! We were located right between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but just a quick drive to anything we wanted to see or do! We will DEFINITELY stay in this cabin again!!

This lovely cabin in the mountains has 3 distinct levels and 3 full bedrooms which can accommodate family/friend groups of all ages. What sold it for us was the level entry and main-level bedroom, which was necessary for one of our party who uses a walker and cannot go up and down stairs easily. It's not easy finding a mountain cabin which is accessible for someone with mobility issues and this one was perfect. The main level shower even has helpful handles installed! The basement level had everything our kids needed and they had a blast. We would never have seen them if we didn't make them get out and go exploring with us throughout the day. Us middle aged adults took the loft bedroom. Everyone had their own private spaces to retreat to, but we were also all together in one cabin, and it was absolutely lovely. Justin kept us updated on anything going on in the area and was always responsive to our needs. I would 100% recommend this cabin retreat if you have a multi-generational party and want to stay together rather than in separate cabins. Big thanks to Justin for making our Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge vacation great!

It was a beautiful home to stay at! The game room downstairs was perfect for my kids. It was a wonderful location with more things to do than possible. It was clean inside, the spiders on the porch were real bad, but that’s what you get in the woods. We loved seeing the mama bear with her cubs that came right up to the porch. Very responsive host and helpful with local recommendations. My only complaint, would be that more toiletries were included. Also, we were only given 2 coffee pods and I always thought those should be unlimited in an Airbnb. I wish it was stocked with more stuff. Other than that, it was fantastic.

The cabin was exactly as described and pictures didn’t do it justice. It was extremely clean and you can tell the hosts thought of everything. Excellent communication with the hosts. We had an excellent family vacation! Very spacious absolutely beautiful cabin with room for our family of 7! The check in process was very easy and the host was very responsive and helpful! There is enough parking for 2 cars comfortably which we took full advantage of. We felt very safe in the area and never had any issue with safety concerns. My kids enjoyed the games during our downtime and the hot tub was a huge hit. They empty and clean it between every stay so I felt very comfortable enjoying it to the fullest! We also enjoyed coffee every morning on the porch rocking chairs which always started our days off on the right foot. The fully equipped kitchen made making meals a breeze for nights when we wanted to eat in the cabin. And there are a couple places for everyone to be able to relax and have their own space if wanted. The checkout process was awesome! It was way easier than I thought it would be and made our check out day a breeze! Overall, this cabin was a HUGE part of making our vacation an experience that we will never forget and we will definitely be back!

The best aspect of this rental is how close it is to everything in the area while also feeling like you’re up in the middle of the woods away from everything. The highlight of the trip, especially for my kids, was seeing a bear on the deck. It was very clean and the hosts were great communicators.

"Best cabin ever, Mom!" That's what I heard from my kids once we arrived. All the games in the game room work fine--airhocky, fuseball, pacman arcade (that was certainly the favorite!), x-box, giant connect four, and checkers. The hot tub AND jacuzzi was fully functional and enjoyable too. The cabin was perfectly clean and comfortable. We had little kids so I was pleased to find a high chair and gates to put at the stairways for safety.
We grilled hot dogs and the smell attracted a mama bear and her cubs. We didn't feed them but had fun watching them and taking pictures through the porch glass. Honestly, seeing the bears made our little vacation a real adventure.
The wifi is not the strongest but we were able to stream movies. Also the tv had disney plus and Amazon prime so there were plenty of options. Our phones had only 1 bar of coverage, but we were happy to be disconnected for a few days to focus on our kids.
We loved the experience at the Second Fiddle cabin.

My family & I had a fantastic time at this beautiful cabin. We are a family of 6 with seniors, adults, teenagers, & younger children & this place accomodated everyone in our family really well, with lots of space. The host was on top of everything & commincation was always friendly & immediate. Super close to both pigeon forge & gatlinburg, so attractions in the area are extremely accessible. The decor & cabin feel was great & the place was extremely clean. My whole family loved the hot tub & game room, especially my teenage daughter who loved having the downstairs bedroom, kitchen, & bathroom to herself, almost like her own little apartment. Would definitely stay again. My five year old still asks when we are going back to "our" cabin in "Ten-I-See" as she calls it! Thanks to Justin for a wonderful stay!

This is one of best vacations rentals we have stayed in over the years! First of all, it was very clean (and my wife is very picky). It also had a a great floor plan to accommodate larger families. The location was quiet with a great view (just be aware of the steep roads to get there!). The game room and hot tub were great. The owners did well in communicating what to expect and responding to all of our questions. We will definitely look to stay here again when we are back in the Gatlinburg area.

We loved Second Fiddle for our bachelorette/bachelor weekend getaway. Lots of games to play, plenty of space, large comfy beds, perfect location for bouncing between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Justin was so great at communicating up to and throughout our stay. The roads headed up to the cabin are quite steep but that’s expected in the mountains, and the roads aren’t very narrow so it’s definitely doable. If we ever have a large party trip like this again, we will absolutely come back to Second Fiddle!

This airbnb was amazing! My family and I visited here as a gift for my dads birthday. 3 couples and 2 kids fit perfectly! The rooms were all very spacious and open, we each practically had our own floor lol. The kids loved the games downstairs. The cabin was just as pictured, if not better! The drive up the mountain wasn't too bad either. My dad loved the indoor jacuzzi and we took advantage of the grill too, we even saw wild turkeys!! We visited The sky bridge in Gatlinburg and Island of Pigeon Forge multiple times since it was only about a 20 minutes drive, Walmart was also very close for any grocery needs. We would definitely recommend this Cabin and hope to stay again later this year! :)

Location was great! View are amazing! Kitchen is well stocked. Had a great time relaxing in the quiet cabin with all the amenities. We had a little problem with the hot tub but Justin was quick with his response and saved the day. The only thing was the clothes dryer takes extra long to dry.

The cabin is beautiful, perfect for a large group; we were 7 adults and 3 children. The cleanliness was excellent, and it had all kinds of kitchen utensils, which was perfect for us. The rooms and bathrooms were comfortable, the cabin was perfectly located near the main attractions of Gatlinburg.
Justin responded to each of my messages immediately, which instilled a lot of confidence. We were super pleased and happy to have stayed there; without a doubt, I would book the same cabin again. Thanks a million for everything.

They created such a welcoming space. It was so crazy and warm. My daughters enjoyed the downstairs game area. The area didn’t allow for much enjoying the yard or walking the road, but it was very close to town which provided a lot of opportunities to walk around.
We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We came in December with all 6 of our kiddos from 15-4 and every single one of us thoroughly enjoyed Second Fiddle! From the game room, warm bathrooms multiple living rooms to the hot tub, we only wished we could’ve stayed longer! The holiday decor was fabulous, festive and flawless! It even smelled like Christmas in a delicate and warming way! Everything was clean, even my wife said so (and that’s not an easy compliment to come by).
Now if you’ve used Airbnb a lot you come to realize that nothing is perfect. This came closer than any place I’ve been to before! Justin was as good a host as you can find, the only “issue” (which wasn’t his fault) was responded to quickly and with great troubleshooting!
The view and ambience fits all seasons, you’re at the top of a ridge line so no one is above you, and you feel as if you are secluded. The screened in porch was my morning coffee spot. All this to say, if it is available, don’t look any further than Second Fiddle!

Fabulous cabin! Loved being super close to everything, but feeling like we were far away from all the excitement when we needed down time. Everyone had a blast with all the games in the game room, hot tub, and a great time cooking in the large kitchen! Absolutely stunning views!

Great location that was close to nature but not too far from amenities
A cozy cabin with a hot tub plenty of beds
Fantastic game room in the basement- the family spent hours there!

I believe a property management group helps manage the place. I never have had this good of an experience with an airb&b home before. The place was immaculate. So well organized. And everything was in great condition. It was obvious it was taken care of. In the future I will seek out homes curated by Avada Properties. These people are pros. I could not recommend this home any more. It was perfect.

The property was exactly as described. Perfect for my grandkids . The downstairs had plenty of room and games for them to have a great time. And they did. Enough beds for all 4 of them and a bathroom just for them.. The home is really nice. Roomy there was 4 adults and plenty of room. Its is situated right between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge you were close to both. Easy in and out. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend this property. Our host was Justin Anderson. He really made the whole experience easy. From begining to end he was always there to answer my questions (which was alot) even late nite if I needed something he responded right away. Justin's place was spacious, clean and comfortable. I loved that it was a short drive to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the national park while also being a secluded, quiet and peaceful escape from the crowds. The game room was a hit with my kids and I loved sitting on the screened in porch enjoying the woods in the mornings. One thing I'd note is the wifi internet connection was unreliable while we were there and only AT&T seemed to have decent service there and only in certain spots - it wasn't a major issue for us as part of the appeal of cabin was being able to disconnect, but if connectivity is important keep that in mind. Justin was quick to respond to any concerns and I recommend him as a host.

Great escape towards the top of a mountain, but just minutes from the main drag in Pigeon Forge. They have thought of everything, from baby gates for the stairs, to high chairs and port-a-cribs. Rustic but very clean. Lots of games for the whole family. We really enjoyed our time.

We enjoyed our week-long stay at Second Fiddle with family. Even had an unexpected visit from a mother bear and her two cubs who walked onto our porch! A simple command directed them back into the woods (they evidently frequent these properties as she came back the next day while we were gone and got into the enclosed back porch to ransack for food. No harm done, but need to lock the doors!) Comfortable accommodations with easy access to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The two decks with hot tub provide extra room and leisure options. Quiet neighborhood. Justin is a great host with clear instructions. Only recommendations are to get better lighting over mirror in bathroom in the loft and better instructions for TV use. Other than that, great place to stay.

The property is in a great location. Our main purpose of the trip was to spend time with our adult children. We ended up going to Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge in the late afternoon to early evening. Did several hikes during the day in the Great Smoky Mountains. The place is spacious & had everything we needed. It’s a beautiful property as well. Justin is attentive also, he answered questions we had right away. We would definitely stay again if we come back that way.

we didn't use the hot tub because of instructions it was kind of bit much to figure out how to use it.(make water warm) there's 2pull missing and first floor patio they need to fix it. kids can easily get through it. we had to block with chair since we had kids same patio where they have BBQ grill. overall this place is amazing worth every penny. highly recommend to anyone who wanna to spend times with nature. will definitely come back to this place if we come to TN.

We very much enjoyed staying at the cabin! It was very clean and provided everything we needed, even had a travel crib, high chair and baby gates for our 2 year old which saved us from having to bring these items! The game room was a fun extra bonus and my 12 yr old son loved it! We also loved the enclosed porch in the mornings and evenings. The kitchen was well stocked and we did cook a few dinners there. We were also impressed by how organized it was. The light switches were all labeled (there’s quite a few of them) as well as the remotes. Also, the linens provided were plentiful! This cabin is exact like the photos ! Definitely a great choice . The location was prime! Right in the middle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg . Everything was clean and stocked! It’s actually bigger in person . There was many areas to fellowship with your loved ones . Justin was great. He responds fast and was overall a great host ! With out a doubt when I come back to TN I’ll be staying here again .

The cabin was beautiful just like the pictures. Cabin was very clean, plenty of towels and things we needed to get our vacation started. Justin was very fast with responding to any needs we had on vacation. Our family will definitely be coming back in the future.
