Our stay at Justin's property was amazing. A perfect mix of peace and serenity in the mountains yet less than 15 minutes from the heart of Pigeon Forge. Kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and in perfect working condition. Living room furniture was very comfortable. Hot tub was very clean. AC and WIFI were outstanding. Easy to connect our own streaming accounts to TV's. Will definitely book a return stay on our next trip to Pigeon Forge.

We really enjoyed our time at this cabin. It feels very secluded/private and has beautiful views off the deck where you can watch the sunrise. The kids enjoyed the pool table and arcade machine. The ad had mentioned that the wifi wasn't good enough for streaming, but we had no problems streaming Netflix on the living room TV. Short drive to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the National Park. The driveway is very steep, but we made it up ok with our minivan.

The cabin fit our family of 6 perfectly! Master bedroom and incredible bathroom on the main level, plus a spacious kitchen, dining area and living room open concept. Upstairs game room with pool table and arcade game was a lot of fun!

Our family absolutely loved our stay. The cabin was gorgeous and had the secluded feel were looking for. We saw a bear outside the cabin on our first night! It was the perfect place to come back and relax at after a busy day of sightseeing. We especially loved the hot tub and pool table. WiFi worked great.

This was an amazing cabin to stay in. The wrap around porch gave us plenty of options for enjoying the great views. The hot tub was clean and had fun lighting. It was a great extra to have a cool game room. The kitchen was easy to cook in. Lots of bathrooms and large rooms made it easy to spread out and enjoy the home.

My family had a great time at Justin’s cabin. Right after I booked he reached out to me with next steps and instructions. I had few questions about location and he immediately responded. When you are in mountains and checking in he assured me he was available at a moments notice. He even gave a separate phone no in case messages do not work. The views were spectacular from the cabin, we felt like home and Justin put us at ease at every step. Will definitely book again from him in future.

This property was as advertised. It had everything we could want for our family of seven. The rooms were comfortable, the hot tub and view were perfect, and the game room kept our kids entertained all week. Check in/check out was easy and the overall experience was top notch. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone with a large family!

Great host with a great cabin! Very responsive host. Cabin is spacious, peaceful, and has a lot of amenities to keep your group occupied with a great kitchen, pool table, Pac-Man, and a hot tub. Great location for Smokey mountain hiking as well, I would stay here again.

The only thing I would say as a negative would be the narrow and curves to get to the cabin(but we were in the mount and that is to be expected).. We probably won't rent this particular Cabin again because of that aspect but will definitely be looking for another that Jason may host!! He was the best host we ever had and hopefully in near future will be able to find another one He hosts

Be prepared for the steep driving inclines, but it was totally worth it. Teenagers (17 & 13) loved having the upstairs to themselves with the pool table and throwback arcade machine.

This is our 2nd time at the cabin. There’s no better place to explore the Great Smokey Mountains! The views are incredible! It’s very peaceful, and in quick access to all you want to do! I especially love the floor plan with all the living/kitchen/primary bed & bath on first level / worked perfectly for my parents to stay there & me & my kids take the upstairs. We appreciated the quick responses & the cleanliness of the cabin. It’s truly a perfect home base! My kids are already planning their next trip back!

The house is beautiful, it is far enough away from Pigeon Forge that it’s quiet but close enough to hear the Dollywood fireworks. The views from the deck are excellent, and if you like driving then you will love the roads up to the property. Any message we sent to Justin was answered quickly, and he was able to offer us some suggestions for local attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

The cabin is gorgeous and in great condition. The property was extremely clean, beds were comfortable, all with a nice luxurious finish. Internet connection was perfect as well, our group was able to stream music, movies and even play video games online. Overall this was the nicest rental property I have stayed at through vrbo.

The property was easy to find and perfectly located as the drive to Pigeon Forge was only 10/15 minutes and the drive to Gatlinburg was only 20/25 minutes. The house was nestled far enough away from the bustling Pigeon Forge area so there was plenty of solitude and peaceful evenings. The wrap around deck was awesome and faced the sunrise so it was a great way to enjoy the start of day with a hot cup of coffee! The house was new construction and nearly flawless in every detail.
While there were houses neighboring in the distance, we felt we had complete privacy no matter where on the property grounds we happened to be, particularly in the hot tub!
Plenty of kitchen provisions in terms of pots and pans, utensils, spatulas/cooking spoons, etc., which enabled us to prepare meals. All the appliances worked fine and the air-conditioning worked great.
Would highly recommend this property, and we will be back at the next opportunity.

Came here for our honeymoon. Address was a tad off but we had no problem finding it even in the dark. Justin did email me making sure our check-in was good and we had everything we needed. Its far enough out if town you get the privacy you need yet close enough if you need something you can run to town. Beautiful home. Loved the hot tub!

We loved this cabin!! Super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There were cabins nearby but nothing close enough to bother us. The hot tub was amazing and we managed to use it quite often. This was just what we needed to wind down from all the stressors of life. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much!!

The cabin was so beautiful and was absolutely spotless. The jacuzzi was wonderful! The only hiccup was that the community pool was 5 miles away and you had to pay 5 dollars to go to it.

The cabin is beautiful. The bunk beds were perfect for the kids and we also took advantage of the pull out sofa sleeper for the eight year old. Everything was in perfect working order. The Pac-man arcade machine got a lot of use from the kids of all ages. Our trip was primarily to spend a day at Dollywood's Splash Country. We were able to get to the cabin by travelling through Townsend and avoiding the Pigeon Forge Parkway traffic. The trips into Pigeon Forge only took about 15 mins. Great place to stay for a Dollywood trip. The host answered all of our questions quickly. Great stay.

Justin is a great host. He was very quick to communicate, he provides helpful tips for the local area. We celebrated my dad's 84th birthday and he was able to walk right from the large driveway to the front door with a single quick step up. The cabin has everything you'd need, and the wireless worked flawlessly. We spent a lot of time out on the deck, and we saw several black bears peaceably going about their business, turkey, squirrels, and birds everywhere. So much to see and experience on the back deck. The side deck has a very large over-hanging roof, and we spent about 3 hours sitting outside in the rain and we never got wet. It is private and very quiet. I brought my large telescope and astronomic binoculars and had spectacular views of the moon, stars and constellations. This cabin is just what you need to unwind.

We have been vacationing in the Pigeon Forge area for years. This cabin was incredible. We came for our own elopement with a few family members. Due to a thunderstorm at our elopement site, the officiant married us right on the deck of the cabin! The views were fantastic, cabin very clean and well presented, and the hosts attentive. Our granddaughter loved the arcade games- which she’s never seen before. I loved the sunrise coming in the wall of windows overlooking the forest and mountains. What a memorable trip.

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend trip to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. The house is two years old and in "New" condition. We rented the house for its location (only about 4 miles from the Parkway), so it is far enough out to be away from the hustle and bustle, yet close to everything as well. It was very quiet and private. The hot tub was especially nice to relax in and soothe sore feet from all of the exploring we did! The arcade games were fun, but we didn't end up getting to use the pool table or the fire pit (wish we had time too!). The fire pit looks "brand new" as well - like it has never been used. The house is large, well-appointed, and lets in lots of light during the day. The master bed (the only one we used) was very comfortable, just like home, and the shower was huge! You could fit 8 people in there! The whole place was an "upgraded" experience. I just wish we could have stayed a bit longer! There are helpful instructions for everything - Wifi, fireplace, hot tub, etc., (make sure to read them when checking out the place for the first time). I could have prevented at least one inquiry about the Wi-fi password to Justin had I done so...my bad! Check-in and out were seamless. Justin was very responsive to every message we sent and was a gracious host. We would love to rent here again when we're in the area next!

Justin's place was great. The cabin was beautiful. Easy to locate. It is located up hills. Getting an uber during the day was easy. At night it was difficult to get uber or Doordarsh due to the snow. The wifi was great. The views from the cabin were beautiful. Justin always communicated with us.

We had an absolute best time in Tennessee. It was so relaxing and the cabin was absolutely beautiful. It had beautiful scenery and private. Between playing pool, board games or using the hot tub there was always something fun to do even without leaving the cabin. The cabin was extremely clean and Justin was very helpful with information for us and quick with responding. They also had coupons for us upon checkin to use which was extremely nice. This was the best cabin we have ever stayed in and will 100% be booking with one of his cabins again in the future.

Nice getaway from the lively town. Took less than 15 minutes to get to Pigeon Forge and was so serene. Host was a good communicator and we really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay there again.

We loved our week at Justin’s place. Very secluded- no visible neighbors and so easy to get to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge without all the traffic. Justin responded immediately to questions. The cabin was so clean upon arrival and very roomy. We had 6 adults and had so much space. We enjoyed the arcade games and the pool table. We grilled and enjoyed the hot tub. Justin provides so much in the kitchen all we needed was food. Publix was a quick 10 minutes away. The master bathroom has a separate tub and separate huge shower!
Would highly recommend this rental!

Justin and Kari were very communicative and made the check in and check out process very easy! We love, love, love the wrap around deck! The kids enjoyed the hot tub and made sure to get in at least twice a day. Pac-Man was a favorite for all ages! Another great perk was the fully stocked kitchen - often times we’ve only had a handful of glasses and plates, etc. and it was nice to have full sets of pots and pans, bakeware, glasses, etc.

Our experience was amazing. Justin was wonderful and very communicative. He was very pro-active the minute we made our reservation. Not knowing anything about the area, Justin was quick to provide information regarding the region, things to do and places to eat. Accessing the unit was easy and the space was immaculate.
