My family loved the cabin and it was the first one we rented on our start of a family tradition. We saw a bear in front of our cabin that went into the woods. How cool is that!! So far this one is a for sure book again!

This house is amazing! 4 King Suites, so no sharing bathrooms...yes please. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves here! The house is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Everything you need is here, and MORE. The kids loved the arcade game, the pool table, and the hot tub, and the theater room was even better than I expected. I hope to return to this property next year for my birthday! Highly recommend!

Cabin was spacious with a lot of amenities in a beautiful location. Love the 6 bathrooms, activities and games, ice maker, and ability to use the clubhouses (we didn't). Love the views and decks. Some minor issues such as a lot of bugs on the floors. Had to wear sandals. Maybe it's the season? The cabin was clean outside of the bug issue. We also has water issues but that was the city's fault. Despite minor things, the space was great and we would stay again.

Perfect for extended family. Pool, air hockey, arcade, and poker made it a wonderful family hang out. Great location for Gatlinburg/National Park/ and Pigeon Forge/Dollywood adventures. Had a black bear walk right by the property one morning!

Our family had an amazing week in TN. We love Gatlinburg. And our best times are spent as a family enjoying mornings on the porch with the amazing views. Movie night. And grilling out for dinner. We were even greeted by a family of bears one morning while enjoying the views. They were quietly eating as we watched from above. This cabin was one of our favorite stays. We were extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the cabin and all of the amenities. We hope to be back. Thank you.

This cabin was wonderful. It was very clean and comfortable. The bath in the master bedroom was terrific with a two head shower; the floor was not slippery. The large porch was clean as well, with multiple comfortable chairs, and the fireplace there was so nice to sit beside while enjoying the lovely view. We had a very relaxing visit. If you have three of more vehicles, the parking could be tricky, but the cabins mostly all seemed this way as they are built into the side of a mountain. We would stay again.

My hubby and I did enjoy this beautiful home. The only reason we gave 4 stars on location was personal. We prefer a more secluded place as there's a lot of new builds which is good to see as this area was affected by the fires. Otherwise the house is beautiful and lacked nothing..... including visits from the 🐻. They were fun to watch from the main floor deck. It looks like some berry bushes have grown back and were in bloom so I imagine mid summer they'll be very active there eating the berries. The only other negative.... and this is NOT the fault of the owner of this house.... the construction people are pretty careless about their excess trash and unused material and leave laying around or gets thrown down on the hillsides and ravines. There was plastic down below us and heard a bear checking it out which was what caught our attention to the bear. Again not the owner's fault. You see it everywhere where there's construction. Just wish they'd clean up after themselves. It's a great place to rent with families. Lots of room. Loved... Loved the main shower.

We had an extended family getaway for spring break and had a great time! The cabin is in an excellent location- right in the middle of pigeon forge and gatlinburg and very close to a trolley stop which was nice! The cabin was beautiful and was perfect for our family to all have their own spots. The kids loved the game area and hot tub and we all loved the views. We didn’t see any bears like we were hoping but heard it may have been too early for them. We had a few maintenance issues that came up but they didn’t get in the way of having a great time and Justin was always quick to respond to any of our messages! Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation!

We had a great time. Cabin was as advertised and was great for our family. Kids had a blast. Has a little wear and tear but nothing that would take away from your stay. We thank you for lending your place to us. The stay was nice and comfortable. The home is amazing. The lay out of the home is so nice. The game room and theater room was a bonus. The wind and storm didn't let us enjoy the hot tub. One peace of the tin on the the roof got damaged and flapped until it was blowed away. I would stay again! We had a good time!

We will definitely be back! The cabin is gorgeous and you could not ask for more! Its location is perfect as well- half way to Pigeon Forge & halfway to downtown Gatlinburg. Took us about 10 minutes to get to each location. We are already looking forward to the next trip we take to stay at this gorgeous cabin!

The home was very beautiful, the pictures truly do not do it justice, it is very spacious and offers a lot of amenities. Very close to the city ~20 min away and Ober Mountain was so close!! 10/10 definitely will be back!!

We traveled from south Alabama for the weekend, it was my mother-in-law’s first time ever visiting the mountains. She was so amazed how beautiful everything was. Justin done an awesome job with answering any questions we had. She loved everything about the cabin enjoyed watching the sunrise just a perfect view.

We were pleased with every aspect of this property. But, please remember to lock your car doors! A bear opened one of our car doors looking for food one night. No damage was done.

This cabin is wonderful! Super clean, large bedrooms, great kitchen with everything we needed, very nice furnishings, very comfortable beds, lots of activities to keep us all entertained without having to go into town. The owner has paid attention to detail and renters needs, including a countertop ice machine for those of us who need lots of ice! The location was wonderful as we were in Gatlinburg in less than 10 minutes! If I have any cons at all, it would just be that the seats in the theater room and the hot tub cover are splitting, and they’re wasn’t a popcorn machine as pictured in the theater room. That’s it. It was an amazing cabin!!! We will definitely be back!!

Really great spot. We took a trip with 4 couples and each was able to have their own bedroom and bathroom.
The kitchen, dining room, and living room are set up strategically so that you can easily enjoy time together amidst the spaces.
The basement game room was a blast - fit with a pool table, poker table, theater room, and a hot tub outside.
All our friends loved the space! And the hosts were very responsive and helpful!!!

We had a great long weekend! The place was perfect for our family. We utilized the pool table, hot tub, and movie room a lot!
I really enjoy cooking and packed things I normally don’t find in a rental. The kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking essentials. There was even a hand mixer (which I packed).
We did have a slight interruption the first two nights with a repeated noise in the upstairs bedroom. Not sure if it was a critter or the wind. Justin did send someone out to look. However they didn’t bring a ladder to check the roof. Seems like it was caused by the wind bc day 3 was much better and didn’t hear the noise (wind stopped). If you hear the constant tapping or it’s windy, I would be proactive or you won’t sleep much!

I booked this cabin for an annual Christmas trip my husband and I take each year with 3 other couples. Everyone was amazed at how perfect and comfortable the cabin was for our group. The 4 bedrooms with each having a private bathroom was ideal. The living area was large and cozy with plenty of seating. The downstairs theater, pool table and other games were great for evenings in. The host was very responsive whenever I reached out with questions. The location is convenient to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge with lots to do and great restaurants.

Our family consisting of 7 adults and 3 kids had a great time staying in this wonderful cabin, in a great location for both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Although most of our time was spent exploring the area with all it had to offer, evenings at the cabin, were quite comfortable. The cabin had everything we needed and we enjoyed the movie room, and the hot tub. We had a 9 month old, 18 month old, and 3 year old, so the stairs between the 3 levels did concern us, but with gates, we were able to make it safe for the little ones. There were actually 3 gates at the property, even though the listing stated just 1. My daughter had found a baby rental company in the area since she was flying into Knoxville and wouldn't be able to bring all of the baby paraphernalia one needs, and that came in really handy. They delivered to the property and picked up which was very convenient. The cabin had 1 pack 'n play, and a high chair to use, which was nice. We had 4 big SUV's and there was room for parking them all. It was a little tricky getting in and out, but I think that would be the case at any of the cabins around there. One of the reasons we chose this cabin was there were so many reviews stating guests had seen bears from the balcony. We never saw any the whole time we were there, even in the park! The view from the balcony was beautiful! Justin was a wonderful host and a great communicator! Don't hesitate to book this cabin!

This property was everything it was advertised to be and more. I rented this property for a business retreat for four and it was amazing. Great views, wonderful house and amenities. Check in and communication with the owner/property manager were smooth and easy. Check out was also very easy, no hiccups throughout the whole trip. I will definitely rent this property again.

Super clean and comfortable with plenty room for the family. Easy to get into Gatlinburg and the national park. Wide balconies facing the mountains. We sat by the fire and enjoyed the views for hours. Highly recommended!

This was the perfect cabin! Great location, great views, the beds were super comfy. We LOVED the outdoor fireplace on the balcony, we spent a lot of time out there. We also saw several bears, we made sure to lock our doors and not leave any food in our vehicles. Willl definitely visit again!

The cabin was just as described: beautiful views, great amenities, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The location is great as well if you want to enjoy both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It was perfect for our girls trip. We had zero issues during our stay and very much enjoyed our time there. Justin is a great host and communicates quickly if you need anything. It’s always so nice to stay in a home rather than a hotel. This is a great home to stay in for families of all ages. And when the host tells you to lock your vehicles because the Bears can open the doors, he’s not kidding. Luckily we never left any food in our cars and locked them every night, but one of the doors must not have gotten shut all the way and we were startled by the car alarm going off and finding a big black mama bear and her cub inside our minivan. They sniffed around, didn’t find anything and left without causing any damage, thankfully

My husband and I took our three adult children to Gatlinburg over Fall break. The house was perfect - conveniently located, clean, well decorated and cozy, beautiful view with perfect amenities. We enjoyed coming back to the house after hiking in the Smokies to the hot tub and fireplace. We also enjoyed watching football in the theatre room and playing pool/video games in the evenings. Everyone had their own comfortable space for relaxing. Truly enjoyed and would highly recommend!!

Beautiful cabin! Beautiful view of the mountains! Small bathrooms, not ideal for a motorized wheelchair. Would have preferred to have couch or chair that reclined! Stairs could use better lighting. My son fell down them! Did have a few other issues but overall would recommend this cabin.

My husband and I stayed there with three of my siblings and spouses, all from other states. It was the first time any of us had been to Gatlinburg. This place was amazing, we all had spacious rooms, comfortable beds and our own bathrooms. We enjoyed the fireplace at night on the top deck and the hot tub on the bottom deck. The views were absolutely amazing! We also enjoyed watching old family videos in the theater room and an occassional game of pool. There is so much to do in Gatlinburg so we kept very busy. We all took turns cooking in the well equipped kitchen with games after dinner at the roomy dining room table. The host was excellent and very responsive. We had a fabulous time and I would recommend this place to anyone.

This was a wonderful place and Justin was a great host. The house was well kept, had beautiful views, and many amenities such as a movie room, hot tub, and pool table. It was a great place for our family vacation. We were able to get to the Smoky Mountains very easily and there is even a free trolley going into Gatlinburg at the bottom of the hill if you want to avoid driving. Justin was very responsive and quick to get back to us about any question we had. I highly recommend this place.

This was a wonderful rental, centrally located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin was spacious, very clean, and had plenty of bathrooms and large bedrooms for our multi-family unit. Our kids really enjoyed having movie nights in the theater room and swimming at the pools at the clubhouses close by. The property owner did a wonderful job communicating, before and during our trip. I would definitely stay here again!

Our family stayed here during our summer vacation. I truly cannot describe the beauty of this property. Pros: Large bedrooms, many additional extras including numerous porches with beautiful furniture and fireplaces, theater room!, game room, spacious kitchen and living room, plenty of bathrooms, nice W/D, stunning views, great location, master shower! Con: Nothing is perfect, but this place pretty much was. The only thing I can even think of is the water pressure in showers. It was doable, but not great. The only reason I gave 4 stars for communication was because I messaged asking about staying an extra night and the response seemed to be an automated one asking if we got checked in ok and small reminders. No big deal, as I could have booked online, but glad it wasn’t an important question. A previous review said something about bugs in the kitchen—we did NOT see one bug anywhere! This is probably the cleanest property I’ve stayed at (and I’m picky about the cleanliness). Thank you for the beautiful stay!

We come to gatlinburg often but have never stayed in this area and it may be my new favorite place! The location was nice between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We saw several bears around the cabin so be on the lookout!! The kitchen was well stocked which was very nice. The grounds were clean and was exactly as described. Thanks so much!

This place was absolutely perfect for 4 couples to get away to the mountains and celebrate a retirement. Each couple was able to have their own bedroom with a king size bed and an attached bathroom. Each morning and evening, we enjoyed the porches and the fantastic views. There was plenty of living space to either be together or do your own thing. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends visiting the area or to stay here again if back in the area. Check in/out was very easy and the host was always responsive to our inquiries.

We truly enjoyed our stay during our kids' Spring break. We loved the mountain views from both balconies, enjoyed family pac man challenges on the multi arcade, loved watching the sunset from the hot tub each night and finishing the evening with a family movie in the theater room. It was the perfect get away! We also loved how close the attractions were in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Our kids had a blast at Dollywood which was a short 20 min drive away. We will definitely be back!

Justin’s home was a perfect fit for our needs. Four bedrooms with king sized beds and attached bathrooms. The living and dining room easily fit our group.

This was my first official Airbnb experience. Justin made check in and out very easy. He is very responsive! The pictures of the exterior had me concerned because it doesn’t provide the inside with any justice! The inside picture are exactly as they are provided. My family enjoyed all the amenities! (Who would think to put mini-fridges in the upper level bedrooms!) Great idea. I would definitely recommend this place.

I have booked cabins in Gatlinburg twice a year for about a decade, and this was the best I have stayed in. Very clean, all bedrooms were large & comfortable, great living areas. Everything was in perfect working order; don’t think I have ever encountered that before. Nicely decorated, rustic feel but modern conveniences. Great view. Justin was a great host. We even saw a bear, within 100 yards of the cabin, in February much less. The road is a bit nerve wracking, of course, but that is true for most cabins and is the small price for having a great view. Can’t recommend this cabin highly enough.

Our stay was amazing in this almost new cabin. Ussualy the posted pictures are better then in the reality , but this cabin is looks better then in the pictures. Very detailed mountain theme accesories make the cabin very welcoming. The theater, basement games and hot tub made our nights memorable. Minutes a way from downtown Gatlinburg , National Park and Ski mountain. The view from the house is amazing. Justin is a model host, 5 star on that, very responsive and helpful.
We definitely come back soon.

Our family had an amazing week in TN. We love Gatlinburg. And our best times are spent as a family enjoying mornings on the porch with the amazing views. Movie night. And grilling out for dinner. We were even greeted by a family of bears one morning while enjoying the views. They were quietly eating as we watched from above. This cabin was one of our favorite stays. This place was perfect for our big family of 14! We all had plenty of room and each family had their own bedroom/bathroom. The place was clean and easily accessible. Easy drive to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. If this place is on your consideration list, just book it!

This cabin deserves its 5 star rating. It's very nice and we very much enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well stocked and had all the necessities, everything was very clean with the exception of the floor. We had a lovely time in the hot tub, watching movies in the theater and eating breakfast on the deck on the one warm morning we had. The rooms are very nice, all king beds!! and everyone had their own bathroom. Our only issues were that everyone in our group wore socks in the house and pretty much everyone complained about having dirty socks after walking around. Our only other complaint (also minor) is that the pool cues need tips and chalk. Our family always books a cabin with a pool table as it's the only chance we get to play. However, there was no cue chalk and cues were in poor shape with two of them not having any tips on them at all. Still though, we had a wonderful stay and if we ever bring the grand parents again with us we will be looking to see if this cabin is available.

We had an amazing stay! The house is beautiful, very clean, wonderful view & so close to downtown. We had so much fun! Started our days with coffee on the deck in the morning and hot tub in the evenings after a long day of exploring! Kids and adults loved all the entertainment the house provides. Was just what we were looking for! Aside from a leak which was promptly resolved, the property was perfect. The only place for improvement would be with addional towels! Hand towels, bath towels, and needed some for the hot tub. Each person had 2 bath towels, the bedroom baths had a hand towel, the powder rooms didn't have any. There weren't any towels for the hot tub or dishes.
We had a great time!

Justin’s place is AMAZING. We went for weekend getaway and wanted to relax and reunite with our friends, this place served the purpose to the maximum. The cabin was very clean and well equipped, the balconies were spacious with easy grilling experience. The view is the beeeest part of it. We loved waking up very early in the morning to watch sunrise over the mountains with a great cup of coffee. There was alot to do in the cabin and all our group found something fun to do. Air hockey was my favorite!
Definitely recommend this cabin for other groups!

Justin is an excellent host. I would rate his communication a 10 if I could! The house is immaculate and we felt very much at home here. The house accommodated our family of 11 ( 6 boys, 3 girls) very nicely. It was extra special to see black bears every day in the neighborhood. We discovered too late that it is extremely important to make sure the garbage can lids are properly latched at all times. The bear discovered the unlatched lid before us, but we caught it in the act! We would definitely return. Thanks Justin for the opportunity!

Beautiful place we had a wonderful time here. The cabin was very beautiful and so were the views. The views at sunrise and sunset were the most beautiful. The view at the pool was also very beautiful. It was more then what we expected. We saw a lot of bears up close around the cabin and near the pool it was a scary but fun experience because it was something we wanted to experience we just weren’t expecting to see them really up close. We also had a lot of fun in the playroom and in the theatre and in the hot tub. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here and will most definitely be coming back.

Justin’s Cabin is by far the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! The cabin itself is amazing. It’s filled with everything you need, from the movie theater, air hockey table, and hot tub. This place is well thought out and put together. The pictures he posted online don’t do it any Justice. When we arrived we were excited about the bedrooms and vaulted ceilings, until we walked out onto the deck. This place has one of the most breathtaking view ever!! We spent each morning watching the sunrise over the mountain tops, and the rest of the day watching the bear cubs (the kids loved that part) and enjoying each other. We will definitely return.

Beautiful cabin, lovely decor and layout. Great game room and movie viewing room. We saw black bears 3 out of four days. There was even a mother with 3 cubs. You can sit on the deck all day and be happy doing nothing as the view is wonderful.

My hubby and I did enjoy this beautiful home. The only reason we gave 4 stars on location was personal. We prefer a more secluded place as there's a lot of new builds which is good to see as this area was affected by the fires. Otherwise the house is beautiful and lacked nothing..... including visits from the 🐻. They were fun to watch from the main floor deck. It looks like some berry bushes have grown back and were in bloom so I imagine mid summer they'll be very active there eating the berries. The only other negative.... and this is NOT the fault of the owner of this house.... the construction people are pretty careless about their excess trash and unused material and leave laying around or gets thrown down on the hillsides and ravines. There was plastic down below us and heard a bear checking it out which was what caught our attention to the bear. Again not the owner's fault. You see it everywhere where there's construction. Just wish they'd clean up after themselves. It's a great place to rent with families. Lots of room. Loved... Loved the main shower.

Justin’s cabin is phenomenal. We rent cabins in the smoky mountains at least three times a year because of how close we live. His cabin is great! Super convenient to the strip at gatlinburg. The cabin itself is brand new, and very spacious. Each bedroom had it’s own full bathroom and there was several half baths. The theater room was ideal while watching the NBA playoffs. The hot tub is spacious enough for 6 people to easily enjoy. The host is amazing and gives a full detailed pamphlet on local attractions/restaurants. We intend on staying again within the near future.

This cabin is in the perfect location with great views. You feel like you’re far away from the hustle & bustle of downtown Gatlinburg but it’s only a short drive away. Everything was as described. No issues with any amenities. We loved how spacious it is, hot tub was so relaxing & looks like a newer model, theater room was amazing, every bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom, beds were comfortable, kitchen and dining area is spacious and open. We definitely would stay again. Justin was very prompt to answer any questions we had and overall it was a great experience.
