It was amazing the drive was something but I was expecting it , i mean you are in the mountains. I came to see bears and boy did I. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Nice cabin with enough room for my whole family!

The property was nice with plenty of space and places to hang out. Getting there was another story all together. The roads were steep and narrow, very nerve wracking. I made sure to be back before nightfall every night, so I wouldn't have to navigate them in the dark.

100/10 - would stay again! Everything about the cabin was cozy - great location - very clean - wonderful deck space! We even had four bear visitors one evening (from a safe viewing space)! Would absolutely stay again!

We have a family of 8 and this place was just perfect. Communication from the host was great and the house was clean and set up perfectly. We slepty comfortably and the location was amazing.

We had a great time and we loved the cabin. We could get to see a live bear as well.
Only con was that driving was bit scary and even the parking at the cabin may be this was because I did not drive much in the mountains prior.

Shane was super responsive and provided us with the right details. And his response was quick even during late night. The property was nice, compact and peaceful. The last 0.5 or so miles to the property alone is quite challenging to drive, especially with fog and at night; which I assume is the same with half of the properties in the area.

Beautiful scenery and we had a few bear friends the one day the bear jumped in the trunk of our truck and ate our foods and took a case of 24 cans of pop up a hill, yes we did clean up the mess the bear left.. and then last night the bears got into our vehicles because we forgot to lock the doors LOL it’s peaceful and quiet and so nice i really liked how many bathrooms were in the home. highly recommend booking this house!!

Shane and his team were great. They were very quick to respond when we had a question about something. The cabin itself was great, looked just like the pictures. My kids really enjoyed the game room and game deck. Everything about it made our vacation feel like home. The only thing we were not prepared for is how steep the drive up to the cabin was. Being from south Louisiana where everything is flat, we underestimated the steepness, but after a few times of coming and going we were used to it.

This is a beautiful little tucked away gem. We saw bears almost every day driving to the property. It's clean, comfortable and cozy. The hot tub is amazing! You really can't see much of neighbors which was nice. Tho close you're still pretty secluded from the trees there. The family all loved it and my kiddos loved the games in the rooms they slept in! I'd stay here again for sure! The beds are SO COMFY AND SOFT. I loved them and slept so good! Also very nice to have the washer/dryer because with it being sooo hot while we visited I definitely had to do a load to clean up! Ha. Our stay was wonderful! The host was fantastic at communicating with me as well when I had some questions. Perfect!

The hot tub didn’t work, the WiFi was horrible and the TVs didn’t work without WiFi. Which made traveling with kids a little difficult. Furniture was uncomfortable. Not enough seating inside for how many can sleep in the house.

Place was absolutely perfect. Just as described and pictured. We had 4 kids with us and it couldn’t have been a better place for a family getaway. So peaceful and lots of great amenities. I highly recommend a stay here. I know we will be planning a return trip for sure!!

Great place, very peaceful! Very high up, so be prepared for the views! Place is as pictured, and like everyone else we did see a few bears roaming around the neighborhood. We enjoyed the deck and the privacy!

This is a beautiful place, and we had a lovely time. The level of difficulty in getting to this location should NOT be underestimated. If you don't have a great transmission and really good brakes, don't even think about it.
We loved the house! We absolutely hated the trip in and out. If you like mountain driving, it will be just your thing. Coming to the house in the dark and the rain while trying to hit that narrow driveway with our 12 passenger van just about sent me over the edge. Granted, I'm from Indiana, and flatland driving is all I do, but I was totally unprepared for it.

Loved the private location and the bears, was afraid of roads at first, but wasn’t bad after we traveled a few times. Very clean, and very responsive to questions.Would recommend a pizza pan.

We had a great time during our stay. The house had everything we needed. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was well stocked. We all enjoyed the hot tub after long days of exploring the town. The location was great with a nice view. It was a slow and winding drive up and down the mountain. We tended to go down the mountain once a day and headed back up before dark.
We saw 4 bears and a coyote just across the street from on the cabin which was a cool surprise.
All in all it was a great cabin for our family of 5. We could have fit more people comfortably.

Shane was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful.
The Cabin was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!

The place was beautiful and clean everything as described best host I’ve had the cabin view was beautiful jacuzzi  was perfect after long day had my 2 kids with us for family vacation they had plenty to keep busy games etc everything u need to cook a wonderful meal food city 10-15 mins away for shopping the cabin is on a mountain and roads are tight and would maybe need a 4 Wheel Drive or AWD car I was scared of the mountain but my family loved it had minor issues with the TV but the host replied immediately, and got right to it and fixed it  had a beautiful time thanks for a wonderful experience in your beautiful cabin home
