Our Stay at the Cabin was wonderful.
Our Church reserved this location for Our yearly Marriage Retreat and Justin was very hospitable and quick to help and answer any questions we had.
The cabin was very spacious and organized for a big group. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Justin for a great stay.

We had an amazing vacation stay! It was a mixture of adults and children. We spent a lot of the time in the house. We saw a bear everyday, even had one take a rack of ribs off the grill lol. House was very peaceful, and the host was always available when needed; would definitely come again!

We stayed as a large family group. There were 17 of us from 9 months old up to 83.
This house was PLENTY but for everyone to even have some space to themselves and places to get quiet or down time.
The house does show age for sure. The worst was a very wobbly railing on the third floor balcony. We kept everyone far away from it. The mattress in bedroom 4 was the most uncomfortable I think I’ve ever slept on. The rest of the beds seemed fine and no one else complained. The large screen and projector made family movie nights a lot of fun!
The view is amazing. We saw two bears right around the cabin so be really careful with trash/food!
Hosts were extremely responsive, helpful, and friendly. A great family trip!!!

The house was spacious and had plenty of bathrooms for our family reunion trip of 7 couples plus children. We enjoyed the 2 dining tables and bar for all our meals together. The two hot tubs were nice after long days hiking. Overall a comfortable stay and we got to see a black bear in the neighborhood!

This property was just as described and pictured. We had a great stay and communication from the property manager was fantastic. The property was clean and had plenty of room and spaces for our meeting as well as personal space in the evening. I greatly appreciated the amount of cooking items, coffee pots, dishes and silverware that was provided. The view was great from the 3rd floor. Ample parking was much appreciated as we had guests in from 6 states all with large vehicles. All in all, I would highly recommend this property to any and all groups / families.

The place was exactly at the pictures. The place was clean except for one of the bathrooms. The shower had used soap and it was no clean. We also had a inconvenience at the gate. We were not provided with the gate code and we had to hold the line of cars trying to get into the area. Other then that, the place was great.

We had a great time! The cabin was very clean & linens were spotless. All the beds are super comfortable. Hot tub water was crystal clear. The kitchen is small & shows significant wear & tear but there were more than enough dishes, glasses and utensils. Justin responded promptly to our requests for an additional sauce pan, repair of the broken 1st floor washer start button, and attention to the slow drying 3rd floor dryer. Be aware of the wild life! We saw bears walking the neighborhood every morning. An unwelcome raccoon visited us on the 3rd floor balcony the first night. The location couldn't be better, less than 2 miles to Dollywood and 15 minutes to grocery stores! Make sure you know the resort entrance gate code in addition to the cabin door lock code before you arrive.

Justin’s home was incredibly spacious for our large group. Everyone had their privacy when needed and could also enjoy the communal space comfortably. Watching the sunrise from the decks each morning was an undisputed highlight. Super friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again if ever back in town. Thank you!

We had 18 guests ages 6-70. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Beautiful location close to Dollywood, restaurants, and the Great Smokey Mountains. Host was quick to respond to questions. Great experience!

We had an amazing spring break staying at this beautiful cabin in Pigeon Forge! There were 23 of us, and the space was perfect—spacious, clean, and just as described. Justin was an excellent host—very responsive and helpful. We had a few minor issues during our stay, but he addressed them immediately and made sure everything was taken care of. The cabin itself is stunning and well-equipped for a large group. We truly had a great time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This was my 2nd time bringing a class to the cabin. The kids loved the cabin. The hot tubs, pool table and air hockey table were among their favorites. We had everything we needed. A great time was had by all!!! Love the place will hopefully be back again!!

This cabin is perfect! It’s in a great location, plenty of room, and wonderful views!! We even had a visit from 4 of the neighborhood bears! There was 20 of us and we never felt crowded! There was room for everyone to have their own personal space as well as plenty of room to spend time together!

Just know the pics do no justice for this property. When we made it we were all amazed by the cabin. I would say the only thing would be needing just a tiny bit of more light on the balcony’s but over all everything was amazing. We all had a wonderful time!! I think our family loved the big screen with the surround sound the most.

The home was beautiful! It met and surpassed all our expectations. The Location was perfect with room to accommodate our 6 cars. The Dining, room was perfect, so we could have our meals together. I highly recommend spending time on the Deck with swing very relaxing. There was plenty of games there as well for family time. As a whole we love this house, and we would book this house again without hesitation.

The cabin is perfect for a large group! We had 16 people during our stay and had plenty of room to fellowship with lots of privacy also. The kids (older and younger) loved the second floor games! It provided hours of entertainment! We had an issue with a leaking bathtub, but Justin took care of the issue immediately. It was the perfect place to celebrate our parents 50th anniversary with the whole family.

The Smoky Mountain Mansion is a nice size for large groups. The main level living/dining room provided space for our family of 20 to all be together. The porches and additional living areas on the 2nd and 3rd floors allowed for smaller gatherings. Everyone enjoyed the two hot tubs! We appreciated having two refrigerators and ovens. The volume of pots, pans, dishes, silverware and other kitchen items was among the best we’ve encountered in a rental home. We reported a few issues and (host) promptly responded and sent someone to assist. Unfortunately, some of the things we had to call about should have been caught during routine cleaning and/or maintenance. Broken toilet seats, a non-working washer/dryer, and ants should have been noticed and addressed before we checked in. Additional towels (barely 1 per guest provided) and bath mats would have been appreciated. Our biggest concern was the overall cleanliness of the house. There were cobwebs and other things that showed the home only receives superficial cleaning. The floors, while swept, did not appear to have been mopped or otherwise cleaned in a long time. Within a few minutes of walking around inside, we noticed the bottoms of our feet were very dirty. With small children playing on the floor, this was disconcerting. Repair & routine maintenance, additional towels/bath mats, along with a deep cleaning of the home would make renting Smoky Mountain Mansion an even better experience.

We came to this cabin as a work group outing. We all loved it. Enough bed and sleeping place for everyone. Also two big dining tables was the star as we all could have a meal together and have a chat. Huge balcony on all 3 floors. Overall great experience.

We really enjoyed our trip to Justin’s house!! It was a nice space for our group. The only concern was that the air condition did not work on the bottom floor, and even though Justin worked hard to fix it, it was not done by the end of the trip. Overall though, it was a nice stay!

Cabin is ideal for any large group-host was very responsive and we had no issues before, during, or after our stay! Plenty of beds, bathrooms, and activities to entertain any group! This cabin was great for a 70th birthday celebration for 14 of us. We all had a bedroom AND a bathroom!! Eating area can accommodate 20 People easily. Kitchen is a little tight but it does have two full size refriferators. Ample parking for 6 plus cars.
Although we did not partake this location is SUPER convenient to Dollywood, Splash Country and countless other recreational activities.
The view is very nice and the place was really quiet (except for my birthday party).

Our group of 19 had a great stay at Justin's place and would definitely rent this house again. I loved how much seating was in the living room and the dining room. So many homes that can sleep up to 20+ people don't consider this and it definitely makes the house less comfortable when everyone is forced to stand around all weekend/week or fight for the limited chairs.

We had a blast, and the kids in the group loved it. The cabin was huge and laid out perfectly, and it felt cozy from the get-go. Everything was spotless. Justin was very responsive. Anytime I had a question, he was right there with an answer, making everything a whole lot easier. The directions provided were clear, so getting there and getting settled was a piece of cake. Loved how they stocked up the cabin – it had everything we needed.
Totally recommend this place if you're looking for a chill spot not too far from the action. Justin and Kari are awesome hosts, and their cabin is just perfect for a laid-back family getaway. Can't wait to go back!

Overall a great experience with only a few minor maintenance issues. The host, Justin, was very responsive and supportive through the entire process. Only area that could be better is the kitchen which is a little small for a cabin that sleeps so many. There are 2 large refrigerators but counter top space is limited.

Justin is an excellent communicator and always kept me up-to-date and answered my questions in a timely manner. There was a minor snafu at check-in that was no fault of Justin's, but he made sure we were taken care of. Our check in went smoothly. The "cabin" is fabulous. My family loved the accommodations and all the activities and games for the kids. There are two refrigerators in the kitchen, which was great for us, since we prepared most of our meals for 12. There is a huge overhead projector screen TV, which was perfect for us guys watching the bowl games. At the end of our stay my family members all commented on how perfect were the accommodations and location. It is 5-7 minutes from the Dollywood parking lot, so is a great location if you are going to Dollywood. Yet, it is off the main drag, so you are not fighting traffic. It is definitely a "keeper" and we would gladly return for another visit.

Our family loved everything about the cabin. There was 20 of us that came & there was so much room for everyone to have the privacy they needed but still enjoy family time. We had several children with us & they loved all the things to do. We had several activities planned for our vacation, but there was so much to do the kids would have been fine staying in the cabin the entire time. There was a couple of issues, first we had problems with a couple of tv’s but I’m sure it was user error & there was a leak in one of the upstairs bathroom sinks & a clogged drain in a shower, but Justin was quick to respond & had someone there to fix both for us quickly! Would definitely recommend & we will be repeat visitors!

Just went on a cabin trip with a large group of friends and family and the cabin looked like how it’s pictured. It is a nice and spacious cabin with lots to do inside. It feels very home-warming. Everything is so close in range between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The host is amazing. He is very nice and responds very quickly when you have a question or concern. This cabin is amazing! It has lots of fun for the family with games, hot tubs, bean bags and a projector screen! Absolutely beautiful views from the deck, perfect for watching the sunrise with your coffee. The place was clean, spacious, fun, and just as pictured!

We had a great stay! The space was perfect for our group of 5 famiies. We had a total of 19 people mix of kids and adults and we never felt crowded. Beds are comfortable and for such a big house it stayed comfortable and cool. The only thing that i would say would be helpful was if the trash was removed more often. Because of wildlife the trash cans are in cages and when we arrived they already had trash in them. By day 4 they were full and during the week we were there it was never collected. Not sure if that is normal or not. However, Justin was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had and I would absolutey recommend this property.

The cabin is described accurately in photos and room details. The kitchen was small lacking ample counter space but it’s vacation and you should be eating out. We cooked a few meals because of three infants but two refrigerators and double ovens helped our stay. Tremendous view from all three decks and plenty of parking room. We enjoyed the hot tubs and the community pool. two

It was a beautiful and spacious cabin with an amazing view. Plenty of room for my family of 17. Everyone had plenty of space and enjoyed the games and hot tubs. The host was great to work with and quick to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend this cabin. It was a vacation we will remember!

My extended family had a great trip. The main floor projector TV setup was excellent. The balcony views were great, especially the third floor view on the evening of the 4th of july. Lots of fireworks to see.

Great cabin in a great location. Very convenient to Dollywood and all Pigeon Forge attractions; short trip to Gatlinburg. We were 11 adults (including 7 aged 60+) and 1 child. Everyone enjoyed the amenities: pool table, huge TV in living room, 2 hot tubs (very clean), gorgeous views. The beds are comfortable, there's plenty of common area space for relaxing, and parking was ample for our 5 cars. We appreciated having 2 refrigerators and 2 ovens. We also put the two charcoal grills to good use. A main reason we chose this cabin was its ramp entry and one bedroom on the main level, which was a must for one in our group who uses a walker. Neighborhood where this cabin is located is quiet and feels safe. Will say that the kitchen, which is a 'one cook at a time' space, could use a few new frying pans, mixing/serving bowls, and new toaster. Justin is a very responsive host. Would definitely rent this cabin again.

We came in for a long weekend for a basketball tournament and the space was perfect. Four families split it and there was plenty of room. We had 16 people, kids and adults. The cabin was so fun we were content having fun there. Saw some bears in the early morning hours too! We plan to be back. No complaints whatsoever!

The property was clean and spacious. It was comfortable for all families , with and without kids. Our access to nature, touristy spots as well as to essentials weee convenient. We even got lucky with some beat sighting on the day of check out. We highly recommend this property and the owners to large families who would want to have a pleasant and comfortable stay in the Smokey’s.

We loved our stay! The view is amazing, we loved the two hot tubs, the first floor worked great for 5 families sharing the house. There were only minor issues with the AC (surprise heat wave!) but Justin responded immediately. The only feedback we had were minor cosmetic details. Looking at the neighborhood I don’t think another house would have worked for our group. You can’t see or hear anything from the outdoor deck space and we would definitely come back!
