All pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc., are also there for you! Gather around the inviting dining table to savor your meal while enjoying the fresh mountain air.

Inside, the living room sets the tone with a classy electric fireplace and a Roku TV, making it the perfect spot for movie nights or simply curling up with your favorite shows after a day of adventure. Head upstairs to the spacious loft, where a ping pong table invites friendly competition and laughter, while the comfortable seating area creates a second living space ideal for hanging out. Step outside, and the entertainment continues. The wraparound deck provides plenty of space to gather, relax, and take in the peaceful surroundings. Just off to the side porch, the hot tub offers a private oasis where you can soak under the stars, enjoy quiet mornings, or unwind after a day exploring the Smokies. For even more fun, you also have access to a seasonal community pool located at the entrance of the resort, giving you another option to cool off, relax, and enjoy sunny mountain days.

Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

Kitchen & Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.
Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.
