My family and I had a great stay felt private, remote and yet still had everything you need within a 20 min radius with a super nice cabin over all great experience!

Cabin was easy to find using Waze.
Pros- Nice location, clean, responsive owner, sauna and pool table
Cons- WiFi (streaming apps wouldn’t work on any tv), hot tub had to be fixed during stay, missing remote batteries, pot holders, dish towel.

Great cabin in a great location. We were only a few minutes from down town Pigeon Forge. The Cabin was clean and comfortable and very private. The cabin was stocked with all the essentials and there was nothing we needed to purchase during our stay. The hot tub was very relaxing and clean. The host was very helpful with any questions we had and answered all of our questions within minutes. Would defiantly recommend!

Justin is the best! We had an issue with the WIFI but could not ask for a more responsive host and we got it fixed quickly! Outside of that had an absolute blast the place was very very clean and well maintained! Everything you need is there! We even had an extra guest while we was there(black bear)but it just added to the amazing experience we had! We did a lot of different activities while in the area but I will say this it felt just like being at home at this cabin! So very relaxing and what you would want to come home too after a busy day! 10/10 wish I could give higher and me and the wife have already talked about it we will be back for sure and plan on staying in the same place! Absolutely gorgeous!

We've been renting cabins in this area for many years and this is one of the best cabins we've stayed in. Great layout, good price, and nice features...pool table, sauna, hot tub, etc. Wish we had found this one sooner!

Me and my husband went for a few days for our anniversary and we brought our dog for the first time. We LOVED it. It was a first time ever staying at one and now we will never stay at another hotel. They had such a beautiful home and the location was perfect. ❣️

This cabin was just the best little cabin! Justin was absolutely amazing with communicating with us the entire stay……the cabin was so clean and comfortable. The location of the cabin is off the beaten path, but still very close to pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. If you are questioning staying , don’t! Go ahead and book your stay and enjoy !! You will not regret it!!

This was our first time renting a bnb. Justin was great. He answered all my questions and was quick to respond. The cabin was great. It was just as it was described. Our dog really enjoyed all the low and floor length windows. I normally hate sleeping in a different bed but these were very comfortable. Sitting on their sofa made me realize that I need firmer furniture at home. It was really comfortable too. I would definitely recommend this cabin.

If you’re looking for somewhere where relaxation and quiet is your goal, this is it! Secluded, surrounded by nature, and we got to bring our furbabies. Perfect location as we were close to town but could enjoy down time in peace and beauty! Loved it!

Loved our stay here, the pictures on the listing need updated since the pictures show the balcony as having a gate but the cabin no longer had the gate. We brought 2 pets so the gate would have came in handy. Otherwise the stay was great and the cabin was clean. We did see a few bears outside the cabin playing in the trees which was great to see.

Beautiful Cabin and decorations were outstanding! We saw a bear walking down the mountain and veering off to the cabin across the street's back yard and into the woods. That was pretty cool!! Parking was a little tough for us because of the trailer with the motorcycle on it, we misunderstood the pictures on that, but other than that it was just perfect. We enjoyed our stay!

This cabin is a great little get away. Halfway between the 2 sides of the smokies, it would allow you to see both the chaos of Gatlinburg and Pidgeon Forge, as well as enjoy the quiet Townsend atmosphere. It was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The hot tub was out of order when we arrived, so that was a bummer, but Justin did communicate that with us and offer to try and find us an alternative cabin. The only things I have to say aren't complaints at all, but rather "before you go" statements. (we would absolutely rent again- next time with our scruffies!!) The water pressure is minimal, so be ready for that for showers- not a deal breaker, but after a long sweaty day of hiking it's less satisfying to wash off the grime. The access road is paved, but steep and narrow. Low clearance cars may need a little extra care in getting to and from the cabin. Overall happy with our staycation, and on the short list to visit again.

Everything was AMAZING!!! It was exactly what the descriptions were and we all enjoyed our stay!! The one and only bad thing, well not that it was bad but the only downside was the driveway was alittle hard to get in and out of because of the big pothole or just hole on side of the driveway where you pull in on the right side and the rain which is out of anyone’s control caused it to be even harder getting in an out but other than that it was an awesome trip and we made beautiful memories that will last forever so we thank you so so much for allowing us to use your beautiful home for our trip!! Thank you so so much we were all very happy with the overall experience

Perfect place to get away for a weekend! Easy and scenic drives to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but you could easily spend your whole trip relaxing at the cabin. The sauna is an amazing amenity, and the property is the perfect size for pups to roam and enjoy!

I knew this stay was going to be exceptionally pleasant from the get go..Justin was very communicative with any questions and very welcoming. When we arrived, the first thing we noticed is it was even more beautiful in person. All of the noted amenities were functioning properly, there is a very well stocked kitchen (including a keurig, large crock pot, cake pans, cookie pans, dishes, silverware, utensils, hand mixer.. almost everything you might have at home). Every aspect was really quite amazing!

This place was a beautiful place to relax and so convenient for our furry friends. There was a baby gait there so we could block off the deck and let them hang outside with us while we were in the hot tub.
The kitchen was beautiful and had so much cabinet space I want to figure out how to make mine look like that!
Both bathrooms were also gorgeous and had nice relaxing bath tubs.
The only negatives were that because they change the hot tub water after every visit it was not warm our first night and we were looking forward to using it after a long drive.
The driveway in was a little sketchy but that is not something that can be fixed really.

This cabin was absolutely beautiful, from the moment my wife and I walked in we were sad that’d we be leaving after only a few nights. Both the jacuzzi tub and the hot tub were great after long days.
We like to stay near Townsend when we come down to the Smokies specifically because it’s a quieter area to come “home” to and this cabin absolutely fits that bill. Tucked into the side of a mountain just a little ways off Wears Valley Road it’s nice and secluded while being within a comfortable driving distance of Townsend, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
The absolute best part of the cabin was that our pups could come spend time on vacation with us without the insane fees other cabins in the area charge just to book. We would not hesitate to come back!

The cabin was clean, accurately described, and conveniently located. Many restaurants and shops were just a short drive away in both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, but we felt very comfortable just staying in as well with all of the amenities. Being dog friendly was a huge plus for our visit as well. Justin and Kari were very proactive in their communication, responsive, and accommodating. Overall great hosts and a great place to stay - would definitely recommend.

Absolutely loved this cabin!!! The host was very responsive and helpful. Everything was great not one negative. The sauna inside is so amazing and the hot tub is top of the line! The house is just gorgeous and the fact they are so dog friendly, is a HUGE plus! Can’t WAIT to book our next stay at this cabin. Hands down best one we have been to yet! Also not far at all from attractions, but far enough you are caught in the traffic. Dollar general within 5-6 minutes. Will definitely be booking this cabin when we get more vacation time!

Fantastic cabin!!!! Perfect amount of space for two couples. The wrap around deck was great to relax on with a cup of coffee in the morning.
Justin gave clear instructions leading up to the stay and throughout with helpful hints. Would stay again!

House was cozy, location was quiet and beautiful. Easy checkin and check out. Close to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and of course the Great Smoky Mountains, which we enjoyed hiking in the picturesque back drop of all the beautiful fall colors.

It was a beautiful cabin with a lot to offer! Only thing you have to keep in mind is even though they have Wi-Fi it’s not the fastest, the two tvs downstairs weren’t loading but one upstairs did! Justin is very responsive and is always willing to help! There are some great local places that are within 5mins of the cabin with amazing food!! Would definitely stay again!

The cabin was very cozy and relaxing for us. We thought the hottub was the best part, with how quiet and peaceful it is on the deck. Justin was very helpful with answering any questions for us that we had. He recommended quite a few places to eat and go see. I highly recommend staying here! Beautiful cabin in a nice, private location! It was clean and matched the description very well. Loved the amount of space and lack of clutter. Hot tub and especially the sauna were amazing. The house and hot tub were clean. it was very peaceful. the drive down to the house was scary due to the drop off but other than that, it was a nice drive. sadly we didn’t see any bears. we loved the pool table and bag toss game upstairs. as well as the bathtubs!! very spacious.

Beautiful secluded cabin, very clean and perfect for getting away and relaxing. Close to a lot of attractions but far enough that you get to spend some time relaxing listening to the birds. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed or stay. Pothole was still there, but it’s more like the asphalt was washed away. It is a pretty deep hole tho, so be careful in small vehicles.

The cabin was as advertised and very cozy and clean. We had a wonderful time, and it is very peaceful. We have a van and going up the mountain, one has to be careful and drive slowly as the road is narrow and we scrapped the bottom a couple of times. One does have to make a wide right turn at the bottom of the driveway to avoid a big hole. We enjoyed our time at the cabin and would recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay with Justin. The cabin was perfect for our family
of three. Justin was a good communicator and checked in with us throughout our stay. The kitchen had all the tools and utensils needed, even had special table settings for children. A high chair and pack and play were also available which was a nice convenience. The hot tub and sauna were both great after hiking and exploring the national park. We would stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

The cabin was beautiful and just as described. Host was very responsive and friendly. My only complaint was the pot hole to the right of the end of the driveway. Once I knew where it was we avoided it coming in and out. The road leading to the cabin was a narrow on the way in but was already described in reviews. Overall very pleased with our stay and would book with host again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have visited many cabins in the area over the years and this was one of our favorites! Close to everything, yet we still had plenty of privacy. We love that it was pet-friendly and everything was so clean. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Justin’s cabin! It was perfect for our family of four. We liked that it was private and quiet, but only a short drive to restaurants and the local attractions. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Our kids were disappointed they didn’t get to see the dolly the bear lol! The weather was perfect for the first few days and we really enjoyed hiking, it is a beautiful area! We did not realize how busy it would be in April! Next time, we would pick a different week to avoid all the crowds. Overall, it was a wonderful trip and Justin was very responsive and a wonderful host!

What a perfect family vacation it was! So peaceful sitting on the deck, listening to nature, watching the sunrise. Everytime we typed in a location on the GPS, it brought us a different way to the attractions with different views. It was an absolute breathtaking experience! Justin made everything so easy. No questions needed to be asked because he had everything covered before check in!
