Sticks Creek

House is just as described. Hot tub and fire pit are great additions to the amenities.
Master bedroom bed was very very comfortable. Pillows were perfect, too.
Enough living room furniture to accommodate my kids having their own area to make cozy as well.
If we come back to the area I would absolutely stay here again.
Be aware the driveway is steep but short. Easy enough to handle once you've done it in the day time. Definitely harder at dark to find the driveway from the road tho, so be aware.

This was such a great property, it feels bigger on the inside. It was cozy and very clean. We would definitely stay here again. Our family had a great time at Dollywood, Soaky Mountain waterpark, riding go karts, lots of putt putt, Ober Mountain fun, mountain coasters and hiking at the national park! We packed in the fun and even enjoyed soaking in the hot tub back at the house after a long day of making memories.

This location was so beautiful and we loved that it was far enough from the "big city" and in the countryside. They had a fully stocked kitchen which was perfect for our homemade meals. We planned to use this property as a home base for activities in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg, which it was great for. It also ended up being this really special location of quiet nature. We got rained out one day and decided to just relax at the house and it was the perfect day. Listened to the rain on both porches and raced sticks in the creek. We felt very lucky to spend time there. The house was clean, spacious and the owner was proactively communicative and very promptly responsive.

We LOVED this cabin so much. Communication was phenomenal & the location is perfect. Close enough to the city but far enough away from the hustle & bustle of it. The only complaint we would have would be the hot water runs out fast but other than that this was the perfect vacation spot. We will definitely book again!!

Everything about the cabin says comfortable! Tastefully furnished with good appliances. You can tell the owner didn't take the yard sale route so many others do. It was truly a pleasure to stay there and relax. We will be back. Two comments: I would like a means to turn off the security lights in order to do some star gazing. I would like night lights in the bathrooms and a lamp by the bedside. Thanks for providing a memorable experience.

Excellent private cabin but close enough to all the fun attractions in the area! It fit our family of 5 very comfortably. The best feature was the very spacious kitchen as most of our meals were cooked there and had plenty of kitchen tools. Would recommend to anyone interested in traveling to Pigeon Forge and would definitely stay there if we choose to vacation there again!

Great for a weekend getaway. We drove into Smoky Mountain National Park for hikes each day; travel time into the park was about 45 minutes. Super easy to get to downtown Sevierville from this location too. Took us between 10 and 20 minutes to get to a nice dinner spot there. The front porch swing was lovely for morning coffee and the back porch hot tub was perfect at night.

This cabin was AMAZING! Very relaxing and accommodating. Kitchen was full stocked with cooking supplies and made cooking easy! The bedrooms and bathrooms were extremely clean and large! The grill and fire pit were great as well. I would recommend to stay here to all my friends and family. We will be staying here again in the future!

My daughter's and a friend of mine stayed there. We had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful and was extremely clean. The top of the driveway was a little scary at first you can get over it with a normal size car but if you have a lowered vehicle you are definitely not getting into the driveway. Also the barbecuer is in need of repair. Overall we have a wonderful day and we'll definitely be coming back. The property is amazing and it was nice just to walk around in the evening and watch the wildlife. Tons of birds, rabbits and it was even a beaver that visited us while we were there.

Justin was a fantastic host! His place was the perfect home base for our family (2 adults, 2 kids, 2 grandparents) and our weeklong Smoky Mountain adventure. We were close to the action for day trips to Dollywood and Smoky Mountain National Park and had a peaceful place to come back to each night to kick back, cook, play games, read books, and lounge in the hot tub. The laundry was another bonus (and allowed us to pack a little lighter!). The house was exactly as pictured.
The kids enjoyed exploring the property and the tree swing. My husband and I loved morning coffee on the deck listening to birds. The common areas of the home easily accommodated our group of six. We had a great trip!

Justin's home was absolutely beautiful and the pictures did it no justice whatsoever. The inside was spotless, just CLEAN top to bottom. The moment you walk in it doesn't feel like you're at someone else's place, it feels like home! Even though we were on vacation and had a huge itinerary it made it hard to want to leave the place and have decided anytime we go out that way, it's the only place we want to stay. I simply can't say enough good things about being there. You will not be disappointed if you decide to stay there and we are already planning our next trip with ONLY this house as a place to stay in mind! I want to give a huge thank you to the owner for being really thoughtful with check in and having a discount booklet ready to go for your stay.

It was a great location. Simple to get to and from. We especially enjoyed watching and listening to the wild turkeys every morning and evening and were even able to see a few deer in the vicinity. We enjoyed hiking on the property. There was always something to do on the 11 acres. A gentle flowing creek completes the picturesque setting. Plenty of privacy. Inside the home, the kitchen was furnished with practically every essential thing you need. I also loved the split bedroom layout giving more privacy to our family. Beds were comfortable and we slept well. The hot tub was enjoyed by the family a few times and there are various games for everyone's interest. We stayed here and it was wonderful. Everything was great. THey only issue that we had is we had two small children, one 3 and the youngest 8 months. The parents typically bathe with them. This was not possible because it seems that the hot water tank is not very large at all. It will only remain hot for 7-10 minutes. The warmer your water temp, of course, the less time you have with warm water. They definitely need to get a larger hot water heater. We did not take baths within 30 minutes of each other either. They did make the temperature hotter, while we were there which graced us with another minute or two. Every minute helps! Other than that, this place is perfect.

This is a great place! Very clean and comfortable with a great property for exploring. Lots of privacy, yet close to everything. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals and there is soap, for dishes, laundry and bathing. They really thought of everything. We truly enjoyed our stay. I cannot say enough about Sticks Creek. I had 4 adults, a 4-year old, a 1-year old, and a 2 month old in our group. The house was PERFECT for us, even providing a high chair and pack-n-play. There were a few toys for the kids, movies, and games. We never had a chance to test out the fire pit, so we will have to catch it next time! The amenities were fantastic, Justin was amazingly responsive, and I would go back in a heartbeat. Whether you are heading to the TN mountains for R&R or for the tourist attractions, Sticks Creek is the perfect location for both! The most honest review? When I asked my 4-year old grandson what his favorite part of the trip was (keep in mind we did Dollywood, shops, Christmas lights, etc) and he said, "The house." Enough said. :-)

This property is a little slice of heaven. The home is spacious and inviting. The property owners have provided every ammenity you can think of and more. We enjoy watching the turkeys every morning and afternoon. We also enjoyed strolls around the property. The location is remote but still conveniently located near Sevierville. It had a home away from home feel and the location was absolutely convenient; we were able to wear ourselves out, rest, and repeat. Highly recommend for your next vacation.

We had an amazing stay at Justin's rental. Residence was clean and set up nicely. Only thing to be aware of is the driveway. Most of the rather long driveway is gravel except for the steepest part which is concrete/paved. The top section near the house where you park transitions back to gravel/larger stones and can be slippery for certain vehicles in wet conditions. Overall, we had a great and professional experience.

This Airbnb was great! Secluded with beautiful views, but just a short drive away from downtown Pigeon Forge.
Justin was incredibly responsive and helpful with all of our questions and requests! Along with the great house, he provided guidebooks and coupon books to local attractions!
He also provided toiletries and dishwashing and laundry detergent. All the little things that you might forget.
Great stay for families with kids of any age!

The house was well furnished and exactly what I expected. No clutter and clean. The front porch was our favorite area was mowed off and clean. Kitchen and living room were set up nicely and wonderful.

The cabin was exactly as expected and then some. It was a great place for our family to make memories while on Spring Break. Great distance from all the hustle and bustle of the city, but also within a short distance of all the fun of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Me and my family thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at Justin’s cabin! It was an easy breezy check in process. The house smelled amazing as soon as we walked in and was perfectly clean for us. The kitchen is big enough to cook in and has all you’ll need to eat in. 3 rooms, one with 3 beds (perfect for kids). A front and back porch to enjoy peace and quiet and the hot tub was just the cherry on top! Plenty of privacy and not too far from all the hot spots to visit. Will stay again.
