We had a fantastic stay at this cabin! The place was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was a really nice place, and I enjoyed our time there. I would definitely recommend it to others and will be coming back again in the future!

My family and I loved our stay at the cabin. My granddaughters stayed in the pool and warmed up in the hot tub. A favorite place was the porch swing and rockers. What a pleasant surprise to occasionally hear the train from Dollywood. Playing pool and Pac-Man also rounded out the fun. We were so close for a quick trip to town for a meal and ice cream, yet the feel at the cabin was peaceful and quiet.

The host was very responsive to messages in the app. The rental was clean and well equipped. The high chair and baby gate provided were extremely helpful. We will definitely stay again.

Great location in relation to tourist activities. My kids loved Dollywood and Soaky Mountain. Plenty of space and activities for a family at the house. Host was responsive when needed and would recommend to others.FYI, the house has all the cooking equipment but you'll need to supply everything else. This wasn't a big deal since we drove and brought a lot of the condiments and other pantry items needed for the few meals we cooked.

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—if not better. It had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect for what we were hoping to do, and the neighborhood was quiet and welcoming. Our host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. Excellent communication from the host, very short drive to all of the attractions and adventure in the mountains. The living room carpet hadn’t been cleaned, there were chips and popcorn scattered on the rug, and the towels in the bathrooms were wet when the maids had put them to hang for us. The host was very responsive with any concerns we had. Would definitely stay again.

What a fabulous place! From the moment we walked in, the soaring ceilings and huge windows overlooking the forest took our breath away. The beautiful architectural details, decor, and surrounding landscape all lend themselves to a warm, inviting, and tranquil atmosphere. But even more impressive are the amenities! We especially enjoyed the pool (in its own room with a coded lock and alarm for peace of mind) and hot tub. And extras like a baby gate, pack n play, and high chair helped make our stay easier and more comfortable. The location was excellent, too! We reached out with several questions and Justin was responsive and courteous. My only small suggestion would be to have a print-out of FAQs and other helpful info in the cabin (though I am admittedly old-fashioned and an online guidebook was provided, which was appreciated). Overall, we had a great time and we'd be happy to stay here again!

This cabin was fantastic for the family. The indoor pool gave the kids hours of enjoyment and the wide open kitchen and living space upstairs was perfect for everyone to hang out. Although there are other cabins around it felt very private. The deck facing the back of the house was very quiet and peaceful, perfect for morning coffee or drinks at night. Very close to Pigeon Forge yet you feel like you’re deep in the mountains because it’s so quiet. I would recommend this cabin to anyone and definitely plan to return.

The house and location could not of been better. Centrally located to all activities in the area. The kids loved the bunk room, pool, hot tub and games. Would definitely recommend. Justin was very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

My friend and I took our 3 kids here for a couple of days over Spring Break. The house was exactly as the photos. Plenty of cookware if needed and the basic necessities for a short stay. The beds were all in good condition with plenty of extra blankets and pillows if needed. The palet swing on the back porch was the absolute best thing ever. Our kids enjoyed having the basement to themselves. And we loved that the pool room was secured by a door code so the kids could not go in without an adult. Justin was very informative before, during and after our stay. If we had an issue I have no doubt he would have handled it promptly. Over all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would be delighted to return in the future.

This cabin was beautiful. The pool and hot tub were amazing and our girls loved the big shot arcade game. Having a fully stocked kitchen was amazing and also loved having a keurig. Was an easy drive and close to everything in Pigeon Forge and about 15min to Gatlinburg. There was a slight issue with the cleanliness of the bunk bed sheets and area around the bunk beds. However Justin addressed it immediately and provided a prompt response. It was great having the washer and dryer so we were able to get the sheets washed and taken care of. The porch swing was an added touch and so peaceful to sit outside and have our morning coffee. Also the baby gate for the top of the stairs was great too

A beautiful house perfectly located close to Parkway in a lovely neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back to stay here again . The pool was such an added bonus for the kids along with the outdoor hot tub.

Loved our visit to Pigeon Forge and a lot had to do with where we stayed. The cabin was beautiful and so warm feeling inside. Lots of fun with the games and pool table downstairs as well as the kids enjoyed swimming. Excellent place to stay and would highly recommend to anyone else!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Nice indoor pool helped entertain the kids during the cold weather, and the arcade games and pool table were a huge hit. We were very happy this place has very comfortable beds, unlike most. Will stay here again!

The cabin was decorated beautifully for Christmas. The host was friendly and quickly responded to any questions we ask! It was a relaxing weekend getaway with family to see Christmas lights and do some Christmas shopping. We will definitely be back.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay from the moment we walked in the door! One of the most beautiful homes in the neighborhood. The home was squeaky clean and the linens were fresh and soft! We loved the pool and the game room so much that we used both everyday! The home is so close to the main drag in Pigeon Forge and super easy to find. We will for sure be coming back.

Our stay at Sandy Ridge (Justin & Kari’ Home) was amazingly comfortable & very accommodating to a persons every day needs. You feel right at home. The home is much larger than appears from street view. One day out of our 5 days we stayed at home, we didn’t go any where. There was enough to do just staying at the house all day. House has very beautiful accents. They really went above & beyond to make sure you feel comfortable & created a beautifully esthetically gorgeous home in every single part of the house. Each room you go into you will not be disappointed. The most incredible part if you are going with other couples or bringing kids is their basement area. Don’t want to ruin the surprise but I’m sure you’ll love it! So much fun like I said just staying home.
Don’t hesitate to message Justin, he was the greatest host I’ve ever come across. Don’t be afraid to ask him anything. He is super nice & responds quickly. I would 100% stay there again. And I 1000% wish that house was mine.

It was our first visit to Pigeon Forge and my family loved this house because it is equipped with everything necessary to entertain children and adults so much that you do not want to go out to walk into the city just enjoy and relax, without a doubt it was an excellent choice and I would stay here again! One hundred percent recommended!
