The dedicated theater room features true cinema-style seating and an enormous 85" Sony Google TV with Cable Box and BluRay Player, perfect for movie marathons or watching your favorite shows in comfort. Just outside the theater awaits the game room, complete with an indoor basketball game, an air hockey table, and a classic arcade machine, providing hours of friendly competition. On the upper level, a loft game area expands the possibilities even further with a pool table, poker table, foosball, and a cozy seating area that overlooks the mountains through large windows. There is also a dedicated home office on this level, perfect for remote work or catching up on emails. The views alone make the loft a favorite gathering spot, allowing you to enjoy games, laughter, and breathtaking scenery simultaneously. Outdoors, the spacious decks offer peaceful spaces to relax, while the hot tub on the lower-level deck provides the ultimate way to unwind beneath the stars after a full day of exploring or playing. On the back side of the property, a propane fire pit awaits, offering the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings while enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

IMPORTANT: This is pet-friendly, which means 2 dogs are allowed and must be non-aggressive and crated if left in home. No other animals are allowed, and breach of these rules will result in penalties of $250 per infraction.
