Justin’s place is close to all the action, but allows you to get out of the crowded areas when you’re ready. We were there as a family of four, but this space would be great to accommodate a larger group.

Amazing space!!! Clean, beautiful location, and easy to get in contact with the host if needed. Nothing like having your morning coffee on either deck with an amazing view of the mountains!!! We also loved all of the fun games in the basement. Will definitely be back!!

We had the best stay! Extremely clean cabin and perfect location! They even provided a pack n play, baby gate, and a high chair since we had two toddlers. Easy to find and in a good neighborhood but still feels private!My only complaint was the firepit being on the top deck off of a bedroom instead of the main living area, other than that everything was perfect! Justin would respond within minutes to any questions I had. The cabin was very clean and spacious, the basement was perfect for our teen boys. The back porch was great for all of us to hang out. Highly recommend this host and his property!

We had an amazing stay, host was very communicative, the property was excellent for our extended family and small kids. We had the most beautiful evenings on the lower deck and in the hot tub, and the best morning coffees and sunrises!

The house is fully stocked with everything you could want or need. The pictures are slightly deceiving of the neighborhood, as several houses have been built since they were taken. The serenity I wished for was dulled by lots of neighbors and evening noise. I know that is out of their control, but if I had known there were so many people nearby, I might have made a different choice in housing.

We spent a long weekend to celebrate my 12 year old birthday. The cabin has a great layout with bedroom and full bath on each floor. It has a great location with a nice mountain view, but also very close to the city. We would definitely go back.

I found this property to be just as lovely as it was described. The location was close to activities in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Our family enjoyed getting out but also lounging at the house. We had room to spread out on multiple levels, and the kids enjoyed the game room. I would recommend this rental!

Seven ladies from my church all stayed at Justin's for a weekend to attend a women's conference in Gatlinburg in September, 2024. This place was perfect for our stay! We loved how clean it was! The house was very clean and organized when we arrived. No issues the entire stay, check in and out were very easy. The host answered questions promptly the few times we had them. Overall highly recommend. They ARE NOT exaggerating about bears!! Very cool to see, make sure to take the proper precautions and lock everything! A bear tried opening the front door to the house while we were in the driveway!! Very cool experience, but just be cognizant and enjoy!

We stayed in late July/early August. The chalet was clean and tidy with a mild, pleasant scent of fresh wood. It's just up the road from the Gatlinburg Welcome Center and convenient to both commercial attractions and hiking trails. Coffee on the upper deck each morning listening to nearly 40 varieties of birds was a serene way to start the day. They have a regular coffee maker and a Keurig which was nice. The sofas and beds were incredibly comfortable and much appreciated after a long day of hiking. There are fireplaces for colder weather and ceiling fans for warmer days. Not that the fans were necessary because the A/C worked great. There is plenty of space for a larger family or group with a king bedroom/bath on each of the 3 levels. The owner is kind, responsive, and helpful. Highly recommend!

House and views are gorgeous! The Host, Justin, was quick to respond to any questions we had.. which were many, lol…every bedroom has its own private bathroom. We had corn hole tournaments almost every night! Some of the games in the basement did not work, but wasn’t a deal breaker for us. Hot tub was great! Close to town and the national park! Got to see 3 bears this trip! Which thrilled us all! Will remember this cabin in the future.

This cozy cabin/house had a variety of amenities for all ages. It is close to several day hikes and in the evening we enjoyed grilling on the deck, playing in the game room, relaxing in the hot tub, watching the moon rise over the mountains, or chilling out with some Netflix. The community pool was great too! The host was very responsive.

We had the best trip and this cabin made it that way! We came to do a lot of resting and everything about this cabin made that very easy. Super comfy beds, very clean house, beautiful view off of the balconies, the great hot tub, and a close drive to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge!
The privacy of the rooms was amazing as they were divided on each floor. The host was the best host we’ve ever had. He provided amazing information about the stay including coupons for all of the amazing things to do around you as well as an app to help you find trails around you. We used it and went on the gatlinburg trail one day and had the best time!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE! We will most definitely be coming back and staying here again very soon!

We enjoyed staying at this property for my wife's birthday getaway! The property was clean and well appointed. The kids particularly enjoyed the game room and it kept them busy for many hours! The location is easily accessible from the parkway and close to town for quick access to dining and shopping. Unfortunately, the community pool was closed while for the season while we were there so we were not able to take advantage of that, but the hot tub was in good working order and we enjoyed sitting out in there in the evenings.

We enjoyed our stay. We did have an AC issue, but the host was responsive and we were able to get a tech out to address the issue (make sure the upstairs and downstairs thermostats are the same so they don’t fight each other). Lots to do - hot tub, fire pit, arcade, shuffleboard, games. Great place!

Beautiful home in a great location to get to the NP and to dt Gatlinburg. We had a wonderful few days. The place is very new and clean. My kids loved the lower level arcade and game room. The cabin was beautiful, with a well equipped kitchen! We had a fantastic time! Although the cabin feels secluded it is quite literally next to town and all the activities. My minivan did spin out going up the driveway but we made it each time. Probably my driving more than the incline. For fun, one time, we did, purposefully, pass the driveway, turn around and come up at a straight angle without issue. We would definitely stay there again. Also, all communications were always super fast! We did not see any bears but are hopeful for next time! Thanks for sharing your space!

Fantastic place to stay! Tons of room to spread out and get away with it being 3 stories. 5 minutes from the strip and 15 minutes to pigeon forge. Very clean and ready for us in less than 24 hours due to our last minute reservation.
Beautiful rental with tons of entertainment on site if there is bad weather or to keep the kids busy.
We will be back as soon as we can!

We loved this property! It was perfect for the 5 of us (kids aged 7, 15, 17)! There was plenty of room for us to spread out and relax! The cabin was beautiful, fully furnished, and lots of thoughtful touches (games, coupon books, dishwasher detergent tabs, tide pods etc). It was clean and welcoming! The property owner was amazing, very communicative and quick to answer our questions. I am actually disappointed we didn’t get to spend more time just hanging out in the cabin! The view, the fire pit, the hot tub- we could have just hung out there and enjoyed the trip just as much! I would absolutely stay here again!

This is our second time booking with Justin and Kari and wont be our last they are great host, very responsive and make everything for your vacation really easy. The place was magnificent the pictures really don’t do it justice perfect distance from downtown and lots of great trails near by cant wait to go back.

Our family loved our stay in Gatlinburg. This was a great location with an easy drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg attractions. It was nice having 3 floors and beautiful views especially on the 3rd floor. Justin was very responsive and helpful throughout the trip.

Great property in a great mountain location and close to all the attractions of Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the Smokies. Despite the weather, Sunrise Chalet was very comfortable, modern with a well equipped Games room and 3 decks with stunning views.

Great place to stay in the area! Close to hikes, close to downtown Main Street! Supermarket was only 10min away. Place was clean and Justin was extremely responsive in communication! I recommend this place to stay!

Although the first time driving up to the house seems intimidating, it's a wonderful home with a great view of the Smokies and minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. It was very easy to get in touch with the property manager and they were quick to respond to any questions we had. We had a wonderful time!

Beautifully decorated home on the mountain with a great view! Just hanging on the deck around the fire pit enjoying the view was our favorite thing after a long day of activity. Home is well appointed and hosts are very responsive to requests. LOTS TO DO in the area. The smokey mountains are incredible, walking Gatlinburg was entertaining and The Titanic Museum was everyone's favorite activity! It was a great stay!

Everything was wonderful! Home was beautiful and had everything needed and more. Host was great very responsive and helpful. Everything was very close, 5 to 10 minutes in any direction was plenty to do. We will definitely be back soon.

This property was perfectly situated between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge with amazing views from the multiple balconies. Everything was clean and orderly, and the communication was perfect. I would definitely reccommend this property for all ages. Our kids (4) all girls ages 8 - 15 all enjoyed their stay and all that there is to do in the area. I would absolutely stay here again!

The contact with the property owner before and during our stay was phenomenal; very responsive and helpful. The property was beautiful and in a great location between Pigeon Gorge and Gatlinburg. The decks faced East so we had great views of the sunrise. At sunset, the sun shingling through the breaks in the clouds have us indirect views of sunsets that we might not have otherwise seen. There was enough space for us to spend time together and have time for ourselves when needed.

We had a great time staying at the cabin! The location was perfect- allowing us to easily go to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. The kids had fun playing all the games. The adults loved the outside gas fire pit, view from decks, and grill. We hope to stay again.

We recently booked this cabin for a quick weekend celebration for our son, who just graduated college. The cabin was extremely clean and as beautiful as the pictures. It provided plenty of room for 3 groups to enjoy together but still have personal space. The mountain sunrise was gorgeous to enjoy each morning. Check in and check out where at the tips of my fingers. The property owners were very thorough with instructions and on top of all communication. We will/would certainly book this cabin again.
