All pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc., are also there for you! Gather around the spacious and inviting dining table or take your meal to the inviting alfresco dining area to share stories and laughter while surrounded by the peaceful sights and sounds of the Smoky Mountains.

The fun begins as soon as you step inside. The inviting living room serves as a central gathering space where you can relax, reconnect, and enjoy quality time together. Curl up beside the cozy propane fireplace while streaming your favorite movies, shows, or sports on the smart TV. Gaming enthusiasts will feel right at home because one of the upstairs bedrooms features a PlayStation 3, making it easy to challenge friends and family to friendly competitions. Meanwhile, the bunk bedroom doubles as a dedicated entertainment hub with two arcade machines that bring retro gaming excitement to the cabin. Outside, the spacious deck offers multiple ways to gather and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Share meals around the outdoor dining area or spend evenings swapping stories beside the propane firepit as the stars emerge overhead. After a day filled with activities, the bubbling hot tub at the back of the property offers one of the cabin's most relaxing experiences. Slip into the warm water, listen to the sounds of nature, and let any stress fade away. During the warmer months, you can also take advantage of access to a seasonal community pool located approximately half a mile from the cabin. It's a great option for cooling off, enjoying family fun, or spending a leisurely afternoon under the Smoky Mountain sunshine.

Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.
