Sunset Splash

Sunset Splash is a beautiful new cabin completed in July 2024! This amazing cabin has all you need for comfort + entertainment: 2 king suites & 1 queen bunkbed suite, beautiful sunsets, 10 x 16 indoor heated saltwater pool, home theater, hot tub, game room with a pool table and arcade game, well-equipped kitchen & a park grill. Located on a quiet street close to town, the cabin is NOT in a resort development, which means cabins adjacent to us are spaced farther apart giving more privacy.

Sunset Splash is located about 3 miles from the Parkway (the main strip in Pigeon Forge) and is only about 1 mile off of Wears Valley Road. The drive takes you along gently winding roads right to the level parking area in front of the cabin. We have parking that can accommodate a car trailer during rod week or up to 5 vehicles if needed. After you park, you enter the cabin via a sloped, lighted walkway, which has a handicap rail for those who may feel uneasy on the slope.

Cook meals in our well-equipped kitchen and enjoy eating them at our 8’ dining table. The park grill is in front of the cabin near the entrance allowing for easy access to the kitchen and dining area.

There are two king suites and one queen bunkbed suite in the cabin. There’s a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space if needed. One king suite is located on the main level and has a walk-in shower in the en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have a view of Bluff Mountain and the two bedrooms on the upper level have private access to the top deck.

TVs are located in all bedrooms, the game room, family room and of course the theater room that boasts a 98” TV with an XBOX gaming system. The game room has a pool table, arcade game, and giant connect four. The private saltwater pool is heated year-round. You’ll love taking a swim then soaking in the hot tub after you’ve been shopping or hiking all day! We have the fastest plan offered by Xfinity for WiFi. This is a fantastic property that gives you easy access to the drive to Cades Cove as well as the Pigeon Forge attractions. Plus you have all of the amazing amenities to enjoy while in the cabin.
