This is a fantastic property! The owners were the best I’ve ever dealt with when renting a vacation property. From questions before the trip, to check in and suggestions during the trip, they were extremely prompt and helpful. The cabin is simply fabulous and speaks for itself. Everything was extremely clean and well stocked if you want to cook. The pool, hot tubs, game room and pool table kept everyone busy during down time. The decks are very roomy and the view of the Smokey’s was beautiful. We also did a hike to grotto falls about 40 minutes from the cabin. Saw 5 bears while on our hike and driving there. This location is perfect because the cabin gives you a remote type feeling however you are 10-15 minutes from Pigeon Forge. We like to try new stays on vacations but this is one I would definitely return to.

My friends and I booked this cabin to celebrate both the 4th of July and mine and my fiancé’s engagement. This place helped us have the most amazing weekend! There was plenty of space for all 16 of us and lots to do between the pool table, the hot tub, the indoor pool, the fire pit, and the grill. The house was very cleanly and up to date. The host was great quick to respond. We would definitely recommend this place to any group looking to stay in the Sevierville area.

This home was decorated with a “cabin” feel and all amenities were nice. The home was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc along with a nice size fridge. We all enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub plus the kiddos loved the game room. It was nice to sit outside with the fire pit and make s’mores. Highly recommend and the communication thru the entire process was excellent. If I had a question before our trip and during our stay the answer was provided pronto!

The property was beautiful and perfect for a large size group! The only issue we had was the code not working when we arrived. It was no problem at all! I rang the ring doorbell, spoke with the host and he corrected it immediately! Will definitely stay again.

We cannot say enough about our stay at Sweet Mimosa Lodge. The cabin was absolutely perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was very spacious and the view was amazing. The beds were so comfortable and just what we needed after a long day of hiking. The game room and pool were a big hit with our teens and the hot tub was a perfect way to end the day for us adults. This was the perfect cabin for our family trip and we will be back.

We are ALL about Family, God comes 1st and then family! Our family was thrilled when we decided to take a trip. Just by the advertisement and pics of property we knew we were in a for a wonderful experience and we were not disappointed. The grandkids love swimming and to have our very own private pool was a hit. We also enjoyed the hot tub with a beautiful scenery to enjoy while relaxing. We will definitely be visiting this rental property.

It was perfect for our family stay. We were in town for a family wedding. the drive up was to be expected since it was in the mountains of Tennessee. It was very clean and accommodating with pack and plays and high chair. The kids had a blast in the pool and the adults loved the hot tub!

Our family is spread across the Northeast and South and wanted a fun family escape; mission accomplished! The property was better than the pictures! Sunsets in the front and incredible sunrises in the back overlooking the Smokey Mountains. Justin was so responsive and helpful when we arrive and realized we had too few hangers. We would 100% stay here again!

I can’t say enough about this house! I have no complaints about anything! The views were amazing! The house super clean! The decor was welcoming and you just felt like you were home. We stayed with a small group of friends and there was more than enough room for all of us. It rained a couple of days that we were there but it didn’t matter. We just took it all in and relaxed which was the main goal! We look long walks and enjoyed the scenery. Cooked out on the grill and relaxed in the evenings. On a scale of one to ten this house gets a 15!! The price was more than fair for what we got and it was money well spent. Justin was quick to respond and very kind and polite in his messages. Overall stay was amazing and if it’s available we will definitely stay here again! Thank you Justin!!

We spent a week here. Our group included our daughter's families, 8 adults and 10 kids from 18 to 6 years old. The smaller kids loved the pool, we all loved the hot tub. We only ate in town one night so we used the grill and the kitchen a lot. It easily met our needs. With the game rooms downstairs, the multiple decks, and the spacious living area we were not crowded at all. The views from the decks are amazing, looking out towards the Smoky Mountains. We made a lot of memories and would certainly come back if our schedules give us the chance.

We take our grown kids and their families for a trip all together once a year normally during Christmas season . This year it was this wonderful cabin . We come during January. We had the best time just being together my grandsons loved all the games large TVs and especially the pool . My party ranged from infants to Teens Each time I had.a question they was very quick to respond If you’re considering coming to the Smokies this is your best deal it’s clean affordable and has much to do . We had a wonderful time gathering at this cabin. The home is great for a gathering with all ages. There are 3 levels, so you can split up accordingly. The indoor pool was so fun for the kids, and was nice and warm while it was quite cold outside. The kitchen is well appointed with plenty of plates, cups, utensils, etc (which you don’t always find at rentals). Lots of space to gather inside, and lovely decks to view the Smokies, which unfortunately we didn’t use because it was too cold. The views of the Smokies are amazing from this place. You are high up on the mountain, with nothing obscuring your view.

We had 17 people from three different states to converge on this cabin and it was fantastic. We spent an entire week together. The area had so many activities to keep us busy but the cabin was perfect for visiting, cooking, playing games, soaking in the hot tub and playing in the pool.

Our stay at the Smokies was exceptional. The sweet mimosa Lodge photos online do not serve it justice because the house is way better in person and larger too! Recorded so many precious memories in this home. We cannot wait to come back! The home has four decks on the back of the house for viewing, the view is a perfect Smokies Picture! Might bring my own pillow next time. But there aren’t any negative things I can say! Our family of 16 had plenty of space! 3 full bathrooms and 2 additional half baths, plenty of things to do in and near the home. On check out, I discovered the giant cupboard filled with boardgames! Bummer I missed this , redo!

Home is beautiful like being in paradise for a little while. View Was amazing! The only thing I would have to say was it dated it slept 21 people and we had 11 and it slept comfortably with 11 not sure how 21 would have fitted.

We stayed at Sweet Mimosa during the second week of May and had an absolutely wonderful time! The house was the perfect size for our group, with plenty of room for play downstairs (the pool room, billiards, and other games were excellent for rainy days!), comfortable rooms, a kitchen that was a spacious gathering place without being Grand Central, and views that were truly breathtaking. The house was clean and had plenty of towels, comfortable beds, a cozy fireplace, and easy temperature/comfort control. Over three days, we saw brilliant sunrises, rolling fog that defined "Smoky Mountains," butterflies in the treetops, and even a bear at a neighboring property! The house is close enough to be convenient to everything (main attractions, Publix, restaurants) but secluded and seemingly on top of the world. We had a problem locking the front door (user error, not the house!), and the owners messaged back immediately with the fix. We're already looking forward to another stay and would definitely recommend booking to our own family and friends.

This was the perfect cabin for a long weekend getaway with our family! We had 17 people in our party and there was plenty of space to spread out and let everyone have their own space. The kids especially liked the triple bunks and game room. The adults loved all of the views on the main floor and huge kitchen! We cooked dinners each night and had plenty of cookware and dishes for our group. The VIEW is amazing looking out the large windows on the main floor. Our last morning we woke up to snow on the mountains. Beautiful! We would definitely stay here again in the future.

This cabin is absolutely beautiful. We went through multiple searches to find a cabin that would fit our 3 families. This cabin was more than expected. It’s very spacious and has multiple areas in the house for each child to enjoy. As soon as we opened the door it took our breath away. As we walked through each area of the house it just kept getting better. I’m so happy I took my family here and that the negative review we saw on this cabin from Michelle didn’t stop me from coming. We are all about reading reviews because it expresses people’s experiences. Please do not hesitate to stay in this beautiful place. It’s very clean, spacious and fun. We couldn’t enjoy the hot tub because of how terrible the weather was but I’m sure it would’ve been beautiful specially with that view.

What a beautiful stay. There was from great-great Grandma of 92, to the youngun of 16 months old in our group. It was a fantastic stay. It's a beautiful, beautiful cabin way up on top of the mountain. And we thoroughly enjoyed it very, very much. They have thought of everything. Even a pack in play, high chair, baby gates. To extra pillows and blankets, bigger pots and pans in the kitchen. Feeding such a group, truly thought of the people that could be staying in such a beautiful cabin. Highly recommend this cabin. It is a treasure. A lot of cherished memories for our family have been made. The manager taking care of the property answered all my questions quickly and efficiently. We'll recommend that people would stay here.

The cabin and sunrise views from the living room and balcony were beautiful!!! There was a keypad lock on the pool room door. A must since we had 5 children. The 2 arcade machines had plenty of games. The hot tub appeared clean. The unique triple queen bunk bed was a little squeaky but the kids loved it. I personally would only put adults on the lower or middle bunks, from a stability standpoint. And only non-claustrophobic folks on the lower bunks (think submarine spaced head room). We had an infant, so greatly appreciated the high chair provided!! There were plenty of bowls/dishes/pans/baking sheets for a large group. Host provided 4 dishwasher tablets and 4 laundry pods (one per day). Plenty of dishwashing soap provided. We did hand wash many dishes/pans that dishwasher wouldn’t handle. Plenty of bath towels but a couple more dish towels would have been nice. Hotel-sized soap bar at each bathroom & small shampoo by showers. Variety of spices. Host was VERY response and pleasant!!!

Sweet Mimosa Lodge is a beautiful spot and accommodated our large group comfortably. The indoor pool and game room was a big hit with the grandkids.
This was our first experience with Airbnb. We didn’t realize the other fees for cleaning and taxes were so high. However, our family couldn’t have had a more memorable vacation and definitely would come back here again during a time when the prices are a little more reasonable.

Great communication with owners, they even sent discounts for local attractions which was so kind. The cabin is exactly as described. Our grandchildren all between 6-9 loved the pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. The game room and bunk beds were also high on their list of things they loved about their first trip to the mountains. They could not believe we were “rich” enough to have an indoor pool. It was a plus on those rainy days for sure. The pool table, video games and foosball table kept them entertained. We rarely turned on a Tv other than for video games. The location is gorgeous in an upscale quiet neighborhood. You will enjoy all of the large beds and plenty of bathrooms for large families. There were 11 of us. The cabin is cozy, close proximity to fun attractions or perfect for sitting outside and sipping coffee. We enjoyed our stay and our great hosts were more than helpful. FYI they even have a few amenities such as high chair, playpen etc. for smaller children. The lock on the door to the room with the pool gave us peace of mind when they were downstairs. Just don’t give them the code. If you are on the fence, book it. You will love it.

This house was amazing! The family loved the wonderful view and all the amenities. Enjoyed watching the fire works during the 4th of July week in the distance. This was just what our three generation family needed. The teens all liked the hot tub and the play room. We were close enough to all the shows and attractions and easy to drive to get there. A WONDERFUL vacation area. Would like to know that we would be back here next year!

House was spacious and inviting! Amazing views from the back decks, very peaceful. Enjoyed watching the fireworks in the distance from the hot tub. Kids spent a lot of time enjoying the indoor pool as well. Would highly recommend for large family get away!

First off, pictures don’t do this house or these views justice. The cabin and views are absolutely amazing. You are up in the mountains and the view is spectacular and you can watch the sunrise. The neighborhood is equally as stunning and very quite. We had family here age 4 to 61 and everyone had a great time. We had 11 people and there was enough space for everyone to spread out. The pool was used almost non stop by the kids. The cabin was also very clean. No smell to any blankets, linens or towels. Hot tub was clean and working. Pool was warm. We didn’t see a bear but neighbors said there was one right outside our house on the very last day, I’m assuming because we used the grill. It was the perfect house and we plan on renting again in the future.

Be the envy of all your friends with this amazing rental. We felt very safe after driving up and seeing all of the beautiful properties tucked into the mountain. The home is built on the best side to give amazing views. The first 2 nights we stayed, black bears came up the side of the mountain right beside our back deck and wondered up into the street. After that we had some, lets say, exuberant guests move in next door and I think the noise kept them away after that, but holy cow what a treat to see those glorious creatures just mosey right by us! We couldn't hear any noise from the neighbors when we were inside the house so it was nice that there were huge windows everywhere to enjoy the amazing views. If you are an early riser, it is so peaceful taking your morning coffee out on one of the multiple decks to enjoy the sunrise. The home was fully stocked with towels, soaps, and toys. The pool was a little chilly even with the room heated, but that didn't stop our daughter or her nana from getting in there and splashing around. This home was perfect for us. We had our daughter, my parents, and my in-laws so we each got our own level to stay on and make our own. The pool room had a separate lock so we did not have to worry about our daughter sneaking into the pool alone. We would definitely stay at this home again over others in the same area. It checked all of our boxes and more. The owners were very responsive and attentive.

The house was a beautiful spot for our Memorial Day baseball tournament weekend. I was able to cook for a large group and everyone was able to sit inside or outside with their meals. The little touches like dish sponges, paper towels, lighters, cornhole boards, roasting sticks made our stay special. We spent a lot of time laughing and making lots of memories.

This trip was my second time visiting Tennessee, and my mother's and kids' very first time.
Unfortunately, I think this cabin raised their standards/expectations for any trip we'll have in the future. That's just how perfect it was!
My kids literally cried when it was time to pack up and leave.
The game room and pool was absolutely PERFECT for our little ones!
The pictures listed are very accurate! There was more than enough space for our family of 6.
The word luxury is an understatement when it comes to Justin's cabin. You get what you pay for...and this place was worth every dime we spent.
I have ZERO complaints! Don't hesitate, BOOK THIS CABIN!

Great communication with the property host (Justin) and easy check in. Beautiful home and equipped with everything you need. The pool needed some attention but Justin responded asap then had it addressed immediately. Only thing of note was listing mentioned a gas grill and there was not one there. However, the charcoal grill just steps outside of the kitchen door worked awesome! We did get to see some bears visiting on our first day right outside the house and across the street. Would stay here again for sure.
