Well-appointed with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and other kitchen appliances, perfect for making breakfast, lunch, or dinner throughout your stay! All pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc., are also there for you! Gather around the inviting dining table to savor your meal while enjoying the fresh mountain air.

The loft transforms into your very own private game room, offering a mix of classic and competitive entertainment that keeps the energy going day and night. Challenge friends and family to a fast-paced match on the foosball table or relive the excitement of classic games with two arcade machines just steps away. Step outside, and the experience becomes even more memorable with a unique wood-burning fire pit that doubles as a charcoal grill. During the day, fire it up for a laid-back cookout, and as evening falls, the same space transforms into a cozy gathering spot where you can roast marshmallows and enjoy the crackling fire under the stars. You'll also enjoy private river access nearby, offering a peaceful yet engaging outdoor experience for all. Just a short walk away, you’ll also find local spots, including restaurants, tubing experiences, and fishing spots perfect for slowing down and enjoying the Smokies at your own pace. Lastly, you’ll find the entrance to Vee Hollow Mountain Bike Trail only a couple of hundred yards away.

Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

Kitchen And Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.
