Really enjoyed our stay at the Cub House, the location is fantastic. Close enough to drive where you want to go but off the main drag so you avoid a food chuck of the traffic. House is outfitted really well and they were quick to respond to any questions we had. They were willing to come out the day of to replace the toaster and bring foosball’s for the table. Really helpful. I would say the firepit area had quite a few weeds in it and the actual pit is rusted through but it was hot in July so we had plenty of other great areas to sit. Front and back porch were great. Overall a fantastic place to stay.

The house was absolutely beautiful from inside and out! My family absolutely loved our stay and I can say our favorite room was the game room. The rooms, bathrooms and kitchen was stunning and looked exactly like the pictures, and when I needed assistance Justin and his team were a call away. Would definitely book again if I plan on visiting a 3rd time!

Perfect place for the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg experience! Beautiful place and location was just far enough away from the busy main areas to give you that true mountain feel. Also, Justin was super fast and responsive!

This was a beautiful home with lots of space for everyone to spread out. The upstairs was a great retreat for the teenagers with two bedrooms, 2 baths, and the game room. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The back porch was enjoyable in the mornings and we watched lighting bugs at night.

This property was a great stay for our family of 6 adults and 3 kids (all under 5). Plenty of rooms/beds for everyone to have their own space. It was as described in listing. 15-20 minutes away from the busy parkway but was easy to find. Quiet,secluded and surrounded by trees. Had a couple of questions for Justin which were answered in timely manner. Would not hesitate to book again and will recommend to others who enjoy visiting the area.

Beautiful home on a private, wooded lot secluded but close enough to all the attractions within a 12 minute drive. Justin was an outstanding host, friendly, responsive and great communication throughout the process. The home was just as pictured, clean, well maintained and all the amenities you need for a perfect stay!

Amazing time staying at this cozy, peaceful and beautiful home. Our host was very responsive and answered any question or needs we had. The rooms were large and spacious met all of our needs while staying there. Truly loved sitting on the back porch and the decor of this place. The cub house was close enough to drive to attractions but from enough away to have peace and solitude. We had an amazing trip and would defiantly book again while visiting TN.

The place was very nice! We were a group of 8 ladies attending a conference. We had privacy and there was enough room that we could have some individual privacy during our stay as well. The beds were comfortable; kitchen was very nice; and great porch area! We were very pleased with this house.

The place was beautiful. Felt like home away from home. Looks exactly like the pictures. The place was spotless. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with every pan you would need to cook, two different types of coffee makers, mixers, crockpots and a insta pot. The kids loved the game room. To start the pictures of the Airbnb doesn’t do justice for how beautiful it actually is! Me and my guest enjoyed everything about the place and the surroundings. I had to reach out to the host about a concern but he hoped on it asap. We enjoyed the hot tub and bonfire especially. I would definitely consider staying here again when I come back to Tennessee. The pictures do not do this place justice. This cabin was absolutely beautiful inside and out. Beautifully decorated very inviting and very comfortable. Other than the tv not working properly, this was a problem free getaways. Just a tip may want to let people know to bring extra towels and wash towels if they use a fresh towel every day.

My whole family loved this location! Close enough to the strip but still far enough away from the craziness. We had 5 kids with us and the game room was perfect for them, I also really appreciated that the beautiful back patio had a guard so no kiddos could squeeze inbetween the railings. Amazing! We were pleasantly surprised. We’ve been staying in the area for 28+ years and this has to be the best rental we’ve ever stayed in. The location was perfect. No mountainous cliffs to drive up, more than enough level parking. Interior was much larger than what appears in photos. The house was perfectly thought out with all supplies necessary for groups and families with small children. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely be booking again in the future.

We had an amazing girls weekend. The house was beautiful and had everything we could have asked for. Justin was a great host and always responded quickly with answers to my questions. We found the house easy, getting into the house was easy and simple. The hot tub was great. It was nice to sit on the front porch. We will be coming back soon. The friends that traveld with us had never been to an air bnb and they couldn't believe how awesome it was for the price we paid. There is so much to do in the area as well; Titanic, Hatfield and McCoy, The Island, Dollywood, and Skyland ranch to name a few places we went too. This was the best and most relaxing Cabin I’ve ever been in. The hot tub was so nice and warm great for taking the pain away from walking during touring the area. The only issue I had was not booking it forever 🥲. The home was so luxury and nice. I enjoyed the master bathroom shower. Every thing was so perfect and look way better in person. I’m already looking up dates to book again.

This home is just like the pictures show it to be. It is clean, welcoming and beautiful. It was in a great location just a short drive to Pigeon Forge and the Parkway. We rode the Alpine Coaster which is very close to the house and had a blast. We loved the natural setting with no neighbors directly upon us. The fire pit area was beautiful, but unfortunately we could not use it due to the statewide burn ban due to the very dry conditions, which is totally understandable. I would definitely consider rebooking for his house in the future when we visit. Very well pleased with the cleanliness and condition of the home. Loved the 80’s arcade game table upstairs too. Book it you won’t be disappointed! Please note: There are two bedrooms downstairs, the master and another. The only full bathroom is the one in the Master. There is a powder room just outside the door to the guest bedroom but if someone in the room would like there own shower/bath they will need to use the Master or go upstairs to share that guest bath.) One suggestion: please load up the house with more bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths. We had to wash ours during our short stay.

I cannot say enough positive things about this place. I actually don’t have a single thing I would change. We walked in and said “wow”. It was so nice & clean. Justin was VERY responsive to every question. My only suggestion is you DO lose service going to the cabin (like mentioned in the check in guidelines) so make sure you actually follow Justin’s advice: screenshot the door code & wifi password before you get to the cabin. Otherwise you’ll have to ask the very friendly neighbors to use their wifi to get inside like we did :) The cabin is secluded, but no intense curvy roads or steep hills (all were freshly paved - no gravel). There’s a gas station and general store that has all your basic necessities within 5 min of the cabin. Downtown pigeon forge is only 15 min. We plan to book with them again in the future!

I wanted a comfortable place for a visit to Gatlinburg with my husband’s parents, and this house did not disappoint. It is a beautiful home with plenty of space, comfortable furniture and 4 cozy bedrooms. Everyone slept great and enjoyed the amenities of the home. For our family, the fire pit was a hit. There was plenty of seats to enjoy a cozy fire and reflect on our day. I recommend this home to anyone visiting the area. Also, Justin was very responsive, pleasant and made sure our stay was comfortable. Thank you Justin!

This is our second time staying at Justin’s place and just it was just as perfect as the first time! It had a very homey feel and it’s nice staying some place where you already know where everything is located. The driveway is perfect and plenty spacious. We had 3 vehicles total and everyone had plenty of room. The inside is very spacious and the back and front porch are perfect for enjoying the peaceful setting! I can’t wait to stay again!

Justin’s place was exactly as described! The home was spotless and clean, beds were super cozy and the master shower was amazing! The kitchen had everything needed to cook a complete meal, plenty of arcade style games to keep the kids busy and the hot tub was top of the line! Our two teenagers told us this was the best vacation we’ve ever taken, and we’ve been to the Smoky Mtns countless times over the years. Justin was a very polite and responsive host. We would definitely stay in this home again!!

We were a 4 couple group and this place was perfect for us!! The pictures tell the story and it doesn’t disappoint in person. It’s less than 10 minutes from all the action but tucked back in a beautiful wooded area. Beds were all great and the furnishings are first class. We especially enjoyed the 4 person hot tub! If we come back to this area I will definitely stay again. Only thing I would do differently is stay longer!

We had a great stay! Enjoyed everything about this place! Would definitely stay here again! There was 10 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. Enjoyed sitting on front and back porches drinking our coffee. Loved how clean this place was and how it was decorated.

Our stay here at Cub Circle was a classy top knotch stay! From the booking, corresponding with the host ,to check in and check out. This property is well kept and even more lovely than the pictures. Nice elevated hills lead you to this property without being scary, which was a plus for my daughter. Its also in close proximity to everything. There's also a nice Amish grocery store close by . We even saw a deer from the back porch ! I cant say enough about this cabin being so nicely decorated and clean ! The game room was a hit with the grandkids. It's an easy drive to Piegeon Forge and Cades Cove. Definitely take the drive from Cades Cove back through Gatlinburg , what amazing scenery!!! Don't hesitate selecting this property! Its a 5 star plus from the Babin family!!! Thanks for everything !

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Cub House! The outside curb appeal was beautiful and the inside was just as beautiful! It was definitely family friendly. We really enjoyed drinking coffee on the rocking chairs and eating breakfast on the back porch. My kids loved the game room and most important Justin was phenomenal with communication and being available for any questions. This was a great way to celebrate our family vacation in remembrance of my dad and Mother’s Day as well. We will book this property every time we can! It was immaculate. We enjoyed everything about our stay; relaxing in the back yard, playing games in the game room, soaking in the hot tub, taking a walk in the neighborhood, and preparing meals in the kitchen. We had guests from three families and there was enough space for everyone to have their own privacy when needed. We only wished we’d had more time to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. We had everything we needed! We travel quite a bit and we have stayed in many Airbnb homes, but this was the most beautiful home we’ve ever stayed in! The pictures did not do it justice.
