You have a beautiful home, and I'm so grateful you shared it with us. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay, even for my little pet. When I return to Tennessee, I'd love to stay there.

From the start everyone was excited! There was something for everyone to enjoy…wrap around porch with rockers & swings to take in the gorgeous view, arcade games & the hot tub are the top 3 but then you are so close to everything! My family made precious memories this weekend. Thank you so much! We will be returning!

The home was clean and perfect for our group of 7 with plenty of space for everyone. Had everything we needed and more. We especially loved the gated in porch for our fur babies. The hot tub was wonderful after long days exploring the area! Definitely saving this listing for future visits to the area!!

Came to Pigeon Forge for National dance competition. The Farmhouse had plenty of space for our whole family, plus grandma to tag along with our two dogs and never felt crowded. Master king size bed was very comfy. My kids LOVED the arcade games in the space off the kitchen and playing “bean bag boozled” (my five year olds new name for cornhole) on the wrap around porch. The seating on the porch was plentiful, padded swings and rocking chairs to enjoy the peaceful scenery surrounding the cabin. Definitely would book again if we are in the area for another competition in the future.

We loved this sweet farmhouse. Nestled in the woods, we spent many hours sitting in the porch listening to birds, watching the bunnies, even an old cat made its way around the house. Our last night with a fire in the fire pit, marshmallows on sticks, laughter and conversation all around will stay in my heart for years to come. This home is convenient to all activities and easy to find. Great pizza just one mile away. Wrap around porch with rockers, master on the main, two bedrooms and a beautiful bath upstairs made this short get away just perfect for our group.We plan on staying here again with friends in the months to come. Highly recommended.

Justin is a great host and we had a good time at his cottage. Overall experience was good specially kids had fun playing games and jacuzzi. We also enjoyed the outside of the house which was great .

This farmhouse is nestled in just the right spot! Secluded in the woods with everything you need. The drive to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg is a breeze. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need. The arcade games were a plus! Hot tub was well maintained, loved the firepit, and the wrap around porch. (Swing by the firepit needs repaired. It was broken upon arrival).The house is roomy, plenty of seating in living room, bedrooms and bathrooms well put together. Only suggestion I have is renters need to screenshot entry code prior to coming onto property. With no service, I had to drive down the road a bit to get service through app to retrieve code. This was truly one of our most favorite rentals. We will definitely be returning.

This house was perfect for us. Fenced in porch so our dogs could run around without fear of them getting out. We enjoyed the hot tub and arcade games. Nice set up in living room and kitchen. There was 6 of us and we were all able to sit together in the living room and kitchen.
It was a very private location, but close to all the attractions. Even though there are neighbors on both sides the trees provide a nice barrier that made you feel separate. We would definitely stay here again.

My family chose Justin’s place because it looked beautiful from the pictures, had all of the amenities that we would need (especially with a toddler), and because of the proximity to all of the local attractions and other family members staying in the area. Honestly, the place exceeded our expectations, and we had an amazing time.
If I had to say one downside (which is my own fault for not realizing from the pictures), is that there were A LOT of really cool antiques right within reach of my toddler. So, I had to run around the house and move everything out of his reach. But, that is the life of a parent. Lol
Overall, it was a great time, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This place feels like a home away from home. It’s private, quiet, and seems like you’re a million miles away. But it’s only 10 minutes to the main strip. We enjoyed the hot tub, arcade games, and playing ball on the driveway. The porch was great to sit and listen to the rain in the afternoon. They had everything you’d need, baby supplies, dog supplies.. We were pleasantly surprised by the baby/dog gates on the porch! We’ll definitely stay here again!

This was our family's first trip to the smoky mountains. We were so impressed with this home. The bedrooms were super clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped to make dinner at home saving us money. The living room was perfect for a movie night. The kids really liked the hot tub. We would stay at this property again in a heartbeat.

The Farmhouse was very comfortable for the 6 of us that stayed with our 2 furry family members. The porch was our favorite place to hang out and enjoy the peace. Our dogs loved the yard and we loved that there was plenty of space for them to roam without worrying about neighbors being bothered.

This was our second time staying at the Farmhouse. We love it, great location, always beautifully decorated. Quiet neighborhood, great place to walk the dogs. Already planning our next stay in February.

We stayed here for a quick family holiday getaway to Dollywood with three adult couples and had an overall great experience, though there are a few areas for improvement.
Pros:
Fantastic location, about 15 minutes from Dollywood.
Plenty of parking for three cars.
Pet-friendly with no additional fees
The hot tub was excellent—clean, hot, and ready to use.
Cons:
The 3 upstairs beds were listed as queens but were actually full-size, which made it very uncomfortable for two adults to share.
The full mattresses were also quite springy, causing the whole bed to shake when someone moved.
Linens were limited: only one towel + washcloth provided per person, with no hand towels or hot tub towels available.
While there were extra pillows in the closet, there were no extra pillowcases for them.
Also the code for the lock was 10 digits long-a challenge to remember and very hard to pull up and enter while balancing groceries!
Overall we enjoyed our trip and the convenience of the location!

I was in love. This is such a nice get away thats a dream home to have. Plenty of room in the driveway. Wonderful hot tub that works amazing. Very quiet neighborhood. Makes me feel like im at grandmas house. THIS IS A MUST BOOK MUST STAY!!! 5* ALL THE WAY!!

The Farmhouse was just as described, with country charm, and was nicely decorated for Christmas. It was close to area attractions, but off the main road on a private wooded hillside. There was ample space for the six of us and the pups. We enjoyed the hot tub, large fire pit, and mini arcade. The hosts responded quickly to every inquiry before and after we booked and sent a welcome message once we arrived at the property. They checked in to ensure everything was good during our stay and provided clear instructions for checking out. One note - we could have used a bit more pantry space in the kitchen and additional towel racks or hooks in the spacious upstairs bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous farmhouse. The pictures do not do it justice! The house is decorated beautifully inside and out. The location is perfect for enjoying Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. Our fur babies loved the closed in porch and we loved the private neighborhood location. We would definitely stay again.

The house was in a great location with easy access to everything in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Nice wide and level parking area, which you will not appreciate until you see others.

The farmhouse felt very cozy but plenty of room . I thoroughly enjoyed the porch and rockers. The only advice I’d give is the door lock is a little tricky. Justin gave great instructions but you do have to pull on the door to get it to be able to lock when you are going out, or punch on it some for it to look when you are inside. Also the air does work but it was still pretty warm in the house. But overall I really loved the farmhouse and I would definitely recommend to anyone who is visiting Pigeon Forge. Thank Justin for hosting me and my family.

The farmhouse was spacious! The kitchen was stocked with things we needed to make meals and save money as a family of 8. Also the kid dishes, high chair and pack n play were a blessing! It’s located close enough to everything but far enough to be in a quiet spot. Arcade games were fun for my kids. We made do with the toilet paper, dishwasher soap, and trash bags that the host graciously left.. but needed more of our own paper towels and laundry soap because we went through those quickly! Hot tub was a hit! Only complaint would be that, for us, the AC was not sufficient. We were too warm. There were 2 fans we utilized in closets on the property but I would suggest bringing a couple more if it’s summer and you have a few days stay. Wish we would have spied a black bear but there were none to be seen during our trip!

The place was clean,secluded, quite and very nice. Close to downtown Pigeon Forge. Love the wrap around porch and dog gates. Love that it was dog friendly
Only thing that was not posted correctly was it says has gas grill but did not so we had to go get charcoal. Which was brand new grill to use so big deal. Also to check in early we had to pay a fee even though the house was ready.

At first I wasn’t too sure about the location because I am a city girl and this seemed like we were in the middle of nowhere in the woods. I was wrong. We were literally 5 minutes from Pigeon Forge Parkway. While we ate all of our meals dining out, the kitchen was adequately stocked for anyone that might choose to prepare meals at the home. We had a couple of hiccups that were addressed immediately therefore the 5 stars. Thank you for sharing your home with us. A lot of great memories were made on this trip.

Magical little place at night the forest comes to life , absolutely beautiful we could see the fire works from Dollywood above the tree line while sitting in the spa …we had a great stay we were just passing through wish we could have stayed longer.. The area was amazing and just far enough to be out of the city, but close enough to be a short drive to anywhere we wanted to go. The nights are quiet surrounded with the sounds of nature. The house was exactly as described. Justin was an amazing host, very responsive and willing to do whatever he could to make our vacation the best it could be.

The farmhouse is exactly as described plus more. The neighbors is quiet and the wraparound porch a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or a late night drink or just a place where you wind down before bed. We are a family of 5 with two teen boys and a10 yr old girl, the kids loved the property. Close to all the attractions but far enough where you enjoy the peace and quiet. Justin and Keri are fast to respond and were always reachable. Luckily everything was smooth thanks to their great communication and check in process. We will be back in the future.

This cottage was absolutely perfect. From the outside, it was quaint and charming! I would arrive during daylight: it is not as high as many other cabins, but the turns would be tricky at night. It had cute rocking chairs, swings, a hot tub and firepit—perfect for our kids and my parents alike! We loved both that the master was on the first floor (perfect for my aging dad) and that the upstairs bathroom was huge (perfect for kids). It was an incredible place to stay! We hope to be back!

We loved everything with this house!! The property owner had great communication made sure everything was ok when we were there. House was so beautiful. They also worked with us cause both my husband and daughter has a service dog and allowed them to join us. It hard for us to find places and I'm greatfull for that! Would stay again next time we come down.

The house itself is very nice and cozy. Literally the only bad thing I could say is the trailers down at bottom of hill make the neighborhood seem crappy. But once passed that at the entrance the rest of beautiful.
Just right down the road from a very good distillery and only minutes away from main town.
Would stay here again, definitely.

This place was very roomy. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of space in the living room and the kitchen to all sit together. We really liked the location. It was very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, but still close to all the activities and restaurants in Pigeon Forge. Our family really enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse!

Great location. Close enough to town to do get to attractions/food/shopping but off the beaten path so it feels secluded and quiet. Justin was a great host.
Only complaint was the king bed in the master is super tall and not easy to get in and out of. Needs a step stool.

A truly lovely home and great location!! You’re just over 2 miles from the Parkway and only 15 minutes from Dollywood and Splash Country, however you still feel like you’re in a nice quiet area in the mountains. The wraparound porch is peaceful and welcoming with the inside inviting and relaxing. Staying on the second floor was just as nice as the main floor, you just have to be ready to climb some stairs.

The Farmhouse rental was perfect for our 3 couples! We had plenty of room to spread out. The convenience to Dollywood was excellent which was our main reason for this trip. Justin was very responsive to all of my questions and even offered suggestions about parking for Dollywood, etc. He went above and beyond!
The house was so nicely decorated with vintage furniture and wall hanging that I felt I was at my grandmother's. It was a sweet alternative to the log cabin concept.
I would highly recommend this rental if you are wanting to be private but yet accessible to all that Pigeon Forge has to offer. You can't go wrong!

Awesome place to stay! Great host, beautiful location, private entrance, had all the amenities we needed - we made some great memories with our friends using the hot tub to relax after hike and made s’mores on fire pit outside. Highly recommend

The Farmhouse was a wonderful home to stay for our family vacation with our 2 older children and our dog. Everything was so clean and everything we could have needed was provided. It was spacious and private, yet within 30 minutes of all of our planned activities. I especially loved the hottub! Justin was a phenomenal host and quick to answer any questions. Wonderful place to stay! Beautifully decorated farmhouse with antiques and also comfortable couches and beds. Everything you need to have a family meal or even to make s’mores at the campfire. This was a great, dog friendly, place to stay. We usually rent a cabin but this was a nice change. It is close to everything but feels secluded and peaceful. Justin was very helpful with anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. More than enough room for all 6 of us.

Great place. My wife commented how there were no spiderwebs anywhere on the outside porch (which is rare for something in the woods) so she felt at ease sitting outside. Place was very clean and as described. Close to Dollywood and Gatlinburg as well, which was nice.

We love this house! Everything was perfect. The home was beautifully decorated, it had everything we needed. Everything was clean, we loved the arcade game and foosball table. We spent most of our evenings in the hot tub and around the fire pit. The host was responsive and got back to me immediately with any questions we had. We wasn’t ready to leave and can’t wait to come back.

We had a wonderful, short stay at the farmhouse. It was so peaceful, and we spent most of our time sitting on the large front porch playing Foosball or soaking in the hot tub. The house was set up for everything we needed for our family and our dog. It made our time in the Smoky Mtns. perfect.

The house was exactly as advertised. Everything was clean and ready on time. The loacation was excellent. It is close to Dollywood, ziplines, and many attractions. It's a short drive to the Smoky Mountians and Gatlinburg. The house is surrounded by woods so you are not right next to a neighbor so there is plenty of privacy. We highly recommend this house.

Loved the farmhouse! Charming, private home nestled in the trees. Close to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge with good parking. The wrap around porch was lovely with a comfy swing and hot tub. Would definitely stay again!

This was my family’s first time visiting the area and this house was the perfect place to hang out and lay our head at night. It was out in the woods, so you got that nature vibe. But also super close to town where there are endless activities, a short drive to the National Park and some great local eats. We spent the first two nights in, really enjoying the space and taking advantage of the campfire area where we made s’mores. The kitchen was well equipped for a family dinner, and the bedrooms were perfect size for the 3 adults and 2 kiddos. Beds were just as comfortable as ours at home, although the old bed frames upstairs were a little noisy with even the littlest movement. All in all, this is a hidden gem and I would DEFINITELY stay at this house again.

Amazing house close to everything but still very peaceful and quiet. It is a 5 - 10 minutes drive to Pigeon Forge depending on traffic, while back at the house it seems a if you are on a distant mountain top only hearing the sounds of the birds. The house is beautifully decorated with cool vintage pieces. There is plenty of room for a large family to be comfortable. The wrap around porch was awesome to sit throughout the day and enjoy the fresh mountain air. There was plenty of seating from multiple rocking chairs to multiple swings. It is a perfect place to relax and unwind or head out for a day of exploring. Justin was a great host and we look forward to visiting in the near future. There were 4 of us, my husband and I and 2 grown sons, and there was not one complaint from anyone.

Location was perfect. Close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Only a few minute drive to town, which made it great to drive back to when wanting to get away from the traffic and crowds. House was good. Beds were comfy. They allowed us to bring our dog for no extra cost, which was awesome and no other place offered that. The kids loved the arcade machine, fooseball, and Cornhole games. TV service was DirectTV, which worked perfectly. There was a TV in the main living room and main bedroom, which was on the first floor. The yard was the only surprise, as I thought the house was going to be on many acres, but there is a large wooded area with drop off surrounding the property. It didn't effect the trip negatively though, just not our expectation based off the listing. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed this property. The house had everything you needed. Kitchen was stocked with cooking necessities, beds comfortable and the house was clean. The location was perfect and minutes from everything yet you still had that mountain peaceful secluded feeling. Loved the hot tub even on the cold days. Justin was a great communicator and we accessed the cabin easily. We will definitely be back at this one!
