My girlfriend and I visited PF and decided to stay here. The location was great. It’s near a bunch of shops, restaurants, and less than 20 minutes from Gatlinburg. It was an adequate amount of space for two tourists who were mostly gone during the day.
The only advice I have for individuals who plan to stay here is that laundry is $5.50/load and you pay on an app. Don’t forget detergent. The laundry room is right next to the room we stayed in. They provided 2 shampoos and 2 “cleansing bars.” We used the bars as hand soap in the bathroom. Just don’t forget to bring all of your toiletries. Additionally, we ran out of toilet paper and had to purchase it so just be prepared for that.
All in all, we really had no issues. The mountains were beautiful and we enjoyed all of the tourist attractions nearby! We would definitely stay with Avada again.

I enjoyed my stay. The condominium was as described and pictured. The only problem I personally had was stepping in and out of the bathtub. There was no side bar to assist with getting in and out. That probably wouldn’t be a problem for someone with good knees. I have had one knee replacement and the other knee needs replacement. The building being three stories definitely needs an elevator. But with that being said, I would definitely stay there again.

Once we started our visit to Pigeon Forge, we realized how close everything was to this location. Everything was less than a 30 minute drive. Even the things we didn’t plan on doing was easy to get to and super thankful for the location of this stay. Made the trip even more relaxing. The space was perfect for our small family.

This place was built recently so everything is brand new. AC works very well. The walls are thin so you can hear other people in the hallways but didn’t seem to hear anyone in the room. Very close to everything

We had a great stay at this place. It was clean & modern. It also had dishes,utensils and plenty of pots & pans to cook with. Streaming smart tvs in living room area and in the bedroom. The only couple of drawbacks for us & they're are not big. The freezer doesn't have a ice machine or trays. You will need to get your own ice which is no biggie. Also the side doors going straight to the steps on the side of the building never worked. You would have to go around to the front of the building which again is not that big of a deal & lets face it that most of us need the exercise. Would definitely stay here again but try to get on the bottom floor for us because we take a lot of food..Great place close to all of the attractions!!

This place was cheaper than any hotel I could find. $106/n before taxes. I could be off a couple dollars but not much. The 1 bedroom condo, naturally the 2 bedroom condo will cost more. Locking the condo door not the building was a bit hard but I watched the video again and got it right.
Place was clean and most important no bedbugs.
Easy to find off the parkway. I’d stay here again if I pass thru the area.

This place was perfect! It is walking distance to The Island and to several places to eat. Getting to and into the place was super easy. It is a brand-new location. You can still smell the newness to it. We walked through the door and fell absolutely in love with it. It has a full kitchen with a breakfast bar to sit at. Loveseat and tv in the sitting room. Queen size bed and tv in the bedroom and full bathroom. Absolutely spotless! I will say that it is perfect for a couple, there were no other places to sleep for anyone extra. I do think we found our new favorite place to stay when we go to Pigeon Forge! Also, whenever we had questions for Avada, they were extremely quick to answer back! Loved it and can't wait to go back!
