We had a wonderful stay at the Ruby location. It’s conveniently located near both the Pigeon Forge strip and Gatlinburg, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The apartment was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were impressed by the attention to detail. Our stay was great! The location is very convenient and close to everything walking or driving. Everything was clean, and the instructions were clear. Be mindful that there are only stairs to get to the floor you're staying on, however we did not mind. As soon as we walked in it felt like home. The room was spotless and it smelled great. (It’s new) It absolutely exceeded our standards. The location in itself was ideal. We were walking distance from so many attractions and activities. We were only about 20 minutes (give or take with the Christmas traffic) from Gatlinburg. The stay was fabulous! The kitchen was my favorite part of the whole place, or possibly the nice big walk in closet 🤔, the place was beautiful, it had everything we needed, not to mention it was super clean, the building looked like it was just finished being built! The only downside was there was no elevator, which we didn’t mind taking the stairs, but might be difficult for some.
