The heart of the home is the open-concept living space, where large windows flood the area with natural light and provide stunning views of the surrounding mountains and lake. The living room is designed for both comfort and togetherness, with plush seating that invites you to sink in and unwind after a long day of adventure. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, boasting ample counter space, a large island with granite countertops, and elegant tiled floors that add a touch of sophistication. Downstairs, find the game room which features an Air Hockey table, a Foosball table, and plenty of space to challenge friends and family to a little friendly competition. Adjacent to this space is a screened in porch with comfy seating that will take relaxation to the next level. Free WiFi is also available throughout the property.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Well-appointed with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, and other kitchen appliances perfect for making breakfast, lunch, or dinner throughout your stay! All pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. are also there for you! Gather around the inviting dining table or the alfresco dining area on the deck to share stories about the day's adventures.

★ENTERTAINMENT★
Start in the game room where you can challenge your friends and family to an exciting match of Air Hockey, or take on a game of Foosball for a friendly rivalry. The spacious game room is designed for nonstop fun, making it the perfect spot to spend rainy days or late nights with the whole group. Step outside, and the fun continues with a wide array of outdoor activities. Just beyond the back deck, a friendly game of Cornhole awaits in the yard—perfect for casual competition while enjoying the fresh mountain air, or fire up the propane grill on the lower-level deck and host a lakeside cookout. For water lovers, Three Horizons Retreat offers direct access to Douglas Lake with a private floating dock and boat slip. After an action-packed day, rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading to the ultimate relaxation spot—the bubbling hot tub—perfect way to unwind under a canopy of stars. Let the warm water soothe your muscles as you recount the day's adventures or simply enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountain night.

Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

Please note that water levels in the area are typically not high enough to accommodate boats until late June at the earliest. There is no boat launch available at the property. Guests will need to use the nearest public boat ramp, located approximately 3 miles from the house, to launch their vessel. From there, they may navigate to the property’s dock; however, the canal may not be deep enough to support certain types of boats (e.g., V-hull vessels). We recommend planning accordingly.

Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

★PARKING★
Free parking for 5-6 vehicles in premises. Feel free to bring the RV along with your boat and all of your water toys!

*IMPORTANT* Please note that while the property does have a garage, it will not be accessible to guests during their stay.
**Guests must use Public Boat Ramp 3 miles away.
