What a great tranquil home for a girls trip. Such a relaxing place to getaway from all the hustle and bustle of our everyday lives. Justin was a great host and very responsive. There were enough rooms for a group of 7 and the house was very spacious and it had a lot of things to do i.e arcade room, pool, hot tub and other indoor games. Would definitely recommend this place!

Justin’s house was beautiful and fit our party of 14 perfectly. We all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms and there was plenty of space for entertaining. It was a great house for a family reunion. 15 minutes to all the entertainment in Pigeon Forge.

Wonderful home for my 70th birthday. The view is beautiful and the pool, hot tub and game room kept everyone entertained. The balconies were loaded with chairs and rockers for everyone to relax, including the grandchildren.

Justin’s place was absolutely perfect and more than enough space for my family. We came to TN to celebrate my Mother’s Birthday and I wanted to find somewhere that would also allow the kids to have things to do. Let’s just say the adults played in the game room the most! (Lol) We are such a competitive family that we had our own competition and made it our business to beat every present high score. The property is beautiful, it was very clean! Our host Justin was very responsive with providing instructions on how to get there and how to check in upon arrival. He also helped out when we couldn’t get the codes for the pool/game room to work at first. There were enough supplies (toilet paper, trash bags etc.) I would absolutely stay here again!

Just about everything with the cabin was great, however, there were a few issues. When some of our guests arrived, the lock to the front door was broken, so we had to wait for a technician to come get our group in. Additionally, the igniter to the oven was broken, so we were unable to cook like we had planned to do for our group of 26. All that being said, the host was very responsive to the issues and was also willing to offer partial refunds for the issues, so all in all, we had a great time. I would recommend staying here if you have a big group.

A wonderful setting for our family Christmas, where our family of 14, from several states all came together to celebrate. The spacious kitchen and living room was the center of all our activities. The views from the decks and windows were stunning. The layout of bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for a family of our size. The game room is a little dated, but still provided hours of entertainment for all of our kids - young and old. There are a few games on the main level and basement as well, such as pool and foosball, but shuffleboard was the biggest hit for our family. We had a few minor issues, however, Justin was extremely responsive and provided quick solutions.

Perfect cabin with amazing views! Everything about this place matched the listing and was the perfect spot to celebrate my 30th with friends! Plenty of space for a large group, the game room was so fun and the pool/hot tub were great. Justin was quick to respond to any questions and provided a lot of info to make things easy. If you’re debating booking this cabin just go ahead and do it, it will not disappoint.

This property was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. From the view, to the amenities, to the cleanliness, to the space, all the way down to the comfort. My family and I felt like we were definitely at home. We didn’t want to leave but now we can’t wait to return. Justin,s communication/response times were GREAT! I didn’t have to wait too long to have an issue resolved. He’s a great host!!! Thank you! This was our 4th annual family trip with a group of 14 and it certainly didn't disappoint. The property is beautiful and the views were amazing all around. Close to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg but tucked away just far enough to feel secluded from all the hustle and bustle. Our group had so much fun hanging at the house that we didn't feel the need to venture out much. Kids had such a blast in the game room and pool. The few times we did venture out as a group, everyone really enjoyed the Smoky Mountain Alpine Coaster and Red Jasper Beer Garden & Gem Mine which were both just 10 minutes away. While we enjoy changing our annual trip location each year we would certainly consider staying again someday.

The pool was our go to hangout spot! You get the view with the luxury of a pool! Place was in great shape. Had one misunderstanding with the owner and we handled in very well! The game room was awesome. The punching machine was a huge hit! Couldn’t recommend this place more! Beds are massive!

If you’re looking for a beautiful place for you and your family this is the place big spacious plenty of room everything you could possibly need. The pool kept nine kids very busy. The arcade was a hit with all ages. At all times there was somebody playing a game somewhere or just looking out at the beautiful beautiful mountains. It rained one day and the smoke in the mountains was just something else. Everyone had their own room they even provided a pack and play and high chair my great granddaughter. As in life, there’s always a little bubble. Justin was the best host. He saw to it that it was taken care of right away. All in all I would stay here again.
PS the kids had the perfect house to play hide and seek in.

We come to the Smokies every year and get a cabin for our family of 12 and this year was BY FAR our best experience yet. This cabin was absolutely AMAZING in every way. The view was breathtaking, the kitchen and living areas were so comfortable and well laid out, and the pool and game rooms were SO MUCH FUN! I have no complaints whatsoever about the cabin or Justin. He was so kind and helpful every step of the way. We have never stayed at the same cabin twice but I believe that will change after this year!

Justin was an amazing host. He was responsive and very helpful. The house was even better than the pictures and when he says his cleaners do an amazing job, he is not lying. The house was immaculate. There was not a single problem to be had. I highly recommend this location. The scenery is beautiful, the house is huge and well layed out. and the game room and pool were awesome. The cabin was amazing. It was so clean, had a beautiful view, beds were more comfortable than any cabin I have stayed in... just overall great! It had box fans in the closet, an ice machine, and baby gates. These are things most places don't even think of.I highly recommend.

This cabin was absolutely amazing. This place is better than the pictures. There was 18 in our party and we had so much extra room. All the amenities wanted us to just stay at the cabin and not even venture out. Hours were spent in the pool, hot tub, game room. Hours were spent around the outside fireplace. There was something to do for all ages. The outside seating had amazing views to take in the breath taking views. We made family memories to last my grandchildren a lifetime. Will definitely be back!!

This cabin was perfect! There was 23 of us and we were not on top of each other at all! There was plenty to do & the kitchen was perfect. We had issues with the code to the pool, we messaged the host and he was very quick to respond and we figured out the problem! Great place to stay!

This house really was HUGE and so beautiful! The location was great and made it easy to get everywhere that we wanted to go. Everything was very clean and there was lots to do inside of the house such as air hockey, pool & shuffle board. The pool and arcade were so fun! However, you do have to go outside and enter through a door that is not connected to the house. Justin responded very quickly when we had a question. We had a great time and will definitely be booking with him in the future when we come back!

We usually go to the mountains 4-5 times a year but not with as large as a group as we did this time, this cabin was perfect for 15 of us! One of our most favorite cabins we’ve ever stayed in! One of our best getaway at smoky mountains. We went as four families including of all ages. This place has everything for everyone. Views are nothing but awesome. Has game room to entertain little ones. Indoor pool is add on. Wish indoor pool water is little more warmer. Will come back again.

We had the most amazing time. The house was absolutely beautiful and clean. So much for our family to do together . Justin responded to every message promptly and was such a great host. I have zero complaints.just a short drive to town but with all of the amenities you truly do not have to leave the house to enjoy the vacation. Thank you Justin!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was everything we could have imagined, and more! We unfortunately did have a couple minor issues. The oven didn’t work, and one of the racing games didn’t work, which was unfortunate. Given that, it was still an amazing five-star experience. The host was extremely responsive, and he even responded back to us at 12 in the morning lol. We will definitely be coming here again!
Also, the views were absolutely stunning. Truly breathtaking.

Our family of 16 ages 1 1/2 to 70 enjoyed our stay in this wonderful house. Plenty of room for everyone one. Kids were in the indoor pool everyday. Host was attentive to needs. I would be happy to stay again.

My family had an amazing stay at this property. The views were beautiful and the house had all of the conveniences to keep all age groups occupied for hours! We even had the chance to watch a black bear from the front driveway on one of our nights there! Justin and his assistant were very quick to get back to me on the few issues we had and everything was taken care of quickly. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great family getaway just far enough off the parkway but close enough to be right in the thick of things. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you for sharing this great property!!

This cabin was absolutely stunning- beautiful house and furniture along with an epic view of the Smokies. There was plenty to do around the house itself with the pool and game room. It was conveniently located close to the wedding venue we were going to and was also close to the downtown area and National Park. Highly recommend for your family getaway!

The house is beautiful Exactly as picture the views are to die for and the location was great. We did a family trip myself my husband my 4 children and their spouses and our grandchildren. 9 adults and 7 kids one infant and we had more than enough space. The kids spent their time mainly in the game room and pool area. The kitchen was well stock with dishes, appliances and the ice machine was unexpected but a great addition. We were so impressed that we tried to extend our stay but could not because another group was checking in after us. Our host Justin was easy to get in contact with when needed and responded quickly. He sent us coupons for attractions and restaurants. Greatly appreciate you Justin.

Several family members had Harleys and rode various routes of the Dragon (great location for bikers!) and the rest of the family were close enough to do anything else we wanted. Close to all attractions and groceries. The home was phenomenal, and the contact with the owner was so prompt. The vacation was so special to our family!

Beautiful location with a great view. Low traffic area with good sense of privacy. A close drive to town for restaurants and other activities. My family and I really enjoyed the game room, pool, hot tub, and deck spaces. The kitchen was a great space to prepare meals. This was a great place to hang out and relax. Justin was a great host and very responsive. I definitely recommend this property and host.

This property is just as beautiful in person as it was in the pictures. It was so spacious for our big group, yet cozy when we all gathered together in the living room area. The pool and game room were a HUGE hit with all the kiddos, big and small. Justin and Kari were wonderful hosts. They responded swiftly to any issues/questions we had before and during our stay and anything that needed resolved was done so quickly. I would highly recommend this property and the hosts.
