beautiful airbnb in a private area! super clean & was not too far from both places we had invented on venturing too!
pool sticks were unfelted so was a little bummed about not being able to shoot some pool! but we were so busy anyways it wasnt a huge deal! would 100% stay again! towels/lines very clean and had just about everything needed for cooking!

My family and I had an awesome time! Loved the area close to a variety of restaurants and activities. My kids favorite was the hot tube, pool table and the fire pit on the upper deck. I will definitely rent it again. Thanks so much for everything!

Shane was a great host that provided exceptional instructions on getting to the place and activities to do as well as provide suggestions to local spots and discounts.
The cabin was very clean upon arrival and very welcoming. It already had some streaming services on the TVs and the kids loved the downstairs playroom. The amenities were great and proved all the basic needs and more. The hot tub was also nice and clean when we got there. The location has an easy rough back to the busy part of the city and food deliveries were a breeze. Quick on responses to any questions. I would definitely recommend and hopefully will get to revisit in the future. Great experience.

Shane’s cabin was wonderful! I had a great experience, from the beautiful cabin to the great service given. I will be recommending this cabin too many! Everything was so thought out. Me and my family had a great time and hope to be back soon!

We absolutely loved our stay at Shane's cabin, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed including Rubbermaid containers which is always a plus for us! the house was fun for our kids, all games and machines worked! and we spent plenty of time enjoying each other's company playing air hockey together!
what I appreciated the most was the baby gates, and high chair along with the smaller table for our youngest (almost 2) saved me from having to go buy or pack exta, the view was nice, and the area is really quite! I highly recommend this cabin if you are looking for a nice getaway! so many great things to say about this place!

Éramos cuatro familias y todos opinamos lo mismo: ¡el lugar nos encantó! La ubicación es excelente para visitar Pigeon Forge. Los juegos para los niños fueron un éxito; teníamos tres pequeños con nosotros y nunca se aburrieron gracias a la sala de juegos. Además, hay televisores en varios cuartos, una cocina bastante amplia, y la comunicación con el anfitrión fue excelente en todo momento. Fuimos durante la época navideña y nos encantó que la casa estuviera decorada para Navidad. Fue una experiencia súper linda en familia celebrando el día de Navidad. ¡Definitivamente lo recomendamos!

The cabin was wonderful! It was perfect for our family. Tons for us to do at the cabin to keep the kids occupied. Very clean throughout. Super quick responses to any questions. Not too far off the main strip area but still far enough away to feel like you’re in nature!

5 stars for this cabin. It was everything we expected. The hot tub was clean and the temp held up well even in the colder weather. As per the other reviews the water does have a smell to it, but I wouldn’t suggest it to be a deal breaker for you. All the amenities overpower it. We loved the three levels and the layout was a perfect fit for our family. There is a bathroom on every level which was super convenient. 4 stars for the hosts being unaccommodating when my deployment was extended, ended up having to pay more money to have our trip pushed out another month. But nonetheless things happen and they were friendly and answered in a timely manner. We had a great time.

This cabin is truly a very beautiful home very much enjoyed this anniversary birthday getaway! Kids enjoyed the bunk beds and game room! Super clean had everything we needed even had all the baby things we needed for the smaller boys 😊 very much enjoyed this cabin will definitely be back great host and co host as well! Made lots of great memories with our 4 children! Definitely a peaceful family home feeling here!! Just like our home was so clean!! definitely worth saving our money all year for this trip! 🥰🥰🥰

Amazing property!
We absolutely loved the house! It was close to the parkway and all the action in Pigeon Forge but was a great reprieve from the hustle and bustle. It was a beautiful cabin in the woods that had everything we could possibly need including firewood for a campfire. With 3 floors and lots of outdoor space, there was plenty of room for everyone to get a little alone time. The kitchen was well stocked and the owners were available to answer questions and provide info on area attractions. It is probably one of the best VRBOs we have stayed at and would definitely visit again. The only downside is the sulfur smell of the water. I would recommend bringing bottled water.

The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub.
Anyone towing a trailer may want to be aware the entry was very steep and a little difficult to get into the driveway. Otherwise, parking with a vehicle or two would be fine.
It was also very clean when we arrived.

We had an amazing trip! The cabin had everything that the description had explained. The communication with Shane and Justin was always friendly and helpful! The only con was the water, it has a little smell to it. But the rest was amazing! Definitely would reach out to them to come for another visit again!

coffee maker did not work and several attempts to get this remedied seemed to be answered by chatbot with instructions on how to use. which was not the problem. but ultimately we just went for coffee each morning. place was very clean, likely a new reno. plenty of space and things to do at the cabin. supplies a little life but sufficient. will suggest 2 towels per person instead of one and adding bbq tools to use with the grill. we were told to bring propane but a full size tank was connected to the new grill already. plenty of dishes, glasses and silverware. the water smell is really really strong smelling, very sulfur like. i realize wells are unique as we have one but if something can be done it would be much more pleasant and bring your own drinking water.

Everything was amazing and just as described. Our host was friendly and responded quickly to any question we had. The kids loved the games and was so happy they got to see a mama bear and her 3 cubs. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Shane and Justin for everything!
