Tranquility Skies

We loved the house and all of its amenities. We had plenty of room for our family of six, and having the beach gear there made our packing easier. The house is well appointed with everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. The golf cart made going to and from the beach a lot easier and was a nice way to explore the Windmark area.

Extremely cozy place! The thoughtful touches like putting up a Christmas tree, really made us feel like home. The location is perfect and has a great view! Not to mention, Justin is great! We had a great experience. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful space to relax and connect with family, or with friends. The layout provides great spaces to come together both indoors and out. The roomy two decks can be accessed from either floor. The first floor deck has a big table, comfy chairs, and cooking area. The second floor deck has a several sofas and lounge chairs to view the mountains and serene sunset. They even provide a telescope to view the stars. This rental exceeded my expectations. Justin was immediately responsive to any questions.

Short stay, wished we could stay longer. Great views and fun to get to - way up in the mountain. The place is a nice as the pictures and we slept very comfortably in the master bed, best sleep of the trip. Justin was easy to work with and helpful. Great visit overall!

Where do I start ? From making the deposit to leaving on our last day, it was all very easy! If you appreciate a host that is responsive and cares about your stay, this will be a place to go. Justin was very informative and even had a few suggestions of what to do and some places to go visit. This was not our first time visiting Gatlinburg ,TN but it was the first our host made us feel welcomed and provided great insight on things to do and not to do! The cabin was very spacious. We really enjoyed having an upstairs and downstairs patio to relax on. The view is as posted on the site and is absolutely beautiful! Especially at night during clear skies! They provided a grill which was one of the highlights of our vacation. Grilling out and eating together on the back patio was worth every penny. If you visit during the right season there’s even a community / private pool to use, the whole week we were there it felt as if we had our own private pool because there were barely any people swimming when we visited. The jacuzzi was also a blast and very enjoyable. I would rate our stay a 10 out of 10 if I could! Thanks Justin & Kari for providing a lovely place to vacation in !

Spring Break was awesome in the Smoky Mountains! The grandkids enjoyed Anakeesta and the mountain roller coasters. We really enjoyed our stay and driving the winding roads up and down to the property. There are some water disruptions in that area that happen from time to time so it would be nice to have an emergency water supply for such occasions.

Justin’s place was what we were looking for. It was nestled up high in the mountain and the apartment was modern and the decor was pleasing. It was nice seeing bears, however, the drive up the mountain was challenging because of the tight and windy roads. We would recommend it if being in nature is your desire.

Awesome Airbnb! Probably my best stay yet!
They were very responsive and helpful with any questions I had to ask and gave a lot of suggestions on things to do in the area!
I brought my grandmother to the mountains for her 71st birthday & she LOVED the views! She also enjoyed staying in the actual mountains as SO many bears were spotted near where we stayed!
We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here, and especially loved the upstairs Master Suite with sauna and Jacuzzi! The property was just as pictured and very clean and well kept. Justin was very responsive when we reached out with minor questions/issues. The sunsets were great and loved the quiet and solitude after our days exploring.

If you want to stay at the top of the world,or at least way above Gaitlinburg this is the spot. Very clean, comfy beds, two decks and privacy as my husband and I slept in the upstairs suite and our adult daughter had her own bed and bath. It was about 15 minutes down the hill to the entrance to Smoky Mountain National Park which we spent 5 days exploring. Also, a two hour drive to the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC, well worth the side trip. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to the area.

Beautiful views and house. The power was out when we arrived. We had just drove 10 hours and the drive up the mountain was terrifying for me. It was getting dark so we had to drive to town and charge phones to figure out what to do. The property manager responded but it was out of the control of anyone. We drove back up a couple of hours later and it was good! We loved our stay and even had a family of bears visit the neighborhood! The sunrise and sunset views were incredible.

Beautiful cabin with indoor hot tub and sauna. Very clean rooms and bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. Justin was a great host and very responsive. Will definitely recommend this place and stay here during our next visit.

We had a great time! My fiancé (now husband!!!) and I eloped with our best friend as our officiant and his wife as our witness and my little sister as our maid of honor. It was the perfect space for an intimate and personal wedding. We opened the living room doors and could hear the rain pouring on the deck during our vows. It was absolutely magical. The smoky mountains really showed off with the smoke and fog this trip. (I’ve been to gatlinburg once or twice a year almost my whole life) but never had the pleasure of staying up top in the mountains. It was so breathtaking. Thank you to Justin and Kari for letting us rent your home and to make magical memories.
The king bed was very comfy and the sauna and jacuzzi bathtub were such a treat. My ONLY complaint was that sheets for the pull out bed were not originally provided but after messaging with Justin he was able to get someone out to drop them off for us. Be sure to bring your own toiletries(TP, soap, etc) I forgot that part!
