Treehouse Overlook

This cabin was one of the best we have ever stayed in! Clean, quiet, and lots of entertainment for us and our kids. No neighbors to hear the happy scream of my kiddos (8 and 10) on the zipline, slide and fooseball tournaments. We will def be booking again.

This was such a fun place, the kids loved the zip line and pac man and I loved the screened in porch and hot tub. Justin was such a great host! He was SO helpful and patient when we were trying to figure out the hot tub, which was needed after a long day at Dollywood!

Can't say enough good things about this place. It's very clean and inviting and has everything you need, and then some. The views are amazing, and the kids had a blast exploring. They loved the tree house and the zip line. We loved the screened in porch and looked forward to returning each night after our daily adventures. Host was great and provided us with all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. Would highly recommend this property and we would absolutely stay here again.

we loved this place! so many thoughtful little touches all around the property, tons of games and activities for the kids. This property was well set up and well cared for. Everything was clean and tidy with all the little stuff many Airbnb's skimp on like ziplocs, paper towels, minimal linens, etc. Justin was very responsive and we will definitely be coming back.

We stayed in July of 2025. House was perfect for our family of 5 and young children. Our kids loved hanging out and watching the big library of DVD movies in the treehouse. They practiced their darts (the darts have tip protectors on them) and foosball skills. Big variety of games on the arcade. During this time of year the trees block the mountain view from the deck but can still be seen from loft level.

Very family friendly, lots for our 3 kiddos to do and keep them busy! They were bummed that the hot tub was dirty and not working, however it was over 90 degrees and we would not have allowed them to be in it anyways! Overall great stay and we would come back again.

We loved our time at Treehouse Overlook! Our 7 year old boy loved the zip line and treehouse. It was clean, and as described on listing. We loved that it was far enough out of town to avoid the crowds, but an easy, pretty drive back into town.

Highly recommend! My family and I traveled from Florida to Tennessee for the first time. Staying in the Treehouse Overlook was exactly what we were looking for. We couldn’t have enjoyed it any more!

We loved our stay at Treehouse Overlook! There was so much to do at the cabin the kids didn’t want to leave. The cabin was very clean and had alot of attention to detail. Justin was a warm welcoming host and was able to suggest some hiking spots and was very communitive through our stay. The cabin was very open and the treehouse gave the kids some of their own space as well. The zipline was such a highlight and unique offering. The kitchen had everything you needed and even had a picnic basket! The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were large and very nicely done(it was nice not having to share with the kids). It was pretty hot during our stay, but we enjoyed the hot tub and back porch a lot. The kids loved the arcade upstairs and the views were just amazing. You can tell Justin and has family have put a ton of thought into their cabin. Wifi worked great since I did have to check-in with my work while I was gone. My kids are already begging to go back!

We had a great stay at the treehouse! It was a short weekend trip, but my little boy really enjoyed every part of the treehouse for his birthday. He had more fun here than doing any activities away from the cabin! Justin was very helpful with any questions we had or issues that came up. We hope to come back one day!

We enjoyed the cabin so much! It was a perfect get away for our family of 4. Plenty of comfortable outdoor and indoor seating. The perfect little cabin for our family of 4 (two adults, two kids aged 10 and 6) to explore the area for a few days! We had an amazing time. It was perfect for our family my kids loved the games and the clubhouse as well as the slide! The bunk bed was certainly a favorite as well.
It was required we give the names and ages of our children to confirm which honestly made me a bit nervous about the entire trip , however I cannot say enough good things about our stay.
It is UP in the mountains, gorgeous view! I wish I could wake up to that every morning!

My family had an excellent time relaxing and enjoying our stay at this location. The kids had a great time playing on the slide, zip line, and “treehouse”. Every morning we were able to enjoy breakfast on the back porch with some amazing views of the mountains and every night with some hot drinks by the fire place. It was our 2nd time staying at this location and we would definitely stay a 3rd time if we visited the area again.

Great place! Kids loved it. We really enjoyed it. Really loved the Christmas decor.
Only thing I was not really comfortable with was providing names and ages of my toddlers. I understand ages - but names I felt was very personal. Host said they were required to make sure everyone was who they said they were… but these were toddlers. That was the only part I was very uncomfortable about which I did voice to the host but my toddlers names were still required to confirm reservation.

We LOVED our stay! Our son loved it even more. It’s perfect for families. Justin and his team were extremely easy to get ahold of and proactive. His assistant called to make sure we hadn’t had any power outage because there was a local outage. However we never lost power. It was such a fun spot, we can’t wait to return next time!

The cabin was perfect for our mountain getaway with a gorgeous view and had many amenities for us to enjoy our stay! It was well-stocked and private. We had an amazing time the scenery was gorgeous. The upstairs kids area was perfect with a game system so you can set littles up and have some one on one time watching a movie or playing games outside. My boys absolutely loved the Zipline and slide. We will definitely be looking for this place on our next Gatlinburg visit. We had a family of five, kids ages 13, 11 and 9 and they all loved it and the loft space for themselves. We had such an awesome stay throughout the weekend! It rained quite a bit while we were down but we had plenty of attractions surrounding us so we were able to make plans with ease 👍 I loved how private the location was but also how close we were to all of the attractions. Coffee on the patio in the early morning hours and a nice dip in the jacuzzi was an awesome way to start the day!! We will be back again soon!

Justin's place was the perfect place for me and my girls to relax and getaway for a bit. It isn't far from the hustle and bustle, but far enough to be able to enjoy the peace and serenity of the Smoky Mountains. We cooked many meals and enjoyed the games and hot tub, but our favorite was eating dinner and listening to the rumbles of thunder and the rain on the covered porch. we could not have found a better place to stay honestly we really wanted some place that was very peaceful and very quiet and that was also in a remote location so we were able to hang out on the deck and there was no sound a traffic and honestly from the porch sitting out looking into the woods I did not even see a light or anything. I really can't think of anything at all negative to say about the cabin. I feel like the price was totally worth it. I got the peace and quiet I wanted. of course we have the kids so the peace and quiet was disturbed by our offspring sometimes ha ha. look, the place is great. we loved it. we have stayed at other cabins in that area and that cabin that Justin has was by far the best one we stayed at. go book the cabin right now

Cabin was as listed on the site; had a bit of difficulty with the key code access but was able to get resolved with quick responses and communication with the host. Kids loved it - even though I expected them to like the zip line and slide most they really enjoyed the swinging chairs and creating a fort on the bunk beds.

We are actually only about a little over an hour from Justin’s place, but we staid for the weekend for our daughter’s ball tournament. First and foremost, the cabin was not only beautiful, but so clean. The pictures on the app/site truly don’t do justice for how pretty the place and the view is. The cabin is just far enough in the country to be peaceful, but close enough to all the action.
Justin messaged prior to the visit with all the details on how to enter along with deals, lists of restaurants close by, etc. Checking in was very easy. I had a silly question and Justin answered in a timely manner and was sure to let me know he would be available if I had any other questions.
Our kids loved the attached cabin/play house and the slide attached to the porch. There was plenty to do- family board games, hot tub, games to play outside, and so much more. Definitely recommend for family or just a private getaway. If I could give 10 stars, I definitely would.

Had a short stay here but it was amazing. My boys loved all the games in the house. The younger ones loved the slide and zip line. They all loved playing the mini arcade and all enjoyed the hot tub. This is a very peaceful place and is beautiful. Check in was easy and communication with the host was great. We didn't have the right pw for the internet and had a VERY quick response with the right one! Kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. The place was very clean. All in all was a great stay!! Would highly recommend.

An incredible experience for families! The treehouse, the zip line and slide, it's incredibly accommodating with toys, a high chair, pack and play and baby gate. We truly enjoyed our stay at the treehouse overlook! It was perfectly set up for our trip with our 3 kids! They loved the zip line and the hot tub. Not to mention my 10 year old found a new love for legos. There was plenty to keep us occupied when we weren’t out on the town. Justin communicated very well with us the entire stay. The tree house is set up with so much personality and has so many levels.

Everything was so amazing from the time my family and I arrived everything was so perfect easy access to everything, loved how everything is labeled it helped my family a lot. We loved the whole trip to the Smokey mountains but especially the cabin! It just felt like home there and the Christmas decor was a great bonus! Our kids loved the treehouse, slide, and the zip line. Our 3 year old was so excited about the bunk beds and she never wanted to leave the cabin to go anywhere it was absolutely her favorite place to be. The views of the mountains here are incredible and also the stars! The cabin itself was very clean and decorated so pretty. We really really enjoyed our stay and Justin is a wonderful host. He responded immediately to any questions we had before, during, and after our stay. We are already planning our next trip here and are so sad to be leaving!

Had a great time in this cozy hidden gem. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t functional but Justin was quick to get a technician out to diagnose the issue and hope it’s repaired for the next family, as that would have been awesome!

We loved this hidden getaway in the mountains! The place is full of charm and had so many great little extras (slide, zip line, hot tub, separate game/tv space), lots of outdoor seating, great screened-in porch and a sit down, old school video game in the loft!
Everything was clean and inviting and the location is so peaceful. Justin is super communicative and friendly - there were no issues.

Treehouse overlook was a one of a kind stat! My family and I had the best time exploring Gatlinburg but also getting away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The cabin was beautiful and my kids LOVED the tree house. The location was secluded enough that we got to see tons of wildlife including a few black bears during our stay! We highly recommend this air b&b to anyone taking a trip to Gatlinburg, TN. You won't regret it.

Our stay at Treehouse Overlook was wonderful. The location is peaceful and relaxing. The cabin was clean and nicely decorated, as well as accommodating. There was plenty of cooking utensils as well as small appliances (air fryer and rice cooker). The adults enjoyed the hot tub after hiking in the Smoky Mountains National Park while the kids loved the treehouse, slide, and zip line. We will definitely keep this location in mind on our next visit to the Smokies.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful and as described. G👀gle Maps definitely brings you right to where you need to be.
Morning coffee on the porch was perfect for bear watching. We didn’t bother her and she didn’t bother us. Well, more like I took off in a panic back inside and she didn’t care at all.
A plus for the area, grocery and restaurant deliveries. We’ve stayed in a few cabins that were too far, so that was definitely a plus for us when we were too exhausted to go out.
My kids have decided this would definitely be a cabin they’d like to return too. They preferred to spend the entire trip outside on the zip line.

We stayed 3 nights at this beautiful cabin and it just wasn't enough. We will definitely be back! The cabin is so nicely decorated, and exactly how I would want my own retreat in the woods to look. The hosts provided all the information we needed before check-in, and were extremely responsive when questions arose. The cabin was spotless and had everything we needed, including extra blankets and lots of activities for the kids. We loved sitting on the swings in the porch to read and enjoying coffee in the morning, or a refreshing beverage in the evening. This cabin was perfect for our family of five! The cabin also sits in a perfect location about equidistant from both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It was easy to get to town, restaurants, and grab food and supplies from grocery stores in both locations. Thank you, Treehouse Overlook, for an amazing Smoky Mountains getaway! This cabin was absolutely beautiful and was just what we wanted. Any questions I had were answered very quickly and information and instructions were clear. Our kids loved the zip line, corn hole boards, and bunk beds. Their favorite was the tree house addition which gave them a clubhouse feel. They played darts and watched movies in there during the rainy mornings. It is a short drive from the cabin to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. There is so much to do in that area you will never be bored. The cabin is stocked with everything you would need. We cooked all our breakfast, some lunches and a dinner in the cabin. Our 6 year old daughter suffered a medical emergency during our stay and had to spend a night in the Children’s Hospital. The next morning all she could talk about was being back on vacation and back at the cabin. We absolutely loved this cabin and are already looking to plan another trip next year for longer. We made some great memories and can’t wait to come back.

We had an excellent stay in the cabin. My kids had the best time with the zipline, slide and treehouse. We also enjoyed the hot tub every night! The location is perfect. You are not surrounded by other cabins and you're just out of the way enough from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg not to feel bothered by all the crowds. Loved it!

only issue we had was a bear tore the back of the garbage container off and got in trash we contacted Justin and he had it fixed rt away.

My grandchildren had a great time with the treehouse and the slide and zipline. Only need lights in downstairs shower and a better way to figure out lights throughout the house. It was very clean and very well stocked. The most stocked cabin I have ever been in.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Treehouse Overlook. Our vacation was just the right balance of relaxing and action packed. The cabin was clean and comfortable and we were surprised at the amount of hot water available for showers for the family, dishes, and laundry. It was nice to come back to a quiet place after adventuring each day and we would definitely stay again. If you like to be able to get away from the crowds or if you want to make a vacation simply out of staying in a peaceful place, I would 10/10 recommend this one!

The cabin was very clean and even had toys and a high chair for our little one. We loved sitting in the hammocks and the kids really enjoyed axe throwing and the other games provided. We did run low on paper towels and toilet paper (family of 6). Otherwise we felt like everything was perfect!

Our kids absolutely loved all the options from the zip line to axe throwing and the retro video game table…we all had an amazing time and would highly recommend this place to stay. Also, it was extremely peaceful and relaxing and felt like we were truly up in the trees the whole time. We enjoyed every meal on the amazing screened in porch.

The place was perfect. Peaceful and relaxing with plenty to do and see. It was
Organized and clean but had everything we could have asked for. We went into town during the day. Our favorites were the coaster at goats on the roof, in gatlinburg our boys made knives with a blacksmith at the knife shop. Nights were perfect in the hot tub.
