What a neat space - so kid friendly. Our kids really loved the cabin themed bunk beds, the slide and zip line and treehouse outside, and even the old school video game console. Adults enjoyed a nice peaceful morning drinking coffee on the porch in the woods. Wonderful location for a smokies retreat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Justin was always just a message away if we needed anything. We enjoyed all of the game and activities the property had. It was beautiful and secluded but not far from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

This cabin was the perfect spot for our family of four (3 year old and almost one year old). The slide, zip line, and the games were ideal for down time on vacation. It has all the extras you could need for your stay, whether it be a pack n play, highchair, or baby gate. Its kitchen is fully stocked with things that were often missing from other airbnbs like pizza cutter, toaster, air fryer. Not to mention the cabin has a hot tub and a nice screened in porch. Everything is labeled which is also nice. There isnt quite a clear view of the mountains, but the location is perfectly center between pigeon forge, gatlinberg, and sevierville so there were plently of moutain to see. Justin responded quickly when anything was needed. If we ever return, we’d definitely rebook!

This Airbnb was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful—it felt like the perfect place to relax and unwind. The views!!! The pictures don’t do it justice. I wish all hosts were like Justin, he was was incredibly helpful and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free — he provided a guide, local recommendations and was so responsive! He was able to get the WiFi back up right away after I reached out. The atmosphere of the cabin and location was calm and relaxing, and everything was just as described (if not better!). The detailed touches throughout the cabin make it such a perfect getaway. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

This cabin was one of the best we have ever stayed in! Clean, quiet, and lots of entertainment for us and our kids. No neighbors to hear the happy scream of my kiddos (8 and 10) on the zipline, slide and fooseball tournaments. We will def be booking again.

Can't say enough good things about this place. It's very clean and inviting and has everything you need, and then some. The views are amazing, and the kids had a blast exploring. They loved the tree house and the zip line. We loved the screened in porch and looked forward to returning each night after our daily adventures. we loved this place! so many thoughtful little touches all around the property, tons of games and activities for the kids. This property was well set up and well cared for. Everything was clean and tidy with all the little stuff many Airbnb's skimp on like ziplocs, paper towels, minimal linens, etc. Justin was very responsive and we will definitely be coming back.

We stayed in July of 2025. House was perfect for our family of 5 and young children. Our kids loved hanging out and watching the big library of DVD movies in the treehouse. They practiced their darts (the darts have tip protectors on them) and foosball skills. Big variety of games on the arcade. During this time of year the trees block the mountain view from the deck but can still be seen from loft level.

Very family friendly, lots for our 3 kiddos to do and keep them busy! They were bummed that the hot tub was dirty and not working, however it was over 90 degrees and we would not have allowed them to be in it anyways! Overall great stay and we would come back again.

We loved our stay at Treehouse Overlook! There was so much to do at the cabin the kids didn’t want to leave. The cabin was very clean and had alot of attention to detail. Justin was a warm welcoming host and was able to suggest some hiking spots and was very communitive through our stay. The cabin was very open and the treehouse gave the kids some of their own space as well. The zipline was such a highlight and unique offering. The kitchen had everything you needed and even had a picnic basket! The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were large and very nicely done(it was nice not having to share with the kids). It was pretty hot during our stay, but we enjoyed the hot tub and back porch a lot. The kids loved the arcade upstairs and the views were just amazing. You can tell Justin and has family have put a ton of thought into their cabin. Wifi worked great since I did have to check-in with my work while I was gone. My kids are already begging to go back!

The perfect little cabin for our family of 4 (two adults, two kids aged 10 and 6) to explore the area for a few days! We had an amazing time. It was perfect for our family my kids loved the games and the clubhouse as well as the slide! The bunk bed was certainly a favorite as well.
It was required we give the names and ages of our children to confirm which honestly made me a bit nervous about the entire trip , however I cannot say enough good things about our stay.
It is UP in the mountains, gorgeous view! I wish I could wake up to that every morning!

My family had an excellent time relaxing and enjoying our stay at this location. The kids had a great time playing on the slide, zip line, and “treehouse”. Great place! Kids loved it. We really enjoyed it. Really loved the Christmas decor.
Only thing I was not really comfortable with was providing names and ages of my toddlers. I understand ages - but names I felt was very personal. Host said they were required to make sure everyone was who they said they were… but these were toddlers. That was the only part I was very uncomfortable about which I did voice to the host but my toddlers names were still required to confirm reservation.

We had an amazing time the scenery was gorgeous. The upstairs kids area was perfect with a game system so you can set littles up and have some one on one time watching a movie or playing games outside. My boys absolutely loved the Zipline and slide. We will definitely be looking for this place on our next Gatlinburg visit. We had such an awesome stay throughout the weekend! It rained quite a bit while we were down but we had plenty of attractions surrounding us so we were able to make plans with ease 👍 I loved how private the location was but also how close we were to all of the attractions. Coffee on the patio in the early morning hours and a nice dip in the jacuzzi was an awesome way to start the day!! We will be back again soon!

Justin's place was the perfect place for me and my girls to relax and getaway for a bit. It isn't far from the hustle and bustle, but far enough to be able to enjoy the peace and serenity of the Smoky Mountains. we could not have found a better place to stay honestly we really wanted some place that was very peaceful and very quiet and that was also in a remote location so we were able to hang out on the deck and there was no sound a traffic and honestly from the porch sitting out looking into the woods I did not even see a light or anything. I really can't think of anything at all negative to say about the cabin. I feel like the price was totally worth it. I got the peace and quiet I wanted. of course we have the kids so the peace and quiet was disturbed by our offspring sometimes ha ha. look, the place is great. we loved it. we have stayed at other cabins in that area and that cabin that Justin has was by far the best one we stayed at. go book the cabin right now

This home was clean and I felt right at home. The screened in porch was very peaceful. The beds were very comfortable and my whole group slept great. I would highly recommend.

Justin’s communication is great ! He just wants to make sure you check in and stay goes smooth ! The cabin is very cozy! We had a short but busy stay and my family most enjoyed just being back at the cabin for some quality family time ! Would definitely love to be back! We didn’t see any bears , bummer ! But I’d probably be too scared if I actually saw one anyways ! Ha ! Like my kids say 10 out of 10 !

We had the best time! Perfect location for a family vacation with a toddler. High chair and baby gate was a life saver. Location was perfect.. not too far from attractions but also peacefully hidden away. Already planning our next trip back!

We are actually only about a little over an hour from Justin’s place, but we staid for the weekend for our daughter’s ball tournament. First and foremost, the cabin was not only beautiful, but so clean. The pictures on the app/site truly don’t do justice for how pretty the place and the view is. The cabin is just far enough in the country to be peaceful, but close enough to all the action.
Justin messaged prior to the visit with all the details on how to enter along with deals, lists of restaurants close by, etc. Checking in was very easy. I had a silly question and Justin answered in a timely manner and was sure to let me know he would be available if I had any other questions.
Our kids loved the attached cabin/play house and the slide attached to the porch. There was plenty to do- family board games, hot tub, games to play outside, and so much more. Definitely recommend for family or just a private getaway. If I could give 10 stars, I definitely would.

Had a short stay here but it was amazing. My boys loved all the games in the house. The younger ones loved the slide and zip line. They all loved playing the mini arcade and all enjoyed the hot tub. This is a very peaceful place and is beautiful. Check in was easy and communication with the host was great. We didn't have the right pw for the internet and had a VERY quick response with the right one! Kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. The place was very clean. All in all was a great stay!! Would highly recommend.

We had a great post-Christmas retreat. The cabin had everything we needed. Well-stocked kitchen. Our kids loved having their own space in the treehouse. The slide and zip line were great, too. The area was quiet, but not too far away from things to do.

Everything was so amazing from the time my family and I arrived everything was so perfect easy access to everything, loved how everything is labeled it helped my family a lot. We loved the whole trip to the Smokey mountains but especially the cabin! It just felt like home there and the Christmas decor was a great bonus! Our kids loved the treehouse, slide, and the zip line. Our 3 year old was so excited about the bunk beds and she never wanted to leave the cabin to go anywhere it was absolutely her favorite place to be. The views of the mountains here are incredible and also the stars! The cabin itself was very clean and decorated so pretty. We really really enjoyed our stay and Justin is a wonderful host. He responded immediately to any questions we had before, during, and after our stay. We are already planning our next trip here and are so sad to be leaving!

We loved our stay at the Treehouse Overlook! Justin was friendly and quick to respond to any message. The cabin was very clean, comfortable, and felt like home. I really appreciated the small things like the salt and pepper, and the cooking spray. We had so much fun as a family out on the deck, in the hot tub, and playing foosball. Had a great time in this cozy hidden gem. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t functional but Justin was quick to get a technician out to diagnose the issue and hope it’s repaired for the next family, as that would have been awesome!
Private, secluded, but extremely close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge areas. Perfect for our small family getaway. Loved it.

We loved this hidden getaway in the mountains! The place is full of charm and had so many great little extras (slide, zip line, hot tub, separate game/tv space), lots of outdoor seating, great screened-in porch and a sit down, old school video game in the loft!
Everything was clean and inviting and the location is so peaceful. Justin is super communicative and friendly - there were no issues.
Highly recommended! I can’t wait to return someday.

Treehouse overlook was a one of a kind stat! My family and I had the best time exploring Gatlinburg but also getting away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The cabin was beautiful and my kids LOVED the tree house. The location was secluded enough that we got to see tons of wildlife including a few black bears during our stay! We highly recommend this air b&b to anyone taking a trip to Gatlinburg, TN. You won't regret it.

The Treehouse Overlook did not disappoint! it is a beautiful cabin with plenty for the kids to enjoy. The view is gorgeous and peaceful. We spent most days in Pigeon Forge enjoying the family-friendly attractions, but really looked forward to getting back home to this wonderful cabin each evening.

Our stay at Treehouse Overlook was wonderful. The location is peaceful and relaxing. The cabin was clean and nicely decorated, as well as accommodating. There was plenty of cooking utensils as well as small appliances (air fryer and rice cooker). The adults enjoyed the hot tub after hiking in the Smoky Mountains National Park while the kids loved the treehouse, slide, and zip line. We will definitely keep this location in mind on our next visit to the Smokies.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful and as described. G👀gle Maps definitely brings you right to where you need to be.
Morning coffee on the porch was perfect for bear watching. We didn’t bother her and she didn’t bother us. Well, more like I took off in a panic back inside and she didn’t care at all.
A plus for the area, grocery and restaurant deliveries. We’ve stayed in a few cabins that were too far, so that was definitely a plus for us when we were too exhausted to go out.
My kids have decided this would definitely be a cabin they’d like to return too. They preferred to spend the entire trip outside on the zip line.
