Just 2 miles from the main parkway, you can easily take the family to Dollywood (only a mile away!) or hop into Pigeon Forge for all the entertainment you can imagine. If you don't feel like leaving the cabin, the lower-level pool table and theater room offers hours of fun, while the outdoor deck is a great place to take in your morning coffee.

Love this cabin! The space was perfect! It was clean, and very cozy! The beds are very comfortable! Had all the things we needed to stay in and cook! We didn’t realize till we got there that Dollywood was literally the next drive way over! So that was even better! I would recommend this to all my friends and family! And Justin was very helpful and quick at communicating with any questions. And my granddaughter loved the jacuzzi tub In the master bedroom! It was very clean, and works pretty good too! Great spot close to Dollywood. My kids had fun playing pool, the arcade and watching movies in the movie theater. Didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub. Kitchen had everything we needed for the week and having two showers was nice. This was the perfect cabin for my family and my parents for a 5 day getaway at Pigeon Forge. The location cannot be beat. It feels like it is in a secluded area, yet it is only about a 10-15 minute drive to Dollywood and the rest of Pigeon Forge. We all loved the movie theater room too! We had a really great stay at this cabin! The place itself was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable — exactly what we were hoping for. The atmosphere was peaceful, and it made for a perfect getaway.
The host was extremely nice and very responsive any time we had a question, which I really appreciated. That being said, I do think the experience could be improved by providing clearer information upfront. We had trouble finding details about where the pool was, how to connect to the Wi-Fi, where the linens were located, we ran out trash bags and we weren’t aware we had get gas for the grill. It was all fine. But I felt like I had to keep reaching out to the host for basic things, which made me feel like I was bothering them — even though they were always kind and quick to help.
Overall, a great stay, and with a little more detailed information provided ahead of time (and maybe I wasn’t aware where to find the information) , it would be even better. I would definitely recommend them!- Reviewed On: 6/29/2025

Nice cabin, well appointed, and in a great location. Very close to Dollywood . In a gated community. The community pool was very nice. Was not provided with a code for the gate, frustrating ! Love the mountains
The cabin has roaches, it would have been wonderful other than the bug problem. The cabin its self was very clean, and everything worked. The pool was nice and hottub was not new but worked very well. The movie room was great and the pool table need some work. The bathroom down stair shower would let water in the floor have to be careful, the door dont lock, my family really enjoy themselves. Would rent again if bugs are gone.- Reviewed On: 2/15/2025

Perfect for a large group getaway!
We had 8 people vacationing together and this cabin was perfect!!! There was plenty of room, seating, and sleeping options for everyone. The beds were huge and surprisingly comfortable for a rental property. We all commented on how clean this cabin was when compared to others we have stayed in. Even the hot tub was sparkling clean! Fun in the mountains!

Plenty of room and close to Dollywood

Overnighter
We made a quick trip to pigeon forge Dollywood with the grandkids and wanted to spend as much time together as possible. By staying in a cabin we were together under 1 roof and enjoyed family time. Cabin size was great with all the king beds ( comfortable) and 2 and a half baths!! Great location and family friendly
We were only able to stay a short time but we were very happy with this vacation rental. It had plenty of room for our family including our 8 month old. The property included a baby gate and a high chair which was really nice so we didn't have to bring that along. Everything was nice and clean. Hot Tub is always a plus! We did not use the pool but we did go check it out and it was a very nice area. Checking in was easy. We were able to go into the resort with the gate code without any issues along with the cabin keyless entry. Parking at the cabin was small but we were able to fit 2 SUVs and a truck. As far as the location you will not be disappointed! You are maybe 5mins from Dollywood/Splash Country. That was a big plus for us after we spent all day 1 day at Dollywood and was only a short ride back home. It's also just a short ride to the Islands and other fun attractions and restaurants. Contact with the property manager was great. They were very helpful if we had questions and were quick to message us back if we needed anything. Overall we were very happy with the property and the location and will hopefully be coming back in the future.- Reviewed On: 4/1/2024

Justin was very responsive and helpful. At the last minute I inquired about arriving a day early and he responded immediately. The cabin was exactly as described and everything was clean and comfortable. This is our second year staying at a cabin hosted by Justin and still our expectations were exceeded! It’s so hard to find airbnbs that are safe for little kids but both times I’ve felt totally comfortable with my kids there! Fall Rod Run
We came up for the Fall Rod Run show. The cabin was amazing. I would suggest making the bathrooms larger & updating the cabinets both bath & kitchen. Bathrooms were very tiny. And the master bath if not careful the curtain didn't stay inside & would run on the floor & down the air vent. Really would recommend at least a hotel towel rug for the shower. (that's why the 4 star on online listing doesn't show bathrooms very well) That is my only complaint about the cabin. Parking is very tight but we made it work & the owner accommodated us for parking for a trailer. We did see a bear right outside the cabin! The whole party (7 of us) loved the cabin. Overall, my stay was amazing. Justin was very responsive very detailed. His place was very much like home. I enjoy cooking and he had just everything I needed. I think he should add a can opener 😅. We loved our stay at Justin's cabin. We had two small families and the kiddos loved the movie theater, pool, and proximity to Dollywood! Note, the pool can get a little stuffy/hot in the summer but the pool felt great. Also there is only 1 bath towel per person so expect to do a load of laundry if you are there more than 1 day. Short vacation
