it was perfect for our family of 8.Bear walked up between cabins on first evening there.we could see fireworks fron above the tree line fron Dollywood every night.its very convenient to Dollywood and pigeon forge.

Great spot close to Dollywood. My kids had fun playing pool, the arcade and watching movies in the movie theater. Didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub. Kitchen had everything we needed for the week and having two showers was nice. Justin was always quick to respond and the guidebook and instructions were clear and easy to follow.

This was the perfect cabin for my family and my parents for a 5 day getaway at Pigeon Forge. The location cannot be beat. It feels like it is in a secluded area, yet it is only about a 10-15 minute drive to Dollywood and the rest of Pigeon Forge. We all loved the movie theater room too! Justin as a host, was quick to respond to any questions I had and communicated clear instructions for checkin, during the stay, and for checkout.

We had a really great stay at this cabin! The place itself was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable — exactly what we were hoping for. The atmosphere was peaceful, and it made for a perfect getaway.
The host was extremely nice and very responsive any time we had a question, which I really appreciated. That being said, I do think the experience could be improved by providing clearer information upfront. We had trouble finding details about where the pool was, how to connect to the Wi-Fi, where the linens were located, we ran out trash bags and we weren’t aware we had get gas for the grill. It was all fine. But I felt like I had to keep reaching out to the host for basic things, which made me feel like I was bothering them — even though they were always kind and quick to help.
Overall, a great stay, and with a little more detailed information provided ahead of time (and maybe I wasn’t aware where to find the information) , it would be even better. I would definitely recommend them!

Spent a week here as a birthday celebration with friends - amazing stay! The cabin itself was clean and comfortable with lots of amenities. Any questions we had, Justin was quick to respond and always pleasant to talk to. Highly recommend!

Nice cabin, well appointed, and in a great location. Very close to Dollywood . In a gated community. The community pool was very nice. Was not provided with a code for the gate, frustrating ! The door requires a 10 digit code to enter and leave, did not understand that! I did a survey of all my family and it was 100% a great place!

Justin’s cabin had everything we wanted! We loved the close proximity to Dollywood and Sevierville. We were able to get in and out of the parks extremely fast each day!

We took our kids, their spouses and the grand kids. Everyone loved it! Adult kids loved the hot tub and pool table. Grand babies love the rocking chairs and theater! And you are at Dollywood’s back door :)

The cabin has roaches, it would have been wonderful other than the bug problem. The cabin its self was very clean, and everything worked. The pool was nice and hottub was not new but worked very well. The movie room was great and the pool table need some work. The bathroom down stair shower would let water in the floor have to be careful, the door dont lock, my family really enjoy themselves. Would rent again if bugs are gone.

This cabin was very beautiful, we really enjoyed our stay.
The internet on all TVs worked perfectly, but for some reason we couldn’t connect to the internet with our devices. Despite all attempts to reset the router. Overall our stay was really good and Justin was very responsive and very helpful we will definitely be back in the near future.

We had 8 people vacationing together and this cabin was perfect!!! There was plenty of room, seating, and sleeping options for everyone. The beds were huge and surprisingly comfortable for a rental property. We all commented on how clean this cabin was when compared to others we have stayed in. Even the hot tub was sparkling clean! The property manager was very communicative and helpful with everything. Overall, 10/10 experience and would definitely come back!

We made a quick trip to pigeon forge Dollywood with the grandkids and wanted to spend as much time together as possible. By staying in a cabin we were together under 1 roof and enjoyed family time. Cabin size was great with all the king beds ( comfortable) and 2 and a half baths!! It was great and we look forward to a longer stay next time.one night was great several would be greater!!

Nice entertainment area for those wanting to stay in. The ideal location for those wanting to visit Dollywood!

We were only able to stay a short time but we were very happy with this vacation rental. It had plenty of room for our family including our 8 month old. The property included a baby gate and a high chair which was really nice so we didn't have to bring that along. Everything was nice and clean. Hot Tub is always a plus! We did not use the pool but we did go check it out and it was a very nice area. Checking in was easy. We were able to go into the resort with the gate code without any issues along with the cabin keyless entry. Parking at the cabin was small but we were able to fit 2 SUVs and a truck. As far as the location you will not be disappointed! You are maybe 5mins from Dollywood/Splash Country. That was a big plus for us after we spent all day 1 day at Dollywood and was only a short ride back home. It's also just a short ride to the Islands and other fun attractions and restaurants. Contact with the property manager was great. They were very helpful if we had questions and were quick to message us back if we needed anything. Overall we were very happy with the property and the location and will hopefully be coming back in the future.

Perfect location! So many places give a large list of things to do before checking out and the requests for this cabin were so minimal. The location was so close to Dollywood. Movie theater and centrally located pool table were a bonus too!

This is our second year staying at a cabin hosted by Justin and still our expectations were exceeded! It’s so hard to find airbnbs that are safe for little kids but both times I’ve felt totally comfortable with my kids there! They have tons of kids stuff like plastic plates, high chair, baby gate, and pack and play. The home was amazing and so clean and well organized!

We came up for the Fall Rod Run show. The cabin was amazing. I would suggest making the bathrooms larger & updating the cabinets both bath & kitchen. Bathrooms were very tiny. And the master bath if not careful the curtain didn't stay inside & would run on the floor & down the air vent. Really would recommend at least a hotel towel rug for the shower. (that's why the 4 star on online listing doesn't show bathrooms very well) That is my only complaint about the cabin. Parking is very tight but we made it work & the owner accommodated us for parking for a trailer. We did see a bear right outside the cabin! The whole party (7 of us) loved the cabin. We will probably stay again.

Overall, my stay was amazing. Justin was very responsive very detailed. His place was very much like home. I enjoy cooking and he had just everything I needed. I think he should add a can opener 😅. The different accents he had with me the kitchen and the living room, very nice. Distance was close too pretty much everything. Definitely a memorable stay.

We loved our stay at Justin's cabin. We had two small families and the kiddos loved the movie theater, pool, and proximity to Dollywood! Note, the pool can get a little stuffy/hot in the summer but the pool felt great. Also there is only 1 bath towel per person so expect to do a load of laundry if you are there more than 1 day. We really appreciated the highchair and kid plates and bowls. Great stay overall.

The cabin was perfect for our family of 9 and we loved all the amenities. We were able to bond over playing pool, watching movies together, and relaxing as a family. There is so much to do and see nearby, I just wish we would of stayed longer.

No major complaints. Good location for Dollywood. Getting in back way was a bonus. House a little dated but overall clean and comfortable. Only negative was hot tub was not very hot. Tried to change temp. Unable. May be just me though.

Great quick getaway. wished I had scheduled a week instead 🙂 the house is located on a steep hill so parking was a bit tricky but overall a great space for the family to enjoy together. Enjoyed pool and the arcade game was a blast!

Very beautiful house! The house provided not only a friendly home feel but also peaceful and fun filled stay for our family. It has all amenities listed . Lots of board games and entertainment things around the house to keep you occupied. The hot tub is nice . The grill is clean and you will get all things needed for grill. I will highly recommend this place to for family and friends group.

The cabin is beautiful and the decor is absolutely perfect for a log cabin! My woodworking son was amazed at the special pieces. There’s lots to do from the theater/game room to the hot tub and indoor pool. And it’s 5 minutes to Dollywood!

Jugar con los pequeños, ver películas, compartir la mesa a la hora de la comida; charlas, risas jugando en la mesa de billar, cercano a todo... tener un espacio bonito, íntimo y personal para compartir y también descansar es necesario para unas vacaciones increíbles. Definitivamente recomendamos la cabaña de Justin por todo lo dicho y porque como anfitrión es simplemente genial. La comunicación, información y disposición fue excelente. The cabin was perfect for our group of two families traveling together. Enough space for everyone! Beds were comfortable and the hot tub was very nice. Really enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs in the morning with a cup of coffee and listening to the birds. It is in a great location! Quiet neighborhood yet not far from Pigeon Forge and all the fun attractions! We really enjoyed are stay here!

We stayed one night to take the kids to the water park.. Location was perfect. Owner has great, quick communication. Very spacious and Beautifully decorated. Would stay there again.

We had a very comfortable stay at the cabin. The kids absolutely loved the movie theater and indoor pool. The location is very close to tons of attractions and the cabin had ample space for our needs (two families coming together for a long weekend).
Justin was very responsive anytime I had questions. He was also very detailed and timely with instructions/information. He made our stay stress-free and enjoyable.
