Great little cabin for our smokey mountain vacation. Loved our time there and would definitely go back!

We had a great time at Shane’s place! We saw LOTS of bears, one even came onto the porch while we were drinking our morning coffee in the back! Talk about a jump start to your day! If there could have been anything that was improved it would be the cleanliness. It is in the woods so we expected some evidence of bugs and nature. However, there was trash under the beds, some dust bunnies, etc. Nothing to make us feel like we couldn’t relax there though! Shane was a great host and very responsive to any questions I had.

We (2 families) had a great time. A bear also visited the cabin! Nice comfortable place to chill & stay. Host was exceptional with his communications. Great place!

Cabin was perfect for our family. Close to Pigeon Forge but many interesting stores and restaurants near cabin. You will for sure see bears. Excellent beds with very nice bath fixtures. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

An Absolutely Wonderful Stay! Highly Recommended!
Our stay at Shane's place was truly exceptional, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, Shane was an attentive and thoughtful host, making us feel welcome and comfortable every step of the way.
Shane was prompt, clear, and incredibly helpful in all our interactions, from booking to check-out and also provided detailed local tips and travel info which made everything smooth.
The cabin itself was clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. It was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. We enjoyed the game room area and the large deck. Having coffee in the mornings on the quiet deck was very relaxing.
The location was perfect for our needs and we felt very safe.
We highly recommend Shane as an Airbnb host and would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to the Gatlinburg area. Thank you for a relaxing experience!

This cabin is just what our family of 4 needed to top off a Smoky Mountain vacation! It was well equipped and had everything for cooking meals and relaxing together. Bear visits were icing on the cake! We definitely recommend Shane’s place.

Shane and Justine e good hosts. The only concern is the Air BNB cleaning crew did a poor job preparing out space particularly on the bottom floor. We didn’t have cleaning bedding or linens as well we didn’t have toilet paper. That said, it was resolved same day! Hats off to fixing the situation and allowing us to enjoy the rest of our stay!

Shane was very responsive during the stay and even before with any change I needed to make. The cabin was perfect for our family of 7 and the kids loved the downstairs room. It was peaceful even with some cabins nearby. We will for sure stay again.

We loved this cabin. The location was private and it had everything we needed. The kids loved the games downstairs and we loved the hot tub at night. It was perfect for our little family's spring break vacation!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Shane’s space was spacious even with six adults. The view is spectacular and the pool table was a hit for us! It is up there in the mountains, but it isn’t too bad.

We loved our stay! Everything matched the description and pictures. We loved the privacy and peaceful area. There was plenty to do in the area and the cabin provided a great escape from the city below. Very kid friendly amenities such as pack and play, dish ware, and high chair. We even got to see one baby bear cub. Overall wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone. One thing to note is the drive up to the cabin is steep and driveway is a little uneven due to the mountain side. Definitely doable with an suv or truck, would be cautious with a car.

Our stay at the cabin was very nice. The cabin was clean and was located in a very nice area we liked it was close to a local shopping area for convenience. The views were also very nice and we also had bears that came to the area daily.

Bears, bears and more bears! If you love being surrounded by nature but still want to be close to all the conveniences of the city then this is the place to be. From the balcony we saw 5 cubs and their momma numerous times during our short stay! The cabin was beautifully furnished and had an amazing hot tub, pool table and it even had a video arcade game for our family to enjoy. What most cabins don’t have is a high chair and a play pen already there to make traveling with a baby a breeze. The owners seem to have taken the time to provide every necessity. Finally, the shower in the master bath had great water pressure and never lacked for hot water which not all cabins can promise. Many cabins we have stayed at in the past lacked both, but not this one. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a great experience in the Smokies!!!

This cabin was perfect size for our family of 4. The kids enjoyed having the basement area to themselves. Lots of bear activity in the area so be sure to bring in food and lock your vehicle.

Very nice, clean place! 20-30 min from main attractions. Local area was lovely. A lot of bears in the area which was nice to see once or twice but daily on the porch. When you have kiddos we couldn’t stay outside.

Easy checkin. Had lots of extra bedding which is always great when traveling with kids. Very clean and comfortable. Getting to the house wasn’t difficult as we have had issues in the past with different Airbnb rentals in the area. Would stay again.

We loved the cabin, everything was clean and in good condition, quick and easy check in, excellent communication with the owner. A very cozy place to vacation, very quiet, excellent weather and in a good location if you want to go to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. I would recommend the cabin to anyone and we would also repeat the trip again. We wanted to have the opportunity to see a bear with cubs and God rewarded us, we saw one with 5 cubs right in front of the cabin. So our vacation was a success. Thank God that he made us choose this place. Once again, I would recommend it. Thank you.

Nice place. Quiet area

This property was perfect for my family! We just had a baby and wanted to get out of the house to a quiet pretty spot but also wanted some things to do for my older child. The house had great amenities - we loved the PAC Man machine, pool table and hot tub! Location was great - not too far from everything we did. House was clean and it was easy to access. Shane and his assistant were very helpful and so kind.

My husband and I spent the week here with our son, daughter in law and our 2 young grandkids. we were all very comfortable and had plenty of space. the deck was a wonderful place to sit early mornings and listen to the quiet.
We did have bears visit us 2 different days. The last day a mama bear and her 5 cubs were on the porch. mama went in my sons sunroof (which he left open) and took a bag of gold fish. the kids thought that was the best thing ever. we watched the show from our front window. I would highly recommend this cabin.
