It is a perfect location by the national park and pigeon ford. Definitely will be back and stay again at this location. Family of 4 with 1 year old and 4 year old. We had so much fun and had everything we needed. Four nights apart of a ten day road trip. Perfect for us! The host was so nice and responsive. Thank you!

A great cabin on a moderately busy road. Just a note, the gravel drive is literally right on the road. Love being in the arts district, many great little shops and coffee houses. One note, if you’re going to Pigeon Forge (Dollywood, etc.) or Sevierville, you’ll be driving through curvy mountain roads. We did so multiple times. But overall a wonderful experience and the host was VERY responsive!!

As a whole the cabin was great. We lost power the last night during a thunderstorm but the emergency lighting worked great. Only thing we found was it could be a bit treacherous pulling out of the parking area.

I liked the very little creek running through the back yard a lot and and the secluded fire pit. The only issue we had was getting sheets for the pullout bed for our child to sleep on.

We just loved everything about this place, so clean and comfortable- everything to cook with and generous with towels, washing tabs, cooking oil etc. beautiful setting. We wanted to stay forever!

Justin was absolutely amazing! His instructions were clear. His suggestions were spot on. We had an amazing week staying at the cabin. The cabin felt welcoming, the little reminders around the house were very helpful. Justin’s communication response was very quick. We had a small issue that was completely out of the owners control, but once he was aware of the issue it was fixed very quickly. We definitely would love to rebook with him.

Great Stay with my Son and his friends. Justin is very responsive. Cabin is located in a great location made a perfect spot to hike in the park and enjoy great shopping and restaurants. Cabin perfect for small group getaway.

Everything was very accessible and very good place to stay, my only complain I have is that the next time leave extra blankets out for your patrons. Very worth the trip. Close towards town. You wont go wrong with this cabin. I would definitely rent again!

We had a wonderful stay during our time here. The location was very close to downtown as well as some cool local restaurants and shops. The cabin itself was well maintained, and clean upon our arrival. It was the perfect size for the two of us. Justin was great with communicating with us both before and after our stay. We will definitely consider coming back in the future!

We had a good stay at Justin’s place. Kitchen has everything we needed. I would just recommend to put full size toiletries instead of starter kit and may be few more blankets/comforters. The location was great if you are planning to explore town. Beautiful views while driving to the town.

The cottage was the perfect location for our stay. We love the peaceful arts and crafts district. The cabin was close to Gatlinburg, convenient to shopping, restaurants, and Dollywood was not far away. We completely avoided all the traffic of the strip while enjoying the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains.
The cabin was clean and cozy. The decor is a little dated but it is charming in this setting. We enjoyed the mini ping pong table.
Justin was very welcoming. He checked in to make sure that we had everything that we needed and responded immediately to questions. We hope to return next year.

Justin was always very helpful and responsive with any questions I had. The cabin was just as described and it was found to be clean and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. The couches were not the most comfortable but we were still able to relax. There were extra pillows/blanket for the bedrooms. Our trip was to visit family but if you are there to do the tourist thing, the cabin is a short drive to attractions in downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. There are small craft shops along the road of the cabin and a grocery store is close by. The roads getting to the cabin and in the area are pretty curvy and winding. The road in front of the cabin does have quite a bit of traffic but the backyard offers some seclusion. Aside from the curvy roads, our stay at the cabin was satisfactory and positive.

The house was small and beautiful. Just what I was looking for. The home was very clean, the beds were comfortable we didn’t try the fireplace. There was everything you would need in the kitchen. I did take my crock pot so we could make meals while away. Thank you for great communication!

Our family are Florida transplants since 2017, and we needed a re-set. The Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge areas were perfect, especially this time of year with the changing of the leaves. But, for the property review. Perfect little home set not far outside Gatlinburg. We loved the place, our kids played for hours in the back of the property. My wife collected leaves from the area. I have nothing bad to say about the place or the communication with the property management. We will be back next year & hopefully to stay in the same spot, but longer this time.

This was our second time staying at this home. It’s conveniently located near everything and has just about everything you need. Our kids love having the yard to run around and use the swing.

Justin was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. The cabin was beautiful, comfortable, and decorated very cute. We enjoyed using the grill and the beautiful back yard. The cabin is in a great location, close to the things we wanted to see. Everything was very clean where it mattered most. The water pressure and temperature was great, and it was really nice to have the highchair and dishes for our little one.

This cottage was perfect for my wife and I. Upon arrival, we noticed one bed was not made and trash in a couple of receptacles. Other than that, the place was immaculate. We had a few guests one night and were able to cook a nice meal for the whole group. Unfortunately our stay was scheduled just after a hurricane, but there was still access to just about anything in the area. There is so much to do here, so we will definitely be back. I highly recommend this cottage to a family of 4 or less.

We really enjoyed our stay here. I was shocked when I seen a high chair available bc I was just telling my husband we forgot ours. We loved playing pool and even tried some ping pong. The only thing that was disappointing was the jacuzzi didn’t work. The owner offered to send someone out during our stay which was nice but not necessary. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful cottage. We hope to be back soon!

Out of the congestion of downtown Gatlinburg but just a short drive away. Very cozy, clean place in the 'art' district. Enjoyed it all around, and reasonably priced.

This cabin was perfect for our Gatlinburg vacation - family of 3! There was so much to do in every direction, dining, grocery and main strip! Also went on a day trip to Clingmans Dome and Newfound Gap. We also went to Pigeon Forge for the Titanic! I would definitely stay here again!

Super cute cabin. It's in the arts and crafts area which is outside of downtown so much quieter and easier to get to. You never know what the situation will be like when renting a cabin in Gatlinburg - there is always the fear of a super steep driveway or terrible parking etc. This cabin is right on the road so no ruts or steepness to deal with. We arrived after a big rain so I was so grateful for that as a lot of driveways were washed out onto the roads. Flat parking right in front of the cabin. Place was well kept and clean and a short drive to all the attractions. Owner was easy to reach and very friendly. We'll be back!

We had a good relaxing stay at Justin's cabin, it was well equipped and had everything for a family of 4. It rained a lot during our stay and we loved the mini pool table, while waiting for the storm to ride out. Couple of things to note, the house itself faces the main road (its not evident from pictures), and if you're plannig to cook a lot like we did, there is no exhaust fan and we triggered the fire alarm few times. Mobile phone signal is almost non-existent but the Wifi is pretty strong. we did not have any issues with the lock and it was seamless. Keeping these minor things aside, we definitely loved the location and would not mind booking again whenever we are in the area. Justin is super responsive host and answers all Qs promptly.

Justins place was veey nice. Ge decribed it perfectly. All pics match up. He is very responsive,and will always periodically check in on you to make sure all is well. Tvs are very easy to use its inna great location not downtown in the hustle,and bustle. Nothing i would chage. House is cute,and stays comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Everything about the home was spot on. The area was great. The response time from our host was quick. We had one issue, very small, Justin was on top of it very quickly. The cleanliness of the house was beautiful, every inch of the house was spotless. As soon as you unlocked the door the smell of cleanliness hit you in your face. If I could give more than five stars I would give 100. If we ever go back we would surely stay there.

We had a great experience renting this cottage, close to all the attractions, but far enough from Gatlenburg and all the crowds, we felt right at home in the back yard around the fire as we were secluded from any neighbors. It had all we needed there for preparing a meal. Was very clean would definitely rent again.

Justin communicates very well and ensured the booking process from beginning to end was seamless. His cabin is right in the heart of the Great Smoky Arts and Crafts District. The big back yard is a nice size to engage in fun family activities such as making s'mores (there is a fire pit) and barbecuing (there’s a grill). Plus there’s a little stream that runs through it! The cabin was clean upon arrival and enough space for a family of four. Overall, my family had a wonderful stay at the cabin. Thank you!

Love this cabin! It was perfect for us. Very close to Rocky Top Sports Complex where our daughter played in a basketball tournament. Kitchen was well-equipped, beds were comfortable, living area was open and fostered togetherness, private, felt safe. Walking distance to some interesting-looking shops. Great back yard and fire pit. Wish the weather had allowed us to enjoy it….

This place is literally a little jewel! It is out of the hustle and bustle of the main strip of Gatlinburg, but just the right distance from anything you would want to do! The backyard is so nice to let the kids run off is energy after the drive! We actually had some snow and the kids had the best time playing in the backyard! Super clean, kids loved the gaming table! Kitchen had everything you would need to cook a full meal! We loved that it wasn't 20 minutes up a mountain and you could be anywhere in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge in no time! Owner answered within minutes every time! Book it! You won't be disappointed!!!

We enjoyed the stay at the cabin. Justin was so nice and very responsive. Beds were comfortable, showers were hot and had great pressure. Plenty of closet space and the washer and dryer were a nice amenity. It is close to the road, but it isn't a terribly busy road. The decor is a little dated, but it does make you feel at home.

Justin was a great host. He was very responsive and gave great recommendations.
The house was designed perfectly. It was like a museum of cool little things.
Plenty of space to hang out outside, or just chill inside and watch tv.
Downtown Gatlinburg is only about 10 minutes away and it’s really cool. However it is super crowded. Took me about 30 minutes to get through the 2-3 miles.
If you plan on hitting any trails, I would take the bye pass. Great pulls off for beautiful views.

We loved our stay the cabin was cozy and clean. Loved how close it was to all the activities. I will stay there again the only thing I did not like but was not a big problem for me was the bathrooms did not have a way to lock them. Main bathroom needs a curtain. The one problem I did have was the sofa sleeper we could not use it because it was dirty and stained . Could not ask for a better host e

All the furniture was in great condition. Furnishings were fine. Loved the fact that we didn’t have to drive up a steep narrow road to get there. Bed sheets were great. Would stay here again.

This is a great place to stay. You are right in the heart of the arts and crafts community, so if you love that thing and love to shop, you will be right at home. This was a sports showcase weekend for us. We were a short 4 minute drive to our destination at Rocky Top Sports World. Internet was down and our cell phones didn’t have any data service. Thought we’d struggle without being able to watch FIFA games. Wound up having good conversation instead…totally unplugged! Ha

We really enjoyed our stay here. We liked that it was out of the busy area, but close enough that it was no problem to get downtown. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, and there's a grocery store close by. 2 adults and 4 younger children stayed comfortably.

This was the perfect location for tons of things to do with our family. Justin was very helpful with tips for things to do plus he sent a link for tons of discounts on attractions. He responded really quickly to us when we had questions. The cabin itself was very clean and had everything we needed plus more! We were very pleased with the cottage. It was larger than it appeared on-line. It was very clean and had met all our needs. Separate bed and bath for each. Very comfortable sofa and TV room, separate dining area. Equiped with the soap for dishwasher, and happy to have some coffee available. We will definately stay here again when we come back to the Great Smokey Mountains. Oh and we were so happy that we were out of the hussle and bussle of Gatlinburg in a very short drive out of Gatlinburg to a private quiet beautiful area. 5 star!! And great hosts!!

Great place near Gatlinburg (which I enjoyed walking around way more than pigeon forge). Justin is extremely responsive and had tons of suggestions for hikes, places to go, things to do, etc.

We had a great experience renting this cottage, close to all the attractions, but far enough from Gatlenburg and all the crowds, we felt right at home in the back yard around the fire as we were secluded from any neighbors. It had all we needed there for preparing a meal. Was very clean would definitely rent again.

Our stay there was great. I was traveling with some elderly relatives and thought we might need a little more time to checkout by 10am. Unfortunately Justin wasn’t flexible at all and unable to accommodate us..aside from that, all went well.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Comfortable and quaint, this cabin gives you a mountain feel just a mile or two outside of downtown gatlinburg. Everything was clean and we even had a highchair available for our toddler which was a huge plus. Would recommend!

Cottage was very nice and clean. Owner communicated well and provided info on local attractions and activities. Location was convenient to get to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Backyard was great for relaxing. Game table and cornhole boards were nice amenities to fill free time at cottage. Would definitely recommend.

This cottage was great for us. The description of the place is very accurate. You will find everything what is listed in the cottage description.
