Windy Oaks Condo

Highly recommend, this was a beautiful apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Felt just like home, the view is beautiful. Right in the center of all activities and restaurants. We will come to this place on our next visit to Tennessee.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. It's a great place at a great price. We are a family of five, and need to be careful with our budget. This condo was perfect for us. It had plenty of space for all of us to be very comfortable. The view from the balcony is outstanding, and we could all sit out there together and enjoy the sights. We did even see a bear one night, which was exciting for us (since we were safe up on the balcony)!
The pool is nice (not huge, but not crowded when we were there) and seems to be well maintained (I saw someone cleaning it each morning we were there).
It's close to many attractions in Gatlinburg. You could walk, though be prepared for some very steep hills.
While a couple parts of the condo are a bit older (appliances, etc.), the price charged reflects that and didn't interfere with our enjoyment.
Overall, I'd give this place a 4.5/5. Our family really enjoyed our time here, and we would definitely look to stay here again!. Thanks!

We had a great stay here: two words of advice for future travelers.
1 Expect a Washing machine but no dryer.
2- And expect the owners to request drivers license and names and ages of travelers-
Also Airbnb’s rules state that if this information is necessary, it should be noted on the listing. It was not on the listing when we stayed so kind of caught off guard by it.

Cozy little condo. Easy walk downtown if you don’t mind walking up a hill on the way back. If not it’s a very short drive. I would stay here again for sure.

I’ve stayed in a couple different “condos” throughout out my adventures exploring the country. This was by far the Cleanest one I’ve been in. The Parking was Amazing. I never questioned my safety. Everything that was advertised was available. Justin was quick to answer any questions I had throughout the stay. Sadly we didn’t get to see any of the bears that were advertised. Hahaha! The Fantastic accommodations definitely were the icing on the cake. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility to families or just a couple good friends looking to recharge from a hectic life schedule.

I left a lot of 5 stars, which is not common, but this was an excellent place for Christmas week. Good space for 4 adults. Amazing access to Gatlinburg (right behind Anakeesta.) You still have to drive a little to get down the mountain intontown but the view at night was spectacular looking directly at Skylift, Skybridge and over Gatlinburg. Shane was very quick to answer questions at a late hour (I didn't expect it until the next day.) Great suggestions and tips. I will look to Shane for staying in this area from now on.

The condo was exactly as described, the bunk bed room was great for our kids. Location was close to downtown and parking at the condo was easy and convenient. The host was quick to respond when I had questions and helped make our stay great.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway!! Host’s made finding the condo very easy and the location is perfect. The condo was clean and in great condition. Plenty of space for everyone and a great view from the balcony! Host’s were very attentive with directions and also offered great recommendations for things to do! The building includes some local tenants and also other renters but all were friendly! Would definitely recommend! :)

Great stay for myself and 4 kids! Had all we needed. Clean, cool, comfortable ! Would be good to know that washer/dryer combo only does small loads. Also, it is walkable to main street we did it every day and saved parking costs, BUT the hill up to condo is killer, then two flights of steps. Enjoyed our stay. Thank you!!

Extremely reasonable and family friendly. Shane and Justin were very responsive and helpful throughout, even gave a quick guide to the area.
We were out and about for most of the time, but enjoyed the beautiful scenery off the porch during downtime. The rooms were just right for our family of 6 (2 adults/4 kids). Would recommend for your stay in Gatlinburg.

We absoutely enjoyed our stay at Shane’s place. The beds were comfortable, restrooms were clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to make home cooked meals, overall location was a reasonable walking distance to the main road where everything is located. The price you pay is unbeatable. If we go back to Gatlinburg we will be staying here again. I should also add that Shane was very responsive to any question I had.

Love the fact I can see the SkyBridge from the patio! Super amazing view! Great walking distance to all the activities and restaurants! The best part of it all was the small family of bears eating!

We had a great time in the Gatlinburg area and this location was a quick walk into town. We enjoyed the pool in the afternoon and condo was perfect for our group. Justin was great to work with and checked in with us after our first night to ensure all was well. We would stay here again if we travel back to this area.

This is such an amazing condo! It was very clean and cozy. Justin was very responsive and really nice. It is located in a very nice area. Close to Rainbow falls! and to downtown. In fact, you can even walk to downtown if you wish. My kids swam in the pool everyday. I like how private it was and very clean as well. If you ask my husband, the highlight of this trip for him was when we saw a dozen bears all through out the park and also met the condo's resident bear. We will definitely come back to this place.

This condo was the perfect stay! Just minutes walk-distance from Gatlinburgs main street, and a quick drive to the mountains. Justin's place can easily host and accommodate its listed amount of people, and offer a great terrace with an even better view. Justin's place really inspires me to return to the Smokies!
