Really peaceful place. Hot tub is a nice bonus. There are really friendly ducks. We were even lucky enough to see a bear wondering though the pond in the community!!

The cabin was beautiful, and in a good neighborhood. The only negative comments i would even say. Is the kitchen light was blowed, which we found a lantern light and used it. No biggy at all. The hot tub had some jets that kept coming out and floating. But, wasnt an issue at all. The hottub drained half out the first night. We addressed and filled back up. No problems after that. The beds was so comfortable and so was the pillows. The bonus was seeing the bears at the cabin. The girls and I had a great time! Thanks so much!

Nice quiet place near the Smoky Mountains National Park. Just a few minutes away from the Roaring Fork Motor Trail where we saw three cubs and mama bear!

This was a perfect rental to take my family of 6. It felt secluded but close to all the excitement of Gatlinburg. There was plenty of space inside for everyone to have quiet time when needed. I took off a few stars because the couch bed was dirty when we tried to use it, but otherwise it was a perfect place and I would most definitely stay here again.

Easy, convenient location. Kids loved the bunk beds and the game systems. Had everything we needed in the cabin for a relaxing week! One note, there are only 3 chairs at the table. Something to keep in mind if planning to eat meals there.

Absolutely loved the property! It was super clean and the check in process was easy. Property owner was really nice and communicated very well prior to check in. Only issue I had was couldnt get the fireplace to work, but wasn't a big issue. I would definitely stay here again!!

Plenty of space for a family of 4. We enjoyed the multicade Video Arcade game. Peaceful with beautiful surroundings. Bears are active in the area so pay attention. It was very convenient to Gatlinburg which we loved! Less traffic than staying in Pigeon Forge or Sevierville. We would definitely stay in this cabin again.

Justin was very kind, his instructions were very clear so it was quite easy to check in, the cabin was beautiful, just like in the photos, a very quiet and quite cozy place. We really liked the pool and we enjoyed the Jacuzzi. Everything was very tidy and within reach. There are gas stations and places to buy food nearby.

Great location. It’s not far off the main road. Perfect for a family. Swimming pool is close by for easy access. Pond across from cabin had ducks, geese and squirrels to entertain you in the balcony.

Justin was amazing with his responses and willingness to help. The maintenance staff on site was also friendly and noticed my kids looking at the fish in the pond, pulled over and provided foods and info on the fish stocked. We felt safe and comfortable the entire stay. Only small issue was the jets on the hot tub were a little hard to figure out but as usual, just let the 11 year old show up the 40 year olds and we were back on track! I would recommend access to more trash bags as we only had two for the kitchen so being a family that doesn’t eat out, once we used the first one and realized we only had one more, that was difficult. Also availability or access to toilet paper beyond what was there during check in would be appreciated but we grabbed a couple rolls to use and leave for the next person. Otherwise everything was 100% amazing.

Property was great. Clean, location, hot tub, pool was close. Property was very well groomed. Only downfall was the air conditioner. T went out the day we checked in. It turned out the compressor burnt up. They cannot be replaced in a day, hard to get. Justin was right on and kept me informed of what was going on. Unfortunately, they didn’t make it before we left. We opened the windows and ran fans and it wasn’t too hot. Still slept well. As I said Justin was very active to get it fixed.

When we walked in it was so clean!! Smelled clean!! Very pretty and spacious. Had everything you need in kitchen and bathrooms. Hot tub very comfortable and CLEAN! Scenery was outstanding. My family of 4 had a great time !! The Yeti Lodge was well maintained and well stock with needed items. If was very easy to navigate to and from town whether going to Gatlinburg or into Pigeon Forge. It's very quiet and peaceful despite being located by the entrance to the community. The community pool was very nice and had a great range of hours. My family really enjoyed the arcade games, feeding the ducks/fish in the pond right across from the cabin, and sitting outside on the deck at night listening to the cicadas. Overall I would absolutely recommend the Yeti Lodge to someone looking for a nice quiet place to stay.

We decided to stay the week of the 4th of July in Gatlinburg with family and found this cabin rental through VRBO. The place was the perfect size for our group and the host was ridiculously accommodating. The cabin had it all! A jacuzzi, grill, kitchen, laundry, enough beds for all, great location and an amazing host. They even had arcade games in the cabin and a duck pond across the street! The host sent coupons, fun activity ideas and other charming notes. We highly recommend! it felt like we were staying at a friend cabin. 5 stars!

We loved the cabin, it was perfect for the 4 of us and just outside of town. The view was amazing and the check in process couldn't have been easier. We would definitely stay there again.

This cabin was great. The location was perfect just off the main road far enough to be secluded and also not be a long trip to town. The arcade consoles were a big hit the kids loved them and the hot tub. The included baby gate was nice which allowed us to make sure our 2 year old couldn't wonder down the stairs at night while we were asleep. It was a great trip and and a great place to stay. You won't be disappointed booking this cabin.

I went with some friends and the communication with management was fantastic. They emailed us and checked in ahead of time. Once there they checked in on us. We had a minor issue which they corrected immediately but nothing that made any inconvenience for us. Definitely would go back

This cabin was exactly as advertised. Everything was clean, neighborhood was great, and the location was close to downtown but far enough that you still feel like “you’re in the mountains”. Communication from the owner was great! Can’t recommend this place enough.

Wow!!! Our trip to Gatlinburg was such a memorable time. Lots to do and so much to see, we wish we had stayed even longer to see even more. The cabin was really the cherry on top of the whole trip, and made our experience even better and more authentic to what it’s like to stay in the Smoky Mountains. Justin was such a great host, making our stay completely stress free and seamless. Justin gave great recommendations and was responsive to every question we had before and throughout the stay. We will definitely be back one day, and hope Justin has somewhere for us next time. Until next time!

This was a great cabin getaway for us during spring break with our young kids. The cabin was centrally located, enough space for everyone and the video games were a favorite. We really appreciated the filtered water, which strangely is not common in rentals. Justin was very accommodating as we had to make some adjustments to our original reservations, extremely responsive. The compound was peaceful, place was easy access and easy to find and close to entertainment/food as advertised. It was a great trip and we'd book it again for sure!

Our family of five had a wonderful spring break stay. Upon arrival we immediately noticed how clean the cabin was - we've stayed in a lot of rentals over the years and this was definitely a step above! I cooked several meals in the cabin and found the kitchen to be well stocked. (There's even a crockpot, both a Keurig and regular coffee pot, plus plenty of pots/pans and dishes.) We all enjoyed the hot tub and though at first were a little self conscious of it being on the front porch, we found the elevation and porch railing gave privacy. The beds were all comfortable and the queen bunk beds in the upstairs room worked well for our three daughters. Adults and kids alike had fun with the arcade games, and watching the ducks that came to visit every morning! The location was very convenient - only about 2.5 miles to downtown Gatlinburg, about 20 minutes to Pigeon Forge, and a grocery store about a mile away. We wish there had been more chairs for the dining table, but were able to make what was there work since our youngest is four and could use the high chair as a chair at the table. Overall this was just a great property for our family. Justin was very responsive both before and during our stay. And we will definitely look to stay here on our next visit!
