We were in town for a shopping trip for my stepson. We all loved the cabin and the community! This place was very spacious for 7 guests. This was actually my very FIRST cabin experience. We usually book a hotel when we visit Gatlinburg. Moving forward, a cabin will be our GO TO; it felt so homey and Justin was a great host! I would love to stay here again! Thanks Justin!

Nicely renovated Florida - style single floor house-- especially great for elders-- no stairs! Well-appointed, and thanks for offering 2 rooms with king beds ( plus another Queen and last room bunks for kids)! Lovely tropical back yard and peaceful, heated, large pool. Lots of beach chairs, toys, and pool noodles onsite. Could use a few more towels (given 1 set per person), but you can take some from another room. All spaces are comfortable and clean. Very close to beach access and not too busy with limited parking nearby. Owner is very responsive if you have a question. Definitely recommend!

Cabin is exactly as pictured. parking multiple cars will present a challenge due to the steep driveway, but is expected for the area. Dust & webs were present in high arches of the ceiling and other high-up areas that the cleaners missed. host is very responsive. overall a great place to sleep and relax between hikes.

This location was not only beautiful, it was close enough to all sites but far enough away to be able to enjoy a quiet, peaceful night after a busy day. The layout was perfect for our group - the kids took over the lower level, and then each couple got their own bedroom and bathroom. Justin was incredibly attentive, and he has created a house that truly has everything you need.
We would absolutely stay here again and had an incredible time in Tennessee!

we simply loved Justin's place! Great layout and kitchen stacked with everything you need. Justin was very responsive when we had an issue with the hot tub. Hot tub worked fine just took a long time to heat up but awesome in the end! It was awesome Christmas with my kids! saw 4 bears walk up onto the deck at the cabin next to us, so cool! Thanks Justin!

My family& I enjoyed our stay! The cabin was extremely nice. The scenery was serene, private, & peaceful. The driveway is super steep so it makes it a little difficult to manuveur. Overall, we had a wonderful time!

Lots of cobwebs on the inside, but no visible bug problem. Poor lighting by the steep stairs outside. The setup was fantastic and very comfortable. Some of the games and things provided as extras were missing pieces. For example, only 2 darts were there, poker chips but no cards, etc.... Lastly, we had a racoon visitor that made the deck unusable for one of the nights. It was overly friendly, which makes me think someone was feeding it. All minor things in the big picture.

We had a great time! It was our 1st visit to the Smokies and it was fun. Our teens really enjoyed the arcade, the pool table and hot tub! The fireplace was beautiful and so was the cabin, very cozy feeling.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this cabin. It was easy to find and located in a peaceful, private area. The cabin was clean and well equipped. The driveway was rather steep but my hubby had that figured out by the end of day one. We parked two cars there easily but ended up backing up the driveway because that was easier than backing down it onto another road with oncoming cars. We were lucky enough to have cool weather during our stay so we did utilize indoor and outdoor fireplace. My only complaint is that there was no firewood at all at the cabin. The pictures show firewood stacked outside and maybe there was none due to it being possibly the first cool weather of the season. But a stack of firewood would have been awesome. Buying firewood from local stores was rather expensive. My family enjoyed a pool tournament nightly. We have 4 teens so the pool table was a nice treat for all of us. The Smokey Mountains were absolutely breathtaking! Will definitely visit again.

This house was perfect for our group, it had plenty of beds and space for our group of 10. It was easy to get to and though you felt as if you were way up in the mountains you really were not that far, so you didn't have a long drive down the mountain to get to town. It was clean and there was lots to do. We had a fire pit, hot tub, pool table, video game and just lots of space to watch TV and hang out. We had wildlife visit. A mama bear and her three cubs came to the cabin when we were preparing to leave. We would stay at this cabin again.

My husband & I brought our 4 adult kids and our brother in-law and sister in-law. All for my daughters 1 year anniversary & our 23rd anniversary. The house was great. We had one light that didn't work but as soon as we reported it, they were there the next morning & our tech was great! Justin was in contact with us the whole time & was wonderful! This cabin was so peaceful! It’s location is perfect for being away from the hustle & bustle from Gatlinburg but close enough that you can be in downtown Gatlinburg within 20mins. Sitting on the porch we felt like we were in a treehouse- beautiful trees (great spot for taking a nap). The hot tub was clean & used everyday we were there. Beds & sofas we’re comfortable but most importantly (to us) it was very clean! We had a wonderful time staying at this cabin!!

Great stay, right in the middle of a mountain greeted by a small black bear when we arrived who hung out for 15 minutes or so then wandered away. Nice and peaceful location far enough away from the city, but close enough to reach in a short drive.

The house was great for the 10 of us.listing accurate. Kids loved the bunk room and games. Campfire great for s'mores. Location very convenient— behind beautiful golf course. Only 20 min from rafting in Hartford TN and 20 min from Gatlinburg. Great communication with host- made sure we had everything we needed!

We really enjoyed staying in this cozy cabin:) It was a perfect location and our two teenagers, one from each family, really enjoyed having their separate space to hang out downstairs with the pool table. We hung out a lot on the deck overlooking the golf course and watched woodpeckers come and go. It's a very peaceful place and we had a great time vacationing here.

Only thing is the drive way getting up to the house O my lord , very steep.. Glad my husband drove up and down it cause I had my eyes closed the whole time .. I would definitely book here again though!!

The cabin was perfect for a weekend trip. Communication with host was outstanding. The driveway is steep but not terrible to navigate.

Our family had an awesome stay here and we would recommend it to other families. We had everything we needed to make meals when we wanted to and the scenery was gorgeous. My family enjoyed the game room. The location was excellent. It was an easy drive from the cabin into Gatlinburg. We do agree with previous reviews that the driveway is a little steep but we got used to it, it IS the Smoky Mountains after all. Thanks for the memories!

Justin was an excellent host, the home was extremely clean, our kitchen well-stocked, fantastic laundry, great hot tub, and it was an all-around good choice for our two-family vacation cabin.
